Our wedding was on 8/18/2023 and we are still so happy from the perfect day. From the minute we started our tour at Pinstripes with Shannon Schurr, my husband and I knew Pinstripes was going to be the perfect place for our wedding reception. We toured a few other venues, but Pinstripes was perfect. Shannon was so responsive and answered all of our questions along the way. The food tasting was lovely as well and it was a great chance to try all the food and feel confident at our choices. From the tour to the tasting to the reception, everything was seamless and magical. All of our guests absolutely raved about the reception venue and all the wedding guests mentioned it was the most fun wedding reception they have ever been at. The food and drink options were fantastic! We had bowling during our cocktail hour (with socks and bowling shoes included for all guests) and bocci courts open after dinner, which was a huge hit. We reserved the all-seasons outside space, which was well worth the little additional money, and the firepits and decorations (including the flowered backdrop) were a big hit and we didn’t even need to buy any decorations because it was set up so beautifully. The service was excellent throughout the whole night and the linens turned out prettier than we could have pictured! There was also a cool stand for the cake to be displayed while we were cutting it. Many of our guests now frequent for bowling and dinner at Pinstripes and my husband and I do the same.

We had our wedding earlier this month and it was amazing. The covered outdoor patio was perfect for any weather (thankfully we had nice weather) and the ambiance was everything we had imagined. I can't begin to start raving about SARA. What a wonderful coordinator - She answered all of our questions in a timely manner, super helpful and knowledgeable, friendly, kind, and more! She helped us make our dream wedding come to life by helping in any and every way possible. We couldn't be more thankful to have had her be there for us throughout the entire process. Delicious food, friendly bartenders, clean, organized facility. We'd do it all over again at Pinstripes in South Barrington :)

Our reception here was amazing. All our guests raved about the food! Everything was set beautifully, more than I could imagine. And Lisa and Sara were great at making everything run smoothly! Our guests also had so much fun bowling afterwards. I would highly recommend Pinstripes for a unique but fun wedding reception!

We could not be more happy with our venue choice! Everything was perfect, easy, smooth running, and they were very accommodating! Food was so delicious! I would HIGHLY recommend you at least check out this venue. We worked with Lisa Houswerth in planning it all and she was very creative and helpful while working with us to get what we wanted within our budget. We had our extremely short ceremony and reception all in the same room! It was perfect for us.

Pinstripes was the perfect covered outdoor wedding I could have asked for. Everything was beautiful and easy. Sara was amazing and helped me plan and execute our perfect wedding! The venue was great, but Sara made the difference in making our day great to perfect! She went above and beyond in every way. She helped me go through every step and made sure everything would flow well for the space and how many people I had attending. She was extremely easy to work with and very responsive and polite. I also received lots of complements on the food from my guests.

Our wedding at Pinstripes South Barrington was absolutely perfect. And Sara is the best coordinator EVER! Sara went above and beyond for us. We had an overflow of questions during the planning process (probably too many) and she answered everything with great detail and advice. She is the sweetest and most personable person to be around too. We had our ceremony upstairs in the ballroom and our reception in the outdoor patio area. Everything was GORGEOUS - it had that perfect rustic charm that I was going for. And my guests will not stop talking about how good the food was!!!

We can’t say enough good things about Sara and her team at Pinstripes. My husband and I had our wedding reception in the outdoor space in June and it went perfectly. Sara played such a big role in the planning process, she answered all my questions, gave me ideas and really made my vision come to life. We dropped off our decorations and stuff the day before and they set it all up even better than I could have imagined. Pinstripes was the perfect location for a kid friendly reception and we got many compliments on the venue and the delicious food. We 100% recommend Pinstripes for your wedding or any party for that matter... and please invite us because we want to go back!

When my husband and I toured Pinstripes, South Barrington, we knew immediately this was the place we wanted to have our wedding. It had everything we wanted. There was something for all our guests: great tasting food, dancing, bowling, and bocce ball. We rented out bowling, and had our own private room sectioned off for bowling. The food was incredible, and we received so many compliments on how well it tasted. We had a gelato bar that was set inside an ice sculpture that was a huge hit with our guests.
I could not believe how well organized the entire process was. Everything was taken care of and coordinated by Lauren (the events manager) at Pinstripes. We rented out the bocce ball court which looked absolutely amazing the day of our wedding. We got there early to set up, but to our amazement the team at Pinstripes handled everything for set up. Everything they arranged looked perfect. Everything ran incredibly smooth thanks to Pinstripes. I have been to several weddings in which something always seems to inevitable go wrong, but Pinstripes was so well organized and accommodating. Everything turned out better than we could have imagined. I would highly recommend Pinstripes as a wedding venue. There is no place better to have a wedding! If you are looking for a guaranteed fun, creative wedding celebration with excellent food, Pinstripes is the way to go!

Absolutely outstanding! We live in California and planned our wedding reception for friends and family with Pinstripes. Lauren and her staff were amazing!! She was prompt to respond, had great suggestions and when we arrived for our reception we were totally taken care of. Perfect venue, perfect service, perfect pampering!!

We had such an amazing experience with the people at Pinstripes in South Barrington! We worked with Sara who was extremely helpful whenever we had questions or needed some help. The day before our reception, we just had to drop off all of the things we wanted to be setup and they did a remarkable job putting everything exactly where it needed to be. I am so happy we decided to celebrate our big day there; we couldn't have asked for a better venue!

I am not typically a "review" type of person, but my new husband and I have nothing but amazing things to say about Pinstripes and everything they did to accommodate us for our big day, so I wanted to bend my rule a bit to brag on this amazingly wonderful venue. We held our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception at Pinstripes this past August, and Lauren, our event coordinator, went above and beyond to ensure that we had the most memorable, beautiful day. From making sure every last piece of decor was utilized at our reception, held in the outside bocci ball area, to making sure our ceremony went off without a hitch, which was held in the outside courtyard, Lauren was there. Everything looked gorgeous and welcoming for all of our guests, and we received MANY compliments. Not only was the venue beautiful, the food delicious (but seriously, the food. Oh. My. Gosh), and the bar fully stocked (Cheers!), every last staff member who helped us to celebrate our day was friendly, smiling, and HAPPY to help with our, at times, chaotic guests. Thank you, Pinstripes, Lauren, and all of the staff and servers who helped to make our day one we will never, ever forget.

I had my bridal shower at this location and was very pleased with the service and food. We had a hiccup with ordering a microphone ahead of time, so be sure to do that. But the service more than made up for it. We received many compliments and many of our guests are now considering parties/showers of their own at this location. Thanks Lauren!

Absolutely amazing. Our ceremony, food, bowling was incredible. Lauren helped us, shes amazing, my mother and i drove her nuts with emails, she even gave us her number to text her. She made everything seamless on our wedding day, she worked with our budget and our guests were stunned at how much fun they had at a bowling wedding.

We recently had our wedding reception at Pinstripes in South Barrington, and my husband and I are over-the-top happy with the service we received! It was an amazing venue, and we cannot praise the staff enough! The staff at Pinstripes thought of every detail and took care in planning the event with us, and we couldn't be happier.

Overall
We wish we could give Pinstripes 6 stars! Our reception was outstanding, and we received multiple phone calls the next day from guests who had enjoyed themselves. Guests were impressed with the food, they loved how happy and helpful the servers were, and guests absolutely LOVED getting to play bocce and go bowling at a wedding reception. Many people even said "If we could do our reception again, this is exactly what we would choose." Thank you so much to Pinstripes and all of the staff members for hosting our epic wedding reception!

I can't even begin to describe the awesomeness of this place for our wedding celebration! Every little thing I could think of was addressed by the staff The food is amazing! Best wedding food ever! Service? Five star! Such attention given to us, as the bride and the groom, as well as our guests! Everyone had a wonderful time bowling and bocce. The evening was cooler and the fire places outside provided even more romance! Jackie & Jessica provided fantastic service to us throughout the entire planning process. Looking for something fun and unique? This is the place!

We had our reception at Pinstripes in Barrington, IL on April 27, 2013. I can't even begin to explain how incredibly amazing our experience was. Words will not do them justice. We had our cocktail hour in the back room (rented the 4 bocce ball courts) and had the reception upstairs. They had the best service I have ever seen at a wedding. I received feedback from all of our guests about how great the venue was - fun, different, the service was outstanding, and the food was delicious!

They have great packages available that are reasonably priced and such a great value. They were also very accommodating and worked with us to tailor the package specifically to our needs. I absolutely loved our Coordinator, Jackie, and the Staff that worked our wedding - they were great! They were professional, fun, and kept everything moving at the perfect pace. They always made sure my husband and I had a drink in our hands and took great care of us and our guests!

My wedding at Pinstripes was truely unique, friends raed about the food and service! We opted for the after hours bowling party and that was a huge hit at the wedding. Everything was perfect! Having a wedding at pinstripes is one that everyone will remember. They have a great location for pictures and the atmosphere is excellent!

Laura and her gang at Pinstripes were far and away better then they needed to be. They were great! Very organized, very prompt, and very fun to work with. She was great with working with us and making sure that we had all the information that we needed, and then then getting the details worked out. She was incredibly efficient at returning emails and making herself available to answer any question or find any information we needed. She had a lot of suggestions and a lot of tips that were really helpful. She was really good with knowing what her facility allows and then working with us to get what we wanted done. Our wedding was a mix of traditional and unorthodox. We had the look of a traditional wedding with all the bells a whistles, but we kinda flipped that on its head. Laura was there and excited to help. On the day before the wedding we dropped of a bunch of things and herself and her team made sure they knew all the details and when we got there for the wedding it was all set up and looked fantastic. We had a great time and would recommend Laura and Pinstripes to anyone that is looking to mix it up a little and have blast.

Sara and the Pinstripes staff in South Barrington were amazing! The food was absolutely wonderful and everyone has give us such wonderful feedback and how beautiful the venue was!

We had our wedding at Pinstripes on Mar 27.

Pros:
1, Cost effective (food and beverage minimum was easily reachable, and no hidden costs).
2. Good chef = good food.
3. Great location and good size ballroom (we rented 2 of their three ballrooms upstairs).

Cons:
1. The venue's wedding co-ordinator does not spend as much time with you as required on the day-of. Leading to details being missed - like our party favors were never set out, so guests never got favors.
2. Cocktail tables were not setup as they were supposed to be.
3. The wedding procession was messy as there was no co-ordination from Pinstripes staff to guide us down the hallway from the wine room to the ballroom upstairs.
