  Stunning Wedding Flowers

  Claudia and the team at Petit Jardin en Ville provided the flowers for my wedding, and I was absolutely blown away by how they turned out. I wasn't sure what I wanted, so essentially provided a color scheme but trusted Claudia to go with her best judgement, and I'm so glad I did. The decorations and florals turned out so beautiful, we were all floored. Claudia is extremely creative and put together the most stunning pairings. I'd highly recommend them for your wedding or any event!

  And to think I wasn’t going to get flowers

  We had a small wedding (40 people) on a private boat and my FH said we didn’t need flowers. Unbeknownst to him I ordered my own bouquet, 5 boutonnières and one low table display, plus bags of rose petals for the table. Wedding flowers are expensive without a doubt. But the flowers Claudia prepared for us were spectacular and everyone commented on them, and even my husband agreed it was a great decision. Claudia was easy to work with and I sent her a table card to give her an idea of the color scheme I was after. I never actually met her in person but I sent people to pick them up and they were well packaged for transport and my sister in law who’s an artist was fawning over the uniqueness of the arrangements. They really were a wonderful addition to the day. Thanks Claudia, the flowers were glorious.

  Claudia's bouquets for our wedding were absolutely beautiful! She listened to all my requests to get my desired color palate and flower types. She found unique flowers and plants for my bouquet that are not see in most wedding bouquets. I was beyond thrilled she was able to incorporate the succulents into my bouquet and my bridesmaids bouquets! The morning of the wedding she delivered the flowers to our hotel which was convenient. If you are looking for unique flowers and artistic arrangements you must go to Claudia's shop, Petit Jardin en Ville, or just give her a call and she will coordinate all your needs via phone/email. She is very prompt and follows up with you in a very timely manner. When I worked in Old City, Philadelphia I would go out of my way to pass by Claudia's flower shop simply because of its beauty and elegance. I could tell she put lots of love into her shop and knew she would put that same love into designing my wedding bouquet. She was able to capture what I wanted for my bouquet and this translated into such a beautiful masterpiece - what I envisioned plus more. I highly recommend Petit Jardin en Ville for flower arrangements for weddings.

  Le Petit Jardin en Ville created the most stunning wedding bouquet and floral arrangements for my recent wedding and reception. Their work exceeded my expectations by ten-fold, and their flowers were truly the talk of my reception. Claudia was such a joy to work with; she was flexible, friendly, accommodating, and most importantly, has a terrific creative vision! She created my floral arrangements using an array of beautiful unique flowers, set in vintage glassware and bottles that she collects from France, AND was able to accommodate my budget! I felt like I was in the French countryside! I've been so impressed by their work; I told Claudia that I will be her customer for life!

  Terrible Choice and Horrible Lack of Professionaism

  We booked this florist for our September wedding and over the course of reviewing each part of the package, we simply asked questions to clarify certain pricing aspects for things that seemed to be a bit lower tier. That being said, we paid in full and never held back any funds- it was just to clarify the rates. Less than two weeks before the wedding, they cancelled the entire package because they couldn’t handle any feedback and/or questioning regarding their prices. We pleaded with them saying we aren’t going to withdraw any money, and to cancel two weeks before a wedding is extremely rude and unprofessional. Not only that but the cancellation was through text message. I would never recommend this florist to anyone and it was only because of the extreme accommodation of one of their competitors that we were able to salvage this issue. A 1/10 for service, professionalism and quality. Absolutely terrible and almost ruined our day.

  Dear Scott,
  
  We are sorry that your impression of the events differ from ours.
  
  We were first contacted 2 1/2 months before the event. We were directly contacted by your family member (who was our client) and all contact was through them.
  
  The client received a detailed price quote in which we were very clear on our services and our offerings.
  
  By our account, we had 12 conversations via phone, email and in person. Each time our process, pricing and services were brought into question during the conversations.
  
  3 weeks before the event, we had a final conversation and it was clear to us that the expectations of the client were unreasonable. We spoke personally with the client and told them, via phone, that we would be unable to move forward with the event.
  
  We never processed the final payment and returned the deposit in full.
  
  A final text was sent to us by another party through which we relayed our final decision given verbally to primary client.
  
  It is with regret we could not move forward due to unreasonable expectations.
