  The best photo booth ever!

  We loved having the Photo Booth DJ Pro at our wedding. Our guests loved the photo booth! The pictures and props were great. The customer service was phenomenal. It also made for a great entertainment piece and gave guests something to do aside from dancing. We’re so happy we opted for this! It made our wedding fun and it was stress-free getting it all coordinated.

  We loved having the Photo Booth DJ Pro at our wedding. Our guests loved the photo booth! The pictures and props were great. The customer service was phenomenal. It also made for a great entertainment piece and gave guests something to do aside from dancing. We’re so happy we opted for this! It made our wedding fun and it was stress-free getting it all coordinated.

  Amazing photo booth!

  This experience was amazing!! We loved the upgrade to the Inflatable Cube Enclosed Photo Booth, everyone loved it. Photo Booth DJ Pro was on time and it was not that expensive. Will use again!

  Our guests loved this photo booth!

  We used an open air photobooth from Photo Booth DJ Pro for our recent Hudson Valley wedding, and had a great experience. There was a good variety of props provided, and our guests loved that they could see the picture being taken in real time. We also got a thumbdrive of all the images taken that evening so we were able to share afterwards. They were also a very reasonable price for the area. Recommended!

  Poor experience, no compensation

  Booth stopped working 90 mins into reception. Didn’t even stress it & assumed Chris Collins would make it right but that is not the case. Chris blames venue for his driver getting lost and going down dirt roads “damaging” the machine. Chris never asked for a contact for the day off and blames the customer (we were communicating via email). Proceeded to call me “smug” when discussing compensation. Offered to return $300 of the $826 paid for booth in a rude manner suggesting they should keep to repair machine.
  
  What about hours of wedding memories we won’t get back? Lack of professionalism and then to make me feel like I did something wrong? Picking this booth company is what went wrong.

  We apologized to Amelia for any inconveniences, but upon further review of the situation we learned that the reason for the photo booth failure was because one of the guests unplugged the photo booth. Once the photo booth was incorrectly shut down the computer program ceased to operate correctly.
  
  We charged Amelia $350 for a 2 hour photo booth with prints and $430 for uplighting bringing her total to $826 with tax.
  
  Even though Amelia used the photo booth for 90 minutes, we still offered her a refund of $300, therefore only charging her $50 for 90 minutes use of the photo booth, but she refused, wanting the entire $826 refunded which included both the photo booth and uplighting which we felt was unreasonable.
  
  We are still trying to work with Amelia to come to an amicable resolution and would like to continue to do business with her in the future.
