  Beautiful Venue, Amazing DOC

  Our daughter's wedding was held upstairs on the balcony which was beautiful, followed by a cocktail hour in the same upstairs space. Downstairs, the reception was beautifully decorated and perfect for 100 people. Chloe, the DOC, was amazing! She was on top of every detail, even loading our cars at the end of the night with everything we were responsible for taking. She helped make the night go so smoothly. We were completely happy.

  Great Venue

  Beautiful venue we just attended for a wedding. Everything was clean well organized, great set up for ceremony and cocktail hour upstairs on balcony and the bar inside. There was about 170 people attending and both upstairs and downstairs were a perfect size, but the way the building was built I'd think larger or smaller weddings would work great in there as well. Staff was professional and nothing ever came up that they weren't prepared for. I would recommend for anyone looking for a venue!

  Dream wedding

  Port 393 hosted our dream wedding. Candice and Christianna were a dream team. Candice from the beginning had so much enthusiasm and made us so excited for the event. Christianna doubled as our venue manager and event coordinator and she was so prompt, detail oriented, and was a force to be reckoned with the day of. Not all hero’s wear capes. We would not have had our wedding anywhere else!

  I would relive it all again if I could

  Port 393 was a huge factor in making our wedding day one of the best days of our life. From the day we visited until the day of our wedding, we felt an overwhelming sense of warmth and excitement. You get a beautiful rooftop and an elegant reception hall, all while being minutes away from breathtaking photo opportunities. We were so blessed to work with Kyle Knoll throughout the planning process and on the day of our wedding. My husband and I did not have to worry about a thing on our special day because Kyle was always on top of it to the point where she made sure we had a drink in our hand if we wanted one. Port 393 is special because it is a beautiful venue, but especially because the Port 393 team has passionate, kind, and thoughtful people.

  The BEST Experience with Port 393

  From the very moment (and I kid you not) we walked into Port 393, we knew this would be the place we wanted to have our wedding reception. Candice went above and beyond to make our first tour special and made it feel so much easier and more inviting than any other reception venue we had looked at. That alone could have been what kept us at Port 393 – but that was just the tip of the iceberg. The venue is beautiful and the ability to have something modern and customizable really sets it above the competition. Throughout the night, there were so many comments that the staff was incredible and I think that falls on the immaculate environment Candice has created.
  
  Last but definitely not least, we need to have a special section for Molly, our event coordinator. From the beginning, she went out of our way to make our entire weekend unforgettable. Whether it was coordination between vendors, design ideas, timelines, pictures, rehearsal dinner plans, ceremony plans, the occasional dirt on the shirt during wedding pictures (thanks Molly!), she did it all. We both came out of the weekend counting our blessings that we had you with us during this entire process. We cannot begin to thank you enough.
  10/10 would recommend Port 393. Don’t think about, just do it and be as happy as we are.

  Amazing experience, despite this pandemic

  Port 393 is exceptional! We had our wedding in October 2020, while government orders were changing weekly. Candice and Madi were so accommodating to ever detail we needed. They were flexible and helped us change our set up when we learned that the new government order allowed us to gather indoors. They also provided servers and heaters so guests could mingle outdoors safely and still stay warm in late October. This made things so much safer for guests. If given the choice, we would absolutely choose Port 393 again!

  I held my wedding reception at Port 393. As a former fundraiser, I have hosted many events at various places, and Port 393 was far and away the best group I have dealt with. The venue is beautiful and unique to the Holland area. What makes Port 393 special is the people. They are extremely professional; you can count on them to deliver. They bring that same discernment when recommending associates. The businesses they recommended to me were top-notch. Beyond that, they bring a genuine enthusiasm to their job, which is rare. In short, they make planning your event not only stress-free (or as much as possible), they make it pleasurable.

  Incredible!!

  This place was everything we had hoped for. After having problems with our first venue, Port 393 stepped up and created an experience that we will always remember. The staff there was very flexible with our short timeline and had everything we needed to create our special day. My husband and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun, classy, yet modernized style wedding.

  Port 393 is the absolute BEST! Candice, Lauren and Kylie were ALL fantastic to work with and did SO much to make our day so perfect! From the very first time we toured Port, we knew that's where we wanted to say "I Do". The personable service all of their staff gives makes SUCH a difference! Every single detail of the venue is true perfection. We had our ceremony on the rooftop patio and all our guests were so impressed with how beautiful it was. Our reception was downstairs and we loved that we had the ability to choose our layout and utilize their amazing rental items. Port 393 is a one of a kind venue that is such a gem. We were so lucky to have been able to have our wedding at Port - we wish we could do it again and again!!! ;)

  Best Day Ever!

  Where do I even begin? Candice, Brian, Madi and their entire team treat you like royalty at Port 393. My husband and I knew with in 2 minutes of meeting with Candice that we were meant to get married at Port. We also booked with them before they were even built and not once through the process were we nervous things wouldn't work out. Their communication is phenomenal and if you think you they will make it happen! We just tied the knot on 8/29/2020 and it was nothing short of the most amazing, magical, stress free day any bride could ask for. You are not just booking a venue at Port 393 you are booking an entire team dedicated to make your wedding day the best day of your life. Their mission statement holds true and they will go above and beyond for you! We also had the lovely pandemic get in our way, and yet it was still amazing! So, if Port 393 can accommodate during a global pandemic, just think of the magic they can create when you don't have to stand six feet apart!! I will forever and always be grateful for the team at Port 393 and would recommend them for any and all events!! :)

  I was sure I wanted my reception at Port 393 after just one meeting with the owner!

  Port 393 has been amazing to work with! The building is still being built however, because of Candice, I have no worries about how it will turn out! The pictures and floor plans she has to offer are very detailed and I can’t wait to see the finished product! Owner, Candice, has been so accommodating for my fiancé and I and we are confident that she will help make our wedding day perfect! She answers all my questions very quickly and is always willing to meet if I need to speak with her in person.
  I would recommend working with port 393 to every bride out there looking for a beautiful and new venue.

  We have not yet had our wedding yet, but already the owner Candice has gone above and beyond in her desire to help us feel comfortable and confident in working with her. Her flexibility and friendliness have us absolutely confident in her ability to provide everything we need to make our big day perfect!

  Port 393 will be a beautiful place! One of the things we wanted for our wedding was privacy, and we will have the whole venue to us. So strangers wandering in. Beautiful indoor and outdoor roof layout. Truly remarkable owner too- she’s got the wedding passion and availability every bride wants (and needs!) my fiancé was like- ‘we need her.’

  Most beautiful indoor venue around...

  The space is absolutely beautiful and so unique. Probably the prettiest wedding venue on the west side of the state. They were very flexible and helpful when it came to all the changes due to covid. Love this place!

  Do not book!

  DO NOT BOOK. Seriously. I was the florist for a wedding and was honored to attended but let me fill you in on the horror. First off, this venue seemed so amazing… until it didn’t. The roof top spot getting married seemed awesome until the day before and the greenery wall was dead or missing. I was contacted by my bride in tears the night before asking if I could just do something with it. She was promised it would be renovated by her wedding day and trust me it was not! The roof top was also dirty. If you have a wedding venue- the brides dress should not be ruined with black marks within her walk down the aisle. As soon as her white dress hit the pavers- it was black ALL NIGHT AND FOR EVERY PHOTO. The bridal suite was also teeny and so warm. The set up staff was not super helpful and to top it all off the day of coordinator QUIT within 10 days before the wedding because of how awful the venue is and hated lying to her couples. TRUST ME WHEN I SAY… DO NOT BOOK HERE!!

  DO NOT BOOK. Seriously. I was the florist for a wedding and was honored to attended but let me fill you in on the horror. First off, this venue seemed so amazing… until it didn’t. The roof top spot getting married seemed awesome until the day before and the greenery wall was dead or missing. I was contacted by my bride in tears the night before asking if I could just do something with it. She was promised it would be renovated by her wedding day and trust me it was not! The roof top was also dirty. If you have a wedding venue- the brides dress should not be ruined with black marks within her walk down the aisle. As soon as her white dress hit the pavers- it was black ALL NIGHT AND FOR EVERY PHOTO. The bridal suite was also teeny and so warm. The set up staff was not super helpful and to top it all off the day of coordinator QUIT within 10 days before the wedding because of how awful the venue is and hated lying to her couples. TRUST ME WHEN I SAY… DO NOT BOOK HERE!!
