  amazing wedding photographer

  Francis from Formicastudios.com took amazing and beautiful pictures of our wedding. he took his time, and got every angle and he was very particular. he used multiple cameras, and used a Drone to capture every angle. the pictures and Video are absolutely stunning.
  when my Husband and I shopped around for a Photographer we came across Francis from formicastudios.com he offered pictures and video at a very reasonable rate, he was wonderful to work with, he listened to all of our requests and made great suggestions of his own.
  We wanted the best photographer out there to capture our special day perfectly, and that is exactly what we got with Francis from formicastudios.com

  Pre and Wedding Day Pictures

  My husband and are blessed to have Frank/F.A. Formica as our wedding photographer. I am so glad I found him online while searching for a photographer. He was outstanding! He had great suggestions and ideas on how we could make our wedding day even more memorable...things like First Look, having pictures at a nearby lovely place, suggesting a video which I didn't want to do first, but so glad we did, etc. I also believe his fees are reasonable. We want great memories but we don't want to sell our house just to pay for pictures! Our wedding pictures turned out great and the wedding video was so beautiful and both captured what we wanted to be captured. Frank (& Connor the videographer) were also pleasant, responsible, energetic person/s to work with....highly recommended! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

  Best Decision Ever!

  If we didn’t do anything else right for our wedding, hiring Francis Formica was it! The ultimate professional. All of our guests loved him and his team. Extremely friendly. Got EVERY shot and captured EVERY moment. Would refer him 100 times and 100 times after that!

  Hire FA Formica - a reliable and trustworthy photographer/videographer

  I hired FA Formica for photography and video services for my 6/22/24 wedding at the Annapolis Waterfront Hotel. Frank, Glen and Connor were very knowledgeable, calm and knew their stuff on my wedding day! It was also during a heat wave and temps soared to almost 100 degrees that day however Frank, Glen and Connor were able to capture the moment perfectly, you cannot tell in the photos that it was so hot. They knew how important it was to me to finish all of our photos in advance of the ceremony and adjusted their day of timeline to account for this. I loved working with them - FA Formica Studios was also very reasonably priced and it was evident they had been to the AWH countless times and knew the best spots at the venue and around downtown Annapolis for photos. My husbands dad is in an electric scooter so it was important for me to make him feel included in the family portraits - Frank and his team were very accommodating and patient with him being handicap. Frank and I stayed in touch throughout the planning months and had a meeting the week of to go over final timeline details, he is very responsive and engaging. I would highly recommend Frank and his team for your wedding!

  I am speaking as the mother of the groom. I strongly recommend the talented Mr. Formic for a wedding shoot. His pictures were beautifully composed and captured the spir it of the bride and groom perfectly. He worked sensitively with my son and daughter-in-law to bring out their best selves in the photos. I could not be more pleased with the results, and the album Mr. Formica created is truly wonderful and for all time. A true artist.

  Frank and Glenn did a fantastic job! Our photos are incredibly beautiful--they exceeded my expectations across the board! This was a second wedding and we are an older bride and groom. The photos were amazing. They did a great job capturing the location in downtown Annapolis. The turn around time was very quick too. We were extremely pleased. I would highly recommend Frank and Glenn.

  AMAZING "After wedding" photo session!!!

  FABULOUS from start to finish...we hired Frank to photograph our daughter's wedding rehearsal dinner initially (and the photos were AMAZING) and subsequently for an "after wedding" photo session, as it rained on her wedding day, making outdoor photos in the gardens and many other areas of the venue not happen. Two photographers came and really took their time - not only were they full of great pose ideas, they made the session so much fun...and captured the bride and groom in stunning photos that we will cherish for the rest of our lives. Frank could not have been more thoughtful, helpful, or easier to keep in contact with all along the way. He even went to the venue ahead of the time without us to "scope out" just the right places to take photos!!! Who does that???? A true professional!!!!! I cannot recommend strongly enough for brides to consider an "after wedding" photo session...it was much more relaxed and unhurried, in contrast to trying to take all the photos you really want on the wedding day itself. The amazing pictures taken outdoors are more than I ever could have hoped for....THANK YOU FRANK!!!!!

  Perfection!

  Francis and Glenn were an absolute dream to work with. They were high-beat and it was obvious they love what they do. My images were ready within a week of my Wedding and they were literal perfection. I highly suggest them for any occasion. All prices were made available to me up front and I couldn’t be happier.

  Frank from Formica Studios and his team did a fabulous job capturing our wedding! The photos are wonderful. We also did a video which came out beautifully. Frank was great with communication leading up to the wedding and as well as after. He had our photos and video to us in a very timely manner. I highly recommend him as a photographer!

  I can't say enough good things about Frank Formica and his assistant Glenn Miller. They were professional, thorough, caring, thoughtful, funny, and personable with us and all of our guests. It is clear that Frank has decades of experience in his field and takes pride in his work. The dialogue between the two of them was witty and entertaining, and one could tell they had a great working relationship and functioned seamlessly as a team. My husband and I are tickled pink about our photos and video, and they exceeded our expectations. We highly, happily, and unquestionably recommend Frank Formica and his team.

  There are not enough words to describe the beautiful images that Frank captures in every one of his pictures! He is the most knowledgeable, experienced photographer who easily captures every detail, every emotion, in all of his photos. Frank has an easy-going manner and effortlessly coaches you through poses to capture your best self. From someone who absolutely does not enjoy having her picture taken, he is truly a miracle worker and made our wedding photo session purely joyful. Having him capture all of our family events, I can easily speak volumes about his professionalism, flexibility, and perfect photos for any event!

  Best Photographer for Navy Wedding!

  Frank Formica and his assistant Glen were the perfect choice for our Naval Academy wedding!! Frank was superb at customer service and responsiveness, he kept us informed at all times. Our wedding was on the grounds of the Naval Academy, and Frank knew all the best places for pictures and how to capture to best light. Frank and Glen were fun, friendly, and personable, all our guests loved them!! They took gorgeous, beautiful, and meaningful pictures of us, the bridal party and the reception. Hire Frank Formica, he’s phenomenal!!

  Frank captured memories we will cherish our life time. In his pictures, one can feel the emotion of the precious moments. He is an artist, and puts insight and caring into each photo.   I am so happy that I chose Frank and his wingman, Glenn A. Miller, to be our wedding photographers! The chemistry between the two is amazing. Not only do they get the best shots, as well as capture the actual touching 'moments' of the day; they are great at communicating with you throughout the day and the entire process, making sure you feel comfortable and at ease in front of the camera. And also, they are very professional, prompt, and photos and sneak peaks are sent quickly. I highly recommend!

  Frank is the BEST wedding photographer!

  Frank and Glenn were spectacular wedding photographers. They captured our wedding day perfectly and made the most of all the time we had at each photo location. Frank called me several times before our wedding to plan out our photos, and answered every question I had quickly and thoroughly. Frank and Glenn are professional and made taking our photos so much fun. To complete the perfect experience, Frank got us the photos and video in less than a week after our wedding day. I know friends who have waited weeks to receive their photos. Being able to share our photos so soon after our day was so special. I would hire Frank and Glenn for every event I would want to remember. A huge, sincere thank you!!

  Wedding 7/8/22

  We absolutely loved Francis & his team! They were wonderful & made sure to capture every precious moment. We would definitely use his team again if we needed a photographer again. They made sure to be patient with the children as well. Taking pictures of toddlers is definitely a challenge but they made sure to do it with a smile! 10/10!!

  The best around town

  Glenn was amazing, he had took pictures of every detail and made sure to not let the rain ruin any of it and stayed the entire time to make sure our dream photo was taken! You better book this company it’s the best around !
