  Absolutely amazing!

  Pete went above and beyond to make our big day special. He’s incredibly talented, catered to the style of music we wanted throughout the day, and really kept the vibe of the day flowing. Couldn’t recommend him enough!!

  Absolutely perfect

  Pete truly helped to make our day amazing. He was easy going from the start and even offered to do something special for us when we asked. The music was spot on and we couldn’t have asked for anything better! Everyone commented on how fantastic he was on the guitar and that he was flawless.

  Pete played for our outdoor ceremony and was absolutely incredible. He played plenty of music while guests were seated and waited for the wedding to begin. Music was clear and could be heard throughout the entire site. He played exactly what we asked of him and each song was beautiful and timed perfect.
  
  Contacting him an booking was very easy and Pete was very quick with all of his replies AND SO FRIENDLY! He made me feel important and like a bride from the first email. He made payments easy and answered any questions quickly.
  
  Song selections were fantastic. Pete's list for songs is very large and has everything from classics to modern. He is so talented and he can truly play anything.
  
  We were so happy with Peter at our ceremony. He was prompt and ready before guests even arrived. I couldn't have asked for anything more.
  
  You will not regret having him at your wedding!

  Peter Simms very recently played music at our son's wedding in Nokomis, FL and is a truly professional musician in every aspect. He shows up on time, dressed appropriately, and has a fantastic repertoire of music. We received many favorable comments on the quality of his music and we were so very pleased with him. I would recommend Peter Simms for any occasion big or small. You will be very pleased with his work!

  Pleasant interactions and gorgeous music

  Pete was professional and so pleasant to work with. He followed up quickly every time we reached out, he double checked with us on the details and kept us informed that he was practicing our playlist with his accompanying cellist to keep us reassured it would all go off without a hitch. And it did! Highly recommend working with Pete. We couldn’t be happier!

  Pete Simms and two other musicians were PERFECT for our 130-person outdoor evening event in Tampa. Like other reviewers have posted, the music was delightful but not intrusive. We used them for a "welcome party" the night before the wedding, and the gathering could not have gone better. We also got to use Pete's microphone for some brief remarks/toasts, and that was an added bonus. I located Pete from an internet search, and I am not from FL. I would DEFINITELY hire them again, and recommend them to anyone. Reasonably priced.

  Pete did our niece’s wedding on the beach and ceremony after. He was very helpful accompanying our granddaughters in a duet and other small favors we asked. His guitar playing is beautiful and helped make it a special day!

  Pete was wonderful! Our wedding was scheduled for Sept 16th, 2017 - immediately after Hurricane Irma! We were so impressed and relieved that Pete made it a priority to make it to our wedding and play us through the ceremony and dinner. He's a class act, kind, and super responsive! Book him!

  My husband and I booked guitarist Peter Simms to play our wedding this weekend along with flutist Jane Hoffman at Historic Spanish Point. Although the weather brought cold and wind, they were exceptionally professional and made our special day so unique and beautiful. I loved hearing the songs we requested during the reception as well as our guests boasting on and on about how wonderful the music sounded. Peter and Jane were both so accommodating and kind, and I would highly recommend them to any bride wanting a romantic touch to her wedding.

  Pete did a great job! He played before and after the ceremony as well as the songs I selected for the ceremony itself. I liked the fact that he has sample songs on his page so customers can hear and see him play and also get to know his style. I requested a song that I wanted to walk down the isle to. He put together an arrangement and it turned out perfect. Thank you Pete!!

  Pete & Jane played for my daughters outdoor wedding at the Plantation Golf & CC in Ft. Myers FL. The music was beautiful and the duo was not phased when it started to pour right after the ceremony. The cocktail hour had to be quickly moved inside and Pete & Jane adapted quickly to accommodate our guests.
