  Great day-of coordination!

  Courtney and Savannah were great for our day-of coordination! They kept the day on track, helped with set-up and breakdown, directed all vendors, and were even kind enough to pick up our cake order and deliver it to us! They used Google Docs we could all work on to help coordinate the day and we were able to consult with them via email or phone for lots of questions leading up to the big day. They took the pressure off us and any family or friends we would have otherwise had to delegate that work to so that we could all just enjoy the day. If you want to do the majority of your planning but need someone to tie up all the loose ends, these ladies will do a great job!

  Courtney and Savannah were great for our day-of coordination!   Wedding Coordination

  I LOVE these ladies!! They are amazing at what they do. We could not of planned our destination wedding without them. They take care of everything and make the whole wedding planning experience as stress free as possible. I highly recommend them.

  Amazing services

  Courtney and Savannah were AMAZING! It had been nearly a 2 year process of planning and postponements with them to finally have our wedding. I had never been someone who dreamed of their wedding day and had everything picked out before even being engaged type of person. My, now husband, and I are pretty laid back and didn't want to stress over every decision. They were patient, kind, compassionate, and listened to our wants and needs. They were alway available for questions and calls. they abided by covid guidelines and though we only ever spoke on the phone it was so fun to meet Courtney on the day of.
  They had great recommendations for everything we wanted to have on our day. All the vendors they suggested were fantastic. They're fun, upbeat, and great people. They did an amazing job for our wedding. We would highly recommend in the future.

  These are your gals!

  I had an amazing planning experience with Pink Champagne celebrations! My wedding took place right in the middle of the COVID pandemic (we charged ahead!) and because of the major changes in size of the event we had to do planning ourselves- however for five solid months I could not have been more organized and stress free with the help of Courtney and Savannah!! I was set on track to success and my wedding turned out amazing!! If you’re getting married on the central coast I highly recommend these ladies- they know all the vendors and the in’s and out’s of the industry! Cheers 🥂

  Reduced the stress of the wedding so much

  Savannah and Courtney were amazing throughout the entire wedding planning. They provided timelines when to have tasks together, recommended amazing companies to work with, and were easy to get in touch with when questions needed to be answered. The day of the wedding they were the best. Helpful in guiding my guests and wedding party during the wedding day. They even had an emergency kit for my wife when she spilled food on her dress.

  We would highly recommend Pink Champagne Celebrations as a wedding coordinator, leading up to and day of coordination. Courtney and Savannah are always on top of it, very well at communication and always would get things done on time. Not only did we not have to worry about contracts, vendors, and the behind the scene work but we also had the most flawless wedding anyone could ask for. It went so smooth, people had a fantastic time, and my new HUSBAND and I couldn’t have asked for a better day. Pink Champagne Celebrations made it look so effortless! We would have them coordinate our wedding day over and over again!

  Excellent service

  We had a non traditional wedding and Courtney and Savannah helped make all my dreams come true! They went above and beyond for us and I couldn’t ask for better service! They even helped negotiate pricing since I was on a tighter budget. These ladies know what they are doing. I highly recommend them!

  These girls are awesome! They were day of coordinators for my wedding, and I have been to many wedding they have coordinated. Every time, it is done perfectly. They are professional and responsive. They truly want your big day to be perfect. I highly recommend them!
