Sam and Cindi are so awesome to work with. They are so knowledgeable about weddings. They make everything so easy for your big day. They were willing to let us visit multitudes to make sure we knew what we needed and felt comfortable. They keep the place beautifully decorated all times and they even have decorations left over by other couples that you can use. They truly made the process so easy and the venue is breathtaking.

My husband and I had our wedding at Pond Hill Pavilion this past weekend and it was everything I ever imagined to be. Sam, Cindy and Tom are so awesome to work with and really know what they are doing. They took care of everything!! We would definitely recommend them to others looking to have a relaxed experience planning.

Cindy and Sam are a kind-hearted and humorous mother-daughter team whose strengths complement each other, resulting in every small detail of your wedding day being considered and accomplished. If you choose Pond Hill Pavilion as your wedding venue, you will be gifted the entire weekend for preparation, as well as countless decorations to choose from. If you think it, we guarantee Sam and Cindy have already thought of it and will make it happen! We cannot thank them enough.

Pond Hill Pavilion is an incredible venue. It's a family run operation and you can tell that the whole family is completely passionate about it! The communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Though I think the price is slightly higher now than what we paid, I'm confident that is one of the best deals you can get for an excellent venue in the capital region. The best thing about it was how much was included! From the tablecloths to the beautiful landscaping, you will need to pay a lot less for decorations than you would at another venue. Our guests absolutely RAVED about the venue. They were so impressed. I hope one day we can be guests at a wedding at pond hill so we can enjoy it from a guest experience. Seriously, if you want an outdoor or partially outdoor wedding, but are tired of the barn vibe, check out pond hill.

Due to COVID, our wedding plans had to change drastically. We had to downsize from a large wedding to an intimate wedding with our immediate family. Pond Hill Pavilion was the perfect place for our wedding, and we loved every minute.
We were able to have our ceremony down by the lake and afterwards had an amazing view from atop the hill inside the venue. The venue looked amazing and we didn’t have to worry about any detail. We cannot thank Sam, Tim, and Cindy enough for all their hard work and dedication.
Looking back, we cannot imagine our wedding day to be any different.

Had my dream wedding last weekend. Everything was wonderful thanks in large part to the quality of this venue. Me and my husband both fell in love when we came for a viewing and it sounds like they are just adding more touches all the time and I'm actually wishing I could do it all over once a year!
