  Alaina was so important for us on the day of the wedding. It helped us focus on having fun and not sweating the big items.

  Meeting Alaina was wonderful. She took care of little details with the vendors and was very helpful with the set up on the big day. She remembered little things I didn’t even think of. She helped make this mother of the bride focus on her daughter and the things that mattered most for those special moments while Alaina took care of all the details. I don’t have any pictures yet of the table settings but she helped make it all come together! And the ceremony was so smooth and everyone found there places. We worked very well together!

  I would give 10 stars if I could!

  Using Perfect Harmony for our wedding consulting and day-of coordination helped us truly relax and enjoy our wedding day! Everyone kept telling us how stressed we would feel and how fast the day would go by, but we really did not feel that way because Alaina had us organized and prepared for the day-of, and took care of any little hiccups that arose during the day, leaving us to focus on having fun taking photos, enjoying the day, and celebrating with our family and friends. She truly went above and beyond to make sure our wishes for the day were honored and all the little details that we wanted as part of our day were ready to go. She contacted all our vendors prior to the wedding to coordinate with them, and created a day-of timeline for us to distribute to our wedding party and family which took even more stress off of us as the couple. We so enjoyed having Alaina be a part of our day! We heard compliments from our family and wedding party of how nice it was to have her there guiding everyone, but she was also so kind to everyone and blended in to our day perfectly!

  The perfect planner!!!!

  Alaina was the best decision I made while planning my wedding!!! Our conversation on the phone to meeting in person to our wedding day was absolutely perfect!!! She was so organized, professional and so sweet!! She made our day flow with such ease and was amazing with every little detail. I highly recommend Alaina for your day of coordinator!!! She is AMAZING!!!

  Simply amazing

  Alaina was an absolute dream! I cannot recommend her services enough. Her "go-getter" attitude showed incredible maturity and quick responsiveness from our first few conversations over phone/email to our in-person meeting. She was very responsible and communicative with all vendor communications that she willingly took over during "wedding crunch time". For the day of coordination, I literally did not hardly even see her (which is a travesty because she is AWESOME) because she quietly and unknowingly handled all of the details that we had discussed and more! I did not have to worry about anything, which made my wedding day absolute perfection! PERFECT HARMONY PLANNING IS THE BEST!

  Extremely helpful!

  Perfect Harmony Planning made the overwhelming seem manageable and helped us at every stage of our wedding planning. She provided vendor options and quotes within our budget. Phone calls were utilized to make plans, to review checklists and how to schedule everything so that it could be done with plenty of time to spare before wedding day. Wedding planning can be stressful and Alaina was an incredible source of support. Knowledgeable, timely and very easy to work with. Highly recommend!

  Say Yes to Alaina!

  Alaina was amazing to work with! Everyone told us of these terror stories of stress, things going unplanned or people trying to step in during the day of. No idea what that was about because my husband and I had the most memorable, stress free wedding experience I've heard of! She took care of everything from the start. The meetings leading up helped me feel prepped and unflustered. She set everything up, kept everyone on track and on schedule, and tore down while we danced and chatted the night away. I would highly recommend her to anyone. You will not be disappointed!

  Best Wedding Planner Ever!

  We hired Alaina (Perfect Harmony Planning) after my fiancé met her coordinating another wedding he was the photographer for. He was impressed by how well she handled everything and felt she would be perfect for our wedding. After having her as our wedding day coordinator, we can most certainly say the experience was just as great!
  
  From day one, Alaina made sure we had everything we needed and felt organized during the weeks leading up to our wedding day. And our wedding day was perfect, thanks to her! Everything from the ceremony timing and communicating with vendors, to how the decorations were placed... She did everything flawlessly! We wouldn't have changed a single thing!
