Platinum Executive Limo, unfortunately, did not deliver the services that I was promised on my wedding day. We paid for and was promised a white Rolls Royce, a white 12 passenger Escalade and a car to transport us to our hotel after the reception. When the Rolls arrived almost an hour late, to my surprise, it was not only silver, but the air conditioner was broken (for my June wedding) and the car was filled with moths. We had the driver pull over to let us out because of how unpleasant the ride was. I wound up joining my bridal party in the 12 passenger Escalade and riding with my groom-to-be to our ceremony site. We also never received our ride to the hotel after the reception leaving my new husband and I forced to call a cab (after I called earlier that day to confirm and was assured my ride would be there). When I expressed my dissatisfaction and desire for a refund, Platinum Executive Limo seemed shocked at my disapproval and was very unprofessional in their response emails. We did receive money back, however I did not get my Rolls Royce trip with my parents, I never got the red carpet and supposed champagne toast for photos, and I was left stranded to find a ride to my hotel, exhausted after a long and eventful day. Platinum's prices may seem reasonable, but if you are looking for professional and quality service, I would highly recommend a different company.
