  Planned Occasion was an immense help in making sure our wedding went smoothly. Sekecca was a pleasure to work with and had great ideas regarding decor and logistical planning. She was very professional and followed up with all of the vendors participating in our event. Additionally, Sekecca and her team were able to work very well with time constraints and make sure that everything went well even if there were changes in the original setup plan due to unanticipated restrictions for our reception area in the venue. Sekecca was a wonderful wedding coordinator on the day of our ceremony and reception. She made sure that everything stayed organized during the event and that everyone involved was comfortable. I most highly recommend Planned Occasion for wedding planning/coordinating as well as other events requiring multiple vendors!

  Two words... HEAVEN SENT!!! I thought I could possibly do this myself but after finally coming to the conclusion that I couldn't I contacted Sekecca and her team and so thankful I did! She's very professional, communicated with me well being prompt to all my questions and concerns! Very patient with me as I wanted my day to be perfect after changing things over and over again! She did an absolute amazing job from my wedding planner, decorator and coordinator... One stop shop for everything! You have all your vendors in one!! Again thanks Planned Occasion!

  Sekecca Davis, from beginning to end was the absolute best. Everything that needed to be done was done in a timely manner. She kept me calm and everyone loved her. I will definitely miss her, she was apart of my family for over a year. I would recommend her to everyone. Thanks Sekecca!

  I don't even know where to begin! Sekecca is like a fairy God mother that is there to grant all of your wishes. Anything you want or need for your wedding, she can find it and make it happen within your budget. She is now like a family member to us and we love her. She is very personable, available whenever you need her, and very proactive in getting things done. She can overcome any challenge your wedding may face and takes care of it all without you having to stress. If you want to enjoy your engagement/wedding process, then you need Planned Occasion in your life!!! The best!

  Sekecca is awesome! I heard all the wedding planning horror stories but I experienced nothing of the sort. I told her what I needed and she made it all happen. She was always there when I needed her and we became like family. Her vendors are all amazing! My wedding day was everything I dreamed of thanks to her team.   Planned Occasion is a dream come true for any bride who desires assistance with planning from "the ring to the reception" and thereafter. I worked closely with Sekecca "Keisha" Davis to make my day a Dream Come True...and it truly was. Keisha established a relationship with my vendors (DJ, Photographer, Caterer, etc), coordinated the reception design, provided stellar stationary (invites, Save the Dates, thank you's) and provided exceptional etiquette advice and professionalism for a 500 person affair! She made sure my guests felt welcome, provided "around the clock" contact for me and my husband throughout the planning process and we throrougly enjoyed every moment from the vendor meetings to tasting sessions to the rehearsal dinner and finally the wedding ceremony and reception. Our guests cannot stop talking about how beautiful and fun our day was and how everyone was so professional/hospitable. Thanks Planned Occasion for making me a Very Happy Bride, Mrs. Tate!!!!
