  We used this fantastic group at the Crystal Gardens, and everything was outstanding! Food was delicious, drinks were amazing, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and everything looked gorgeous! Would definitely recommend and hire again! Great experience!

  The food that Phil Stefani catered for our wedding at the Crystal Gardens was out of this world! My husband and I are both a bit food snobbish, and we were completely pleased with almost every dish at our tasting, and at the wedding everything tasted spectacular. They even made a custom amuse bouche for us at our request to fit our wedding theme, and customized some of the entrees to fit particular unique demands. The staff was always on point and never missed an empty plate or forgot to refill a glass. Such a wonderful experience! We would highly recommend having them cater your next event, whether at the Crystal Gardens or anywhere else!

  Phil Stefani was the official caterer at our reception venue (The Crystal Gardens on Navy Pier). We are incredibly pleased with our experience! The food was delicious and the service was wonderful.
  
  When we picked out venue, we did not have choice of caterer; even so, I don't think we could've picked a better one!

  Anna, I love you! OK, maybe not as quite as much as my new wife, but....
  
  You get what you pay for. I have always believed this to be true, and Stefani's has been proving this for years. As a preferred caterer for Architectural Artifacts, there should be no other. The process for a caterer should start with referrals or even a web search. Stefani's costs are actually published on their website. Refreshing! I love to know what I am getting into and do a price check to see if my budget allows for it.
  
  Anna was a dream from start to finish. The (free) tasting showcased our stylized tastes, and their top notch quality. After taking some notes and slightly tweaking our selections, we knew we had a winner. We felt like we had to attend at least 2 other tastings to get an accurate feel of what we were going to offer our guests, but only made it to one other. There was simply no need to go anywhere else. Guests cannot stop talking about the food, and even the foodies were giving compliments. Thanx to all the hard work in the kitchen guys!
  
  Anna continued to be an un-official wedding planner and knows her business intuitively. Anna was our one-stop contact, and provided her mobile number to us for questions and concerns leading up to the big day.
  
  During the reception, Anna was there to supervise everything and be our point-of-contact, even though the event captain ran the show. Our servers were amazing! I feel that the bride and groom should be waited on hand and foot, but all of our guests were treated this way. Gratuity was NOT included, but rather left to the host to tip as they see fit. Dig deep my friends, they are worth it.
  
  Read all of the other reviews for Phil Stefani's Signature Events and see why they are consistently rated so high. Try another caterer or two to compare, doing your due diligence. Finally, call up Anna and prepare to be taken care of like none other. Insist on the best.

  I worked with Tom and he was great! We went through a few iterations of the menu before we got to what we both liked and could afford. Our relatives are still talking about how delicious the food was and professional the servers and bartenders were. We provided the alcohol that day and they were able to arrange for us to pick it up the day after the wedding along with holding onto any leftover cake for us to pick up so we didn't have to mess with it the day of the wedding. This was extremely appreciated as 95% of the guests and family didn't drive to the venues and we had no way of taking it with us back to the hotel.

  After tasting at several caterers, we excitedly moved forward with Stefani's, not only because the food was delicious, but the professionalism, follow-up and enthusiasm to work with us for our wedding was top-notch! Andrea and Karen were so amazing to work with. They both were very flexible with our needs and went above and beyond to make us happy. The entire process can be overwhelming but Andrea and Karen helped make it as smooth as possible. The day of our wedding we got a sneak preview of our venue just before the guests arrived and we were so impressed and happy with the way that everything came together. The food was just as good as when we tasted and the service staff was on top of everything that evening. Stefani's also catered our rehearsal dinner the evening prior at Navy Pier's Landshark Beer Garden. We wanted a more casual, summer BBQ rehearsal dinner because our wedding was black-tie formal....both events were a success! We cannot thank you enough Karen, Andrea and Kate for helping make our wedding so amazing and beautiful and a day we will never forget!

  Fabulous service coupled with fabulous food = AMAZING Wedding Reception! We couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome and the compliments from our guests continue to roll in. Our venue was the Ballroom at 12 East Erie and was the perfect spot for our reception of 100 guests.

She helped me plan everything down to the last detail, answered alll 958,595,050 of my crazy questions, was very prompt in responding to emails, and helped us put together an amazingly good menu (guests still talk about how good the braised short ribs were!!!) I highly reccomend. The quality of all of their services was great!

  This is not your typical "wedding" food. This is like having your guests at a 5 star restaurant! They offer everything you could think of, and if they don't offer it, you should talk to them and see if they can make your menu just how you want it! They are wonderful and easy to work with and the food is truly worth every penny!

  With everything that seemed to happen on my wedding day, Anna and all the staff were awesome!! Even with the extreme wind conditions, the staff adjusted and made my wedding go smoothly. Anna was not only on top of everything, but super nice and such a pleasure to work with!!! I'm so happy I chose Phil Stephani's and would reccomend them to anyone.
  I can't not say how many times I asked Anna to re-evalute and re-calcuate the totals and work with my budget.

  Phil Stefani catered our wedding through our venue - the Crystal Gardens at Navy Pier. The food was amazing. When we went to our tasting, we were blown away with how great everything tasted and the presenation made the tasty food look way more expensive than it actually was. We got so many compliments on everything we served at our wedding.

  How many superlatives I can you use in one review? Stefani's is top notch! Everything was amazing, from food, service, set-up and clean-up there wasn't a hiccup. Our guests are still raving about that tenderloin! Stefani's made our day extremely memorable.
