  The best decision!

  We can’t speak highly enough about Phyllis. Trying to plan a wedding abroad is stressful enough and trying to find the right person to help coordinate is overwhelming. Phyllis was without a doubt the best choice we could have made. She was so organized, responsive, and helped us think through each and every decision. Even though she handled so many of the little details and logistics independently, we really felt that she worked with us as a couple to create an intimate ceremony that spoke to us as a couple and was mindful of our budget. We really felt that she listened to what we wanted and turned our ideas into a dream day.

  Phyllis exceeded my expectations. She was organized, professional and kept everything on budget. No surprises.

  It is nice to have someone in Paris/the vicinity of the venue who can easily communicate with the family and the vendors. Phyllis did this very well and was well liked by all at the end of the day!

  Paris Wedding

  Phyllis was absolutely amazing. She helped us plan a bit of an unconventional wedding set up in Paris from afar (we live in the states). She helped negotiate with difficult vendors, made sure everything was what we wanted and was also just a joy to get to know and work with. Lovely person, excellent work, very fairly priced and goes above and beyond for her clients. Absolutely recommend!

  Dream wedding with Phyllis!

  My husband and I had the privilege of working with Phyllis on our dream wedding in Paris. I’m writing this review the day after our wedding because she did such an excellent job. We will have such beautiful memories and moments and they wouldn’t have been reality had we not had Phyllis. She executed everything flawlessly and she was with us every step of the way. Jared and I enjoyed working with her tremendously - she is kind, organized, thoughtful and delivered on everything we asked (and then some).
  
  She went above and beyond for our trip - planned multiple activities for us and our 40 guests in addition to the wedding. Needless to say, we are having the wedding and vacation of a lifetime.
  
  I can confidently say that Phyllis will deliver on the perfect wedding for anyone (no matter the size, location or budget) and I will always give her a glowing recommendation going forward to anyone that asks.

  Phyllis is a dream come true!

  A little bit of backstory... I was previously working with a France-based wedding planner and it was a disaster. I wasn’t receiving updates in a timely fashion, and there really seemed to be a cultural difference of how we should proceed. It was like pulling teeth to get responses or assistance for with planning my wedding with the previous wedding planner.
  
  And then Phyllis came into our life! What a lifesaver. She set up clear communication and updates about the wedding. Provided multiple budget friendly options for different portions of the wedding.
  
  She provided a clear timeline of contracts to sign, which vendors (and their payment information) needed to be paid when, and how much to be paid each time. When we had a question, she would get back to us very promptly during her day, as France is 9 hours ahead of PST.
  
  It was so nice working with someone who is from the US but lives in France. Phyllis ensured that we had the best, stress-free wedding day that we could have asked for! We were able to focus on each other and enjoy the day. Thank you Phyllis!
