Platinum Events is 100% hands down the best wedding planning service in the Bay Area. Dunia and Mandy are a dream team! I hired them over a year before my wedding because I knew it would be difficult to plan with the all the covid weddings getting rescheduled to 2022. I was interested in one venue that only gave me 1 week to decide due to demand. Despite the fact that it was the only venue we visited, my fiance and I went ahead and booked it. We were concerned that there would be no room for negotiation because of the demand but Dunia worked her magic and we were able to reach an agreement and price we thought was fair. Dunia and Mandy helped me book hair and makeup for my engagement shoot, bridal shower, and wedding. They gave me vendor options and managed negotiations and contracts. They booked our venue, photographer, videographer, decorator/florist, DJ, hair/makeup, live painter, wedding cake, zeffe group, calligraphy artist for the seating chart, one of the officiants, hotel room block, vintage car, and late night shawarma vendor. When I wanted specific chairs that the decorator was charging a lot more for, Dunia reached out to his supplier and negotiated a better price for him so he could lower the cost for me. They were there for me for every hiccup and literally went above and beyond to bring my vision to life. They were always reachable and reliable. And so much fun to work with!! They made sure my wedding went off without the slightest hitch. I couldn't have possibly asked for me. I now consider them friends and recommend them to every couple I know!
