  Couldn't have gotten through the day without Maria!

  Maria from P2P was truly the best and 100% worth every penny! Besides our venue, P2P was the first vendor we secured through the wedding planning process, and I am so glad that we did! Not only was Maria our day-of coordinator, she accompanied us through our venue walkthrough 2 months out and created a timeline specific to our day and flow of events. She walked through every detail with me on this 2 weeks before our big day to make sure everything was in line. Despite the rain and the challenges that came with that, Maria was there every step of the way and ensured that our day was ran smoothly the entire time. We can't thank her enough!

  A wonderful experience!

  Maria was simply the best! From start to finish, she ensured that my daughter's wedding was perfect. She is super organized, punctual, thorough, and best of all- super friendly and easy to work with. I don't know what we would have done without her in the days leading up to the wedding, but especially on the day of. She was calm and kept things on point all day. I can't say enough about Maria- I recommend her to anyone who is getting married.

  An Asset to our Wedding Day

  Planned 2 Perfection was an asset on our wedding day this past July 16, 2022. Leading up to our wedding, we had a vision and a lot of the details planned ourselves, but we really wanted someone we trusted to be our day-of coordinator that could carry out our vision while we enjoyed our wedding day. Maria was super friendly and organized from the start, understanding exactly our needs and following our lead. Her awesome assistant Jax was our actual day-of coordinator, but all three of us met a few times before wedding day. I'm sure not many brides and grooms can say this, but truly we had zero stress on our wedding day. I barely looked at my phone all day because I knew Jax was taking care of everything. Additionally, Jax showed up with some goodies of things she remembered that we liked and genuinely made the day feel personalized to us. Above and beyond! Even if you're organized like I am, I highly recommend a day-of coordinator, specifically Planned 2 Perfection, that will help you to make the most of your wedding day!

  I can't thank Maria and Sarah enough for their hard work coordinating our wedding day. I was a stressed bride that hired Maria a month out from the wedding for extra help and organization, and I'm so glad I did. She is friendly, responsive, knowledgeable and trustworthy.   Best thing a bride can do!

  Maria Hayes is professional, well-prepared, and her business is perfectly named. She will ensure your wedding day is PLANNED 2 PERFECTION! I have a background in event management, so I booked our vendors, but there was no way I could execute my vision and be the bride. A friend recommended Maria, and I am so grateful she did! Working with Maria as a day-of planner was one of the best decisions we made in planning our wedding. She began coordinating with vendors well before the day of. She helped the venue team set up the reception room and ceremony per our preferences. She ensured that we kept to our timeline and hit all the moments we wanted to create. Maria also made sure our gifts and card box was securely stored, and coordinated with the band and catering teams on the key moments of the reception. Maria also handled tip distribution in a responsible and organized manner. My family kept commenting on how calm I was on our wedding day. Maria is largely responsible for that. I trusted her completely, and can't imagine ENJOYING my wedding without her professionalism and support. My top advice to any bride to be is book a day-of planner, even if you are committed to doing everything else yourself.   Maria is organized !!!

  Maria did an amazing job. I suffer from a TBI and have a hard time remembering:/ it’s a daily struggle. Maria helped with details like you wouldn’t believe. Don’t hesitate on hiring ; I had every detail planned out for our big day and she made sure it happened. Ladies. Spend the extra money. With Maria help my husband and myself were able to embrace the most of our day. It does fly but we were able to breathe because she was doing all of the running around. Also our guest were able to be guest not staff.

  Maria went above and beyond for our big day, and was far more than our day-of coordinator! Not only did she help us prepare for our wedding for months (if not years!), but she also helped us navigate all the obstacles thrown our way in light of COVID. Notwithstanding all the challenges and last-minute changes, she was unflappable and always so calm, kind, reassuring, and accommodating. We also very much appreciated her excellent organizational skills and attention to detail — she really listened to our vision, made it come to life on the big day without a hitch, and allowed us to enjoy every minute of our wedding as much we did. I absolutely recommend her!

  Maria was fantastic to work with! Having her on board for our wedding made the process so much smoother and helped decrease the wedding stress. We had an initial call where she got to know us and our vendors. She immediately introduced herself to them the next day and got everyone on the same page. She was always available for questions; she was extremely organized and was very responsive. The day of she took care of everything and allowed our day to flow smoothly so that we could enjoy the day worry free. We would highly recommend her to anyone planning a wedding!   Best Day of coordinator!

  I thought that having a small and intimate wedding would be easy to plan. We booked an open barn venue, meaning we had freedom of all vendors which was fantastic but I quickly realized I was wrong to think I could do it alone and soon found Maria through another planner's recommendation. Maria was very easy to work with and helped me find a plan what worked best for our venue and budget. She was able to blend all my ideas and create our dream wedding. She was very professional as my day of coordinator throughout the entire process. She did more than what was expected of her. She helped us in a huge way during set up, ceremony and with our cake and decor. Everything that I was unable to complete myself by the morning of the wedding, Maria just waived her magic wand and all was a taken care of by the time guests arrived.
  So many people complimented how natural and seamless our wedding day was was from start to finish. Maria worked behind the scenes and made that happen. Our wedding was practically perfect and I owe a huge thanks to the one woman band Maria at Planned 2 Perfection!!!

A friend suggested I contact Maria, and when we met, I realized she was the perfect person to take charge. She's incredibly organized, efficient, and a joy to work with. She was able to anticipate things that I hadn't thought of. Maria dealt with the caterers, photographer, and even organized child care (which was in still another location!). As soon as the wedding began, I was able to completely relax and enjoy myself, as did all of the guests. Maria took all of the pressure off me. It was a spectacular event!
  I would give her a higher recommendation, if I could!

  I knew I wanted to be a hands on and DIY bride. I wanted to enjoy being engaged and put alot of thought and research into planning our perfect day! I was OCD organized , I had lists , time lines, folders , and even a labeled binder! I carefully picked everything out for my dream wedding. Thinking about my day all I wanted to do was enjoy it, celebrate with my family and friends and most importantly marry my best friend. The only way I could do that was to find some one who would put that care into my wedding day. Could i find someone who would know what I want and not let one detail slip!?/Maria is that person! She put my organization to shame! From our first meeting I immediately felt relieved and confident that Maria would put all the care into my day as if it was her own. Maria and her team made my day flawless, even with small bumps! She handled everything with grace. I didn't even see any flaws she was that good (even when a family member ate a salad with nuts in it and he was allergic ah,or no one could locate my toss bouquet!) She is everything and more right down to her bedazzled emergency kit and groomsmen and bridesmaids itinerary! If you want to truly enjoy your day, the day you have dreamed about Maria is the best choice!

  Maria was exactly what we needed! Someone to keep track of the details and put us at ease. She was buttoned up, positive, kind, caring, all those things you want in a person who will be there on the biggest day of your life. Definitely would recommend!
