Pine Island Country Club was an absolutely wonderful place to host our wedding. Being able to have both our ceremony in one location but two separate spaces was a big factor for us so that our family and friends traveling from out of town did not have to do much driving and they made that possible with such ease. Meredith was an absolute joy to work and made the whole process enjoyable. Pine Island Country Club provided the perfect scenery on their course for our photographer to capture some amazing photos. They really helped make our dream wedding possible and we will be forever grateful. We definitely recommend them to anyone looking for the perfect wedding venue.

Pine Island Country Club was such a WONDERFUL place to host our wedding! This venue has been my dream for years! Since 2018, I came across this "hidden gem" and decided that this was the ONLY place for us to get married. Being able to have our ceremony, reception, and cocktail hour on the same property added just the special touch! In addition, we had an AMAZING wedding coordinator! Meredith was everything and more; such a pleasure to work with. My husband and I didn't have to worry about a thing! She was always just a phone call away without any hesitation! I would recommend this venue and her exceptional services as a day of coordinator. She is truly passionate about what she does and it shows! Thanks again Pine Island for such a wonderful experience!

I cannot describe how amazing the staff is, I cannot remember how I found Pine Island CC but it was the best thing that could happened. Maura was so helpful since the first time I reached out to her. The whole team that worked during the wedding day was just AMAZING!!. They made sure we were ok and that everything was running smooth. They gave us such a peace of mind that we didn't have to worry about a thing.
This place also offers breathtaking scenario for our pictures.

My Wife and I had our wedding here on September 21st and we truly chose the perfect venue. From the beginning of our planning process, Maura was amazing. There were no questions or concerns that went unanswered. She made us feel welcomed and comfortable and the venue staff was extremely accommodating.

On wedding day, everything was beautiful! Our guests absolutely loved the venue and location. The Pine Island is stunning with beautiful views. I would recommend the Pine Island and Maura to everyone! You will love it!!

From the first time we visited Pine Island Country Club, we knew this would be the location for our ceremony and reception. The staff and members are extremely nice and accommodating. The food during cocktail hour and the reception was great. Sandi was a joy to work with and assisted with those last minute decisions. Overall, I would highly recommend PICC as a wedding venue.

I'm so happy I had my wedding here. It was perfect, and not ridiculously over priced. You get beyond what you pay here. People raved about the food and brittanie did a fantastic job making sure everything ran smooth. I didn't have to lift a finger and I'm super picky haha.

I loved having my wedding at Pine Island Country Club. Tara and Brittanie were awesome and guided me throughout the whole way. The venue is very beautiful and my guest couldn’t stop commenting on the aesthetics of the property. I had my wedding in the pavilion which provided an awesome view of the golf course and allowed the beautiful sunlight to shine through without feeling the heat of being outside. My cocktail hour was held on the patio and my reception was held in the ballroom with a glass rotunda allowing the uplighting to reflect off of the windows and creating an intimate, but yet fun experience for my guests. Tara the event director went out of her way to go with me to different places to pick out the linens for my wedding which was a big help. She was going to be out of town the day of my wedding, but met with me several times to ensure everything would go as planned. Brittanie the assistant stepped in the day of my wedding and really helped things come together as I was very unorganized that day. She was able to keep me calm and remained calm as well while helping to coordinate my wedding day to ensure that it ran smoothly. Without her, I do not know if my wedding would have even happened because so many things went wrong on my behalf. I cannot say enough about these two ladies, they really helped me having the wedding that I always dreamed of and I do not think it would have been possible without them. I never had a problem with them answering calls or emails and they were more than willing to assist me in making decisions if needed. I cannot recommend this place enough, book your wedding with them and you will not regret it!!!!!!

Pine Island Country Club is beautiful and the staff who run it are courteous and professional. I mostly worked with Cassie, events coordinator, she was personable, professional, and I never felt rushed or felt I was asking too many questions. Cassie ended up being a friend by the end of the wedding. The staff was so well prepared it took any stress a bride would typically have completely away. They organized everything and it was beautiful. It was prettier than I even imagined it would be. The food for the reception and rehearsal dinner was fabulous. I still have people telling me who attended the reception that the food was the best they have had at a wedding! I couldn't imagine having my wedding anywhere else!

hands down the best place to get married...the new pavilion is GORGEOUS!!!!

Jennifer is so awesome. Not only is she interested in making the bride feel comfortable, she went out of her way to help me with billion other things to keep our wedding in budget. I could not have asked for a more perfect place to get married! This place is lovely and their service is exceptionally 5 star....affordable and classy!!

Pine Island Country Club was a beautiful place to get married!! My husband and I got married in the evening outside on the golf course and rented out there ballroom for our reception. It was wonderful the staff was great the day of the wedding!! Jennifer Stewart helped us out alot and made our wedding run the way we wanted to!!!! She was awesome to work with and it didn't matter how many times i emailed or called I received a quick response! We has alot of fun and wished we could do it again also the price was great considering what other venues wanted in charlotte nc when we were looking in 2010.

Just to give you an idea of the value for the amount of guests and what we received I will tell you how many guests we had- the food that was served- and how much was spent. We had 160 guests and each guest received an entree with chicken cordon blue, carved London broil, marinated grilled vegetable medley, herb roasted red bliss potatoes, and a salad bar. We also had fruit and cheese for guests when they arrived. Each guest could choose from water, coffee, or tea. They had a good fountain package but we were happy with sweet tea. We spent just over $6,000- that is including the cost to reserve the site- the food- the coordinator- the linens- the decor- the plates, silverware, glasses, and napkins- and the tables and chairs. I had the most amazing Reception. It was everything that I dreamed of. Everyone enjoyed themselves. The food was incredible. My husband and I could not stop talking about how amazing the chicken cordon blue was and how the potatoes melted in your mouth. The portion sizes were wonderful- everyone ate their fill. The decorations looked beautiful. I had a Christmas themed wedding and they decorate the entire facility for Christmas- so I did not have to bring any decorations myself. They had two huge Christmas trees that were decorated beautifully! They have an amazing water fountain that is on the inside and it is beautiful for picture taking! The wedding coordinator at the facility was the sweetest lady and she made so much time for me. She would meet with me any time that I needed her to. She was accommodating for every thing that I needed. The staff set up all of my stuff for me so I had nothing to worry about the day of the wedding. I just dropped off my centerpieces, bridal portrait, card box, and the snowflakes that I used for our grand exit. They provide the linens and even centerpieces if you pay for the package. But I had already purchased my own centerpieces. Everything there is so nice and beautiful I got compliments months after the wedding. Most people said that it was the nicest reception they had ever been to. It was completely and totally perfect. I cannot complain about a thing. I would recommend this site to anyone who is looking for a beautiful and unforgettable wedding and reception!!

We loved this venue! The biggest perk for us was being able to have our ceremony and reception in one location. Jennifer, our coordinator, was awesome. At every meeting she really listened to what we wanted and made suggestions on how to bring our visions to life. My only complaint was on the day of our wedding, the usual club memebers were not out of the club by the time it was stated they would be. Overall this was an amazing venue with great scenery.

I fell in love with Pine Island Country Club the minute I saw the beautiful, windowed, rotunda. My wedding is this March, and I cannot wait to dance with my husband looking out at the sunset. Jennifer was readily available to answer questions and very sympathetic to a nervous, stressed out bride. :) She made the entire experience run smoothly. (p.s. Make sure you book the Bride and Groom locker rooms for your big day. They're gorgeous and a great place to get ready with your wedding party).

Pine Island is a beautiful venue for a wedding and reception. We were married outside and had the reception inside. It was absolutely perfect. The food was great and everyone has commented on the quality. Amy helped us think about things we may not have thought of without her assistance. She was able to suggest vendors for almost everything we would have needed.

We had a September wedding, and it truly was beautiful. I loved having my wedding at Pine Island Country Club. Brittanie was easy to work with, and helped keep everyone calm the week before and the day of. We've gotten great feedback from our friends and family that attended on how beautiful the venue was, and how much they enjoyed having the ceremony and reception in the same location. I had my wedding in the pavilion which overlooks golf course and a really beautiful view. Our cocktail hour was on the patio, and the reception was in the ballroom (with the awesome glass rotunda)! My only heads up would be if you are having a large wedding party (more than 8 girls), you may want to get ready at a location other than the venue -- the girl's dressing room was a little small for a bunch of girls to be getting changed, be fixing their makeup, etc. Overall a great experience!

This is a beautiful venue and a good value for the money. The food was excellent. We only had a few small complaints. We felt rushed to be out exactly to the minute, guests' drinks and food were taken from their tables before they were finished with it (including tons of guests who claimed they never even got to taste their cake because it was taken while they danced or talked... what a waste of our cake!) and several people never had their water or tea refilled. One server was not dressed professionally. Overall I would recommend this venue; just be cler on what your expectations are in the beginning.

Where do I start?
1. Staff changed after we signed the contract. The previous coordinator, Jaime, was people friendly, responsive and flexible.
2. After the staff changed, the drama started.
3. We paid off the venue weeks before the wedding day. The balance was $0. We had decided to add $1,000 limit for the bar.
4. The week prior to the wedding, we were informed that we owe another $1,300+ which was due within 48 hours. This was disheartening. We paid it since the ceremony was so close.
5. The initial amount quoted for a "beautiful ceremony" increased in the name of "fees" every time we spoke with Natalie, the new staff member. Just a headache.
6. Natalie's response times were awful. After days of no response, a couple of times we just showed up at the venue to get answers. To our surprise, each time, Natalie was on site, but "busy with other events".
7. We were allowed to use the Bridal Suite and the Groom had use of the men's locker room. We explained from the beginning that we planned to get dressed on site. Well, at rehearsal, the groom was told not to show up more than an hour before the ceremony since it was for members only.
8. The Sunday after our wedding day, we began calling to pick up the cake and other items left behind. We left messages for Natalie and the GM. No one returned our calls. We showed up to the venue unannounced, three days later. We weren't surprised that Natalie and the GM were both on site.
9. Well the $1,000 bar tab now is $1,305.40 but we were charged $1,344.56 twice. We left a couple of messages about the extra charge, but no one returned our calls. A month later, I eventually received an email from Natalie. I addressed the additional charge and the surplus from the bar we were told about at the end of the ceremony. Regarding the additional fee...it's another fee. Regarding the surplus...she claimed it was miscommunication.
10. The staff was insensitive, not responsive, unprofessional and not worthy of handling your memorable moment.
This is not all. This should be enough to help you to make your decision.
