  Stunning florals and great service

  I loved working with Susan at Poppy Stone. I had a distinct vision and she executed it perfectly. I decided last minute to add more flowers EVERYWHERE and she stepped up. Everyone said that the florals at our wedding were truly breathtaking. On top of that, she was so kind and communicative. Would highly recommend Poppy Stone and Susan for your wedding!

  Stunning floral arrangements!

  Susan created gorgeous arrangements for my wedding, and brought my vision to life. She has a great eye and brings in interesting textures and details. Everything she created - from the small boutonnieres to the large wine barrel arrangements - was stunning. She also managed all the candles on our reception tables and the gauze table runner for the head table.
  
  Susan is very organized and responsive, and was a pleasure to work with. When the first proposal she shared based on our call was more than I’d budgeted, she was very flexible and immediately helped me figure out a new plan, expertly prioritizing arrangements with the highest impact. I repurposed the arrangements from the wedding for a brunch the next morning, and she kindly allowed me to borrow her vases and return them after the brunch.

  Beautiful Flowers

  Susan and her team were wonderful. They were very accommodating when making any changes throughout the planning process. The flowers were absolutely stunning, and the vases she brought were beautiful. I would HIGHLY recommend her!

  I can't say enough nice things about Susan and her team. Their work is outstanding with absolutely gorgeous florals. And she makes the process so easy. Susan did both our rehearsal dinner and our wedding with exquisite detail. From large alter arrangements to the most gorgeous bouquets to spectacular overhead arrangements, Susan knows what she's doing. Definitely recommend!

  Absolutely Stunning!

  Susan at PoppyStone was amazing! Her floral arrangements were absolutely stunning. Susan did a fabulous job of taking my vision and making it better. I spoke with her on the phone and told her I had a general idea, but I not anything specific. She was able to listen and really pinpointed what I wanted. Susan was very flexible because we were originally planning a large wedding with flowers on dinner tables, etc. But, because of Covid we had to change to an elopement with just my husband and I in attendance. She was able to accommodate this request and even change it up a bit bc I didn't want it to be as formal looking. My husband's boutonniere was so perfect as well! Susan made the most amazing large floral arrangements for our wedding alter on barrels. My bouquet was even better than I had imagined. I could not say enough positive things about her flowers and work! I loved my flowers so much that I flew home on a plane with my bouquet in order for it be preserved. :). I highly recommend her work!!

  Susan and her flowers are amazing - she's such an artist!

  We worked with Susan through Sugar Rush Events, and we are SO happy we were paired with her. She's incredible. Not only did she elevate our floral vision, she delivered the most stunning, jaw-dropping arrangements.   Poppystone is spectacular!

  We were beyond thrilled with everything we ordered for our wedding with Poppystone. Susan helped us create a one of a kind design for our tables using Potter herbs in antique and regular terra-cotta pots. She created the perfect bouquet! I was even more surprised that the mothers florals had magnets instead of pins so their dresses were not destroyed. Such a delicate touch!

  Exceeded my expectations

  The flowers Susan designed for my July 2019 wedding exceeded my expectations in every way! She was super accommodating with my requests. I did not have a very clear idea of what I wanted for my florals and I sent her some photos from Pinterest and she took care of the rest! When I saw my flowers on my wedding day they were even better then I could have expected. I would highly recommend Susan to anyone looking for a florist in the Napa area.

We changed our mind and budget a few times throughout the planning process and decided to add florals to our rehearsal dinner- Susan rolled with the changes and listened to everything we asked for. I was even able to drop off buttons from a great grandmother's wedding a few days before our wedding and Susan incorporated them into my bouquet. Additionally, Susan worked seamlessly with our wedding planner and followed the requirements from our venue (very quick setup and cleanup).
  
  I continue to have guests compliment all the florals months after our wedding.

  Simply Perfect

  We worked with Susan for our wedding in Sonoma on 6.14.19 and she was incredibly kind and responsive. She was more than willing to adjust some of her initial ideas to better align with our budget and what she created was exactly what we had envisioned. We are from out of state and I was so sad to leave my bouquet behind that I packed in in my checked baggage! Needless to say it was a little battered when we got home, but I'm so grateful to have photos of all of her wonderful work (and I did salvage a few blooms to dry and press).   I can't put into words how amazing it was working with PoppyStone. Susan was an absolute joy to work with, my favorite vendor! She has so much experience and so much creativity. It's hard to picture everything together and gather all the details of exactly what you want (and fitting it into your budget), but Poppystone was able to get an amazingly accurate sense of what we wanted, and turned it into a reality, all while being transparent and realistic about prices and limitations. I felt fully supported by Susan and her team, and in the end, their design turned out to be more spectacular than I could have imagined! Would highly recommend this vendor for your special day! I can't wait to have an excuse to work with them again!

  Beautiful, personalized, professional

  Susan did a really wonderful job with our wedding flowers. After one phone consultation, she captured the look I was hoping for exactly. She was very professional, easy to coordinate with, and had everything ready for pickup on the morning of the event. She also accommodated a few last-minute additions which we really appreciated. Highly recommend!

  Best Florist in Napa Valley!!

  Susan was an absolute dream to work with for my wedding. Not only did she stay in our budget but the flowers were stunningly beautiful. We loved her so much that we now use her exclusively for all our private events as well now. Poppy Stone is hands down the best florist in Napa Valley, and trust me, we have tried them all!!

  Susan was the best! We were planing cross-country, so she executed perfectly using just our descriptions by phone and some images.   Susan was amazing...i had this far out idea for a part-art-installation-part-chuppha that involved a bunch of flowers...she made it come to life and it was an incredibly important and beautiful part of my day. I'd recommend her to anyone looking to have high quality flowers and decor and any bride/groom that wants someone who is able to turn their vision into a reality.

  Perfection

  We knew nothing about flowers but my husband and I had a vision of colors and feel we wanted. We went to Susan’s clueless about any flower choice but after explaining our vision and the feeling we wanted our guests to feel, she completely bought our vision to life. Every single person commented how beautiful our table pieces were, my bridesmaids loved their bouquets, and my bouquet was a beyond stunning cascade arrangement. Susan did everything and more to fit our vision and price range. She was such a pleasure to work with & I highly recommend!

  I planned my wedding from across the country, but Susan was able to execute on my vision perfectly from Pinterest boards and phone conversations. The flowers combinations she selected were more beautiful than I could ever imagine. Susan was also easy to work with-nice, friendly and willing to be flexible (& do our preview over Facetime). I would highly recommend Poppystone to anyone looking for a great florist!

She was able to create stunningly gorgeous romantic flower pieces! From my dream wedding arch to the smallest details on the boutonnieres, everything she created went above and beyond my expectations. My wedding was very windy and hot, but everything still looked beautiful and held together wonderfully. She is a truly skilled florist and I would highly recommend using her for any wine country event!

We couldn’t have been happier with the designs and quality. It was 100 degrees on our wedding day yet all the arrangements stayed perky and fresh looking through the entire event. All our guests commented on how beautiful the flowers were.

  Romantic Vineyard Wedding Florals

  Susan and the Poppystone team are amazing! I was recommended to poppystone by my wedding planner. When I saw their previous work I was sold. The definitely delivered for my wedding! They made my vision come to life. I wanted a delicate, romantic look with numerals and lots of greenery. My favorite piece by poppystone was my floral chandelier where she applied greenery and florals to a existing chandelier and a 15 foot floral garland. They are amazing! And she stayed outside throughout the ceremony to assure all florals were repurposed correctly. She even added additional florals to our wedding cake even though we didn’t include that in the budget! So sweet. I would definitely recommend!!
