Unfortunately, I cannot go into a ton of detail about my experience since they limit characters. The basics of my experience are that there were a number of issues that came up over time. He did not respond to multiple emails, there was an overall lack of communication, and things that were discussed in detail were then stated to not be the case. The main issue on my side was related to a travel fee that we talked at lengths about. When he moved to my area I asked if I could now pay the non-travel price (understanding that I had already signed my contract and he had every right to say that he was going to honor my contract price), to which he responded with he did not charge me one and proceeded to tell me how he had already gotten preferred vendor status at multiple venues about 2.5-3 hrs from my wedding. I also had a few issues come up regarding the monthly payment that required me to allocate my funds that month differently. It ended with Britton canceling my contract. He did refund my money, but it took over a month to do so, which included him stating he would mail the check within 48 hours, and 10 days later he had still not sent it. Due to the fact that he took so long, it could have caused me to miss out on hiring a new photographer.
