  C’s florist was wonderful during my wedding planning experience. They were there to help us out every step of the way! The staff is amazing and very personal as well; all they wanted was for me to have the wedding of my dreams! All the bridesmaids bouquets looked fabulous and the boutonnieres were just what I had wanted. They are very reasonable and very professional I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a florist! I only had 2 visits with them the rest was done by phone, and everything turned out perfect!

  They were awesome! I walked in having no idea what I wanted and Trishia helped me figure it out! The flowers were absolutely beautiful and exactly what I wanted. Thank you! The prices were very reasonable as well.

  Great Customer Service and Prices

  Wonderful customer service. They really worked hard to get me exactly what I wanted and paid attention to detail. They were very responsive to last minute requests. My bouquets were beautiful and just what I was looking for. The only thing I would say is it seemed like the flowers were not quite as fresh- maybe a day past their prime. But all stunning nonetheless. Highly recommend and wonderful prices for the Dallas area.

  Brad and team at Petals & Stems were wonderful and flexible. The flowers were all so beautiful and just what I wanted. I had a last moment adustment with the number of table arraingements and they were abel to add 10 more arraingements to my order and they were beautiful and the same at my other table arraingements. Oh and not to forget to mention they were the right price.

  I wanted to give you feedback in regards to the service provided.
  
  My recall is my daughter and I met with C's Florist and felt confident oftheir professionalism. We browsedthe catologue with them and were given the impression of complete understanding. I advisedthem to lower the overall cost and of the lack of cost analysis in regards to the alter curtains. When I contacted them to make the payment for the order, they responded with no knowledge of the date, location and time of the wedding. Four days before the wedding an assitant Liz delcared the alter curtains would not be covered. Since this was a critical focus of the wedding vows I had to purchase and dress the curtains myself. They offered to design the table centerpieces as we had originally requested ( tall vases with dropping flowers) but instead found an ugly, basic arrangement on the tables.
  
  I am profoundly dissappointed in the lack of commitment, absence of professionalism, poor product, poor follow up and indifference to please the customer. I have advised the Old Red Courthouse Museum not to recommend their services. I hope you personally do not have to experience this kind of service for a wedding for you or your family from them.
