  She cancelled twice.

  The person helping me really didn't make an effort to help plan my wedding. She cancelled twice and didn't even ask if I like to make a third appointment. I asked if the date I wanted was still open and she sent me a blank calendar. I was disappointed because I heard of all the great reviews.
