Overcharges for crappy sloppy job. Have to get fixed elsewhere
Overcharges for a horrible lazy job. And charge u more when u get to the register for extra surprise fees. They have their prices lower online to get u in the store. And it’s not just more expensive than everywhere else, they do a worse job. For simple highlights, they take the largest chunks. Don’t blend anything. Made me wait an hour cause they have poor time management and don’t care about u. Left with soaking wet hair and chunky skunk looking highlights. And in addition she spend 15 minutes after she finally got to me, to start doing my hair. They also charge u much more than every other salon does and they do a worse job. Go anywhere else but here, if you want any kind of normal looking hair. Idk where they got their pictures that they post on here from, but odds of looking at all any better than when u first walked in are about 50/50. And there r so many extra fees that they don’t tell u about.they do the opposite of what u ask for for double the price. I also be seeing comments about how they remove reviews. Tbh, I don’t doubt that that is something that they would do. Talked to a manager on the phone who would even really address that what happened should have never occurred. And I wouldn’t trust a single thing that this business says or replies to people on here. They r just replying to try and cover themselves even though they r probably at fault. Don’t trust their replies on here about how they tried to fix the problem and come to a solution and how they r not the bad guy. They r the bad guy. They screw u over in so many different ways. Their policies are set up in a way to steal ur money. I mean limited amount of days to come back and a pre charge that isn’t told to u directly at the register. The break down of fees that they then went through that were not listed anywhere unless u ask. Then they say “that’s what we regularly do” however if it is something that u “regularly” do, it then should be listed. Or like every other salon, “regular” fees r with the listed fee of a highlight. The girl didn’t even do a good highlight. I don’t get how u can mess up the most simple salon task of a highlight. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! They have it set up for the customers to lose. I’ve been to 3 other salons myself and never was treated of my time this poorly and never walked out with soaking wet hair and chunky looking highlights. NEVER has anyone ever messed that up SO SO HORRIBLY BAD.
Overall I am upset but they don’t even act like they understand ur frustration. Honestly, probably because they have these bad complaints all the time. I’m interested to see if they will reply to this and how much more covering up they will do. I’m disappointed in this business and how they even act on here like they did no harm and actually appropriately “fixed” everyone’s problems that they caused.
