  Latarnya is amazing. She helped me plan my destination wedding. I never met her in person prior to our wedding. She went above and beyond to make sure that our wedding was everything that I have ever dreamed of. She continuously looked for ways to save money and to keep our wedding with in budget. She made sure that she really understood our vision. On the day of the wedding she made me feel at ease and kept me calm. I feel blessed to have come across such an amazing person. I could not have asked for a better person to work with. The saddest part of our wedding day was knowing that I didn't get to talk to Latarnya on a regular basis to help me plan. I believe I found the best wedding planner/coordinator as well as an amazing friend. I believe she can make any brides dream day come to life!

  Latarnya and her team were amazing! My husband Daniel and I are so glad we decided to have her plan our wedding. Beginning to end she made us feel so at peace during what could have been the most stressful time in our lives. Through everything she remained so encouraging and went above and beyond to make sure our wedding was everything we envisioned. And it was!! I was beyond blown away with how everything turned out! She listened to everything we wanted, the atmosphere we wanted to create, and made our vision come to reality. In no way did we feel like she was trying to push her own vision on us. Instead she really listened to what we had to say and ran with it. On top of that she made sure we were able to truly enjoy the whole experience! There are no words to describe how thankful we are for her and the team! They are truly top notch. If you are ever debating whether or not to hire a planner, from experience I would say don't waste your time trying to do everything yourself because its not worth it to stress on one of the most important days of your life. Spend the extra money on it or cut something else out of your budget because in the end YOUR experience is the most important thing that you can never get back or do over.

  When our wedding co-ordinator became ill 2 weeks before our destination wedding on the North Shore of Oahu, we were worried. 40 international attendees, a unique ceremony and creative reception plan needed inspired co-ordination.
  
  When Latarnya from Praeclara stepped in with genuine care, quick perception, respect, incredible attention to detail, vision and an honest desire to know who we are and what we wanted for our day, we breathed out again. Latarnya quickly absorbed all the existing information, generated a plan for moving forward and made herself available to us generously as we dealt with each step along the way.
  
  Our vision was to design a wedding event truly reflective of who we are in each element, the transitions between and with an understated elegance, where guests would enjoy being a real part of the day as opposed to an audience. Latarnya brought huge waves of calm, ease, clarity and her fierce communication skills to our planning and to our day.
  
  Guests - many of whom manage events, co-ordinate performances and have a history in entertainment and production – quite simply said it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to. Latarnya played a pivotal role in so many unique ways – liaising with the Matron of Honour to surprise the brides with a bridal party/guest flash mob, bringing to fruition the specialised catering and detailed décor vision, bringing together the team of vendors, leading, listening and then making suggestions with a gentle but clear energy.
  
  We hope to stay in contact with Latarnya – we will never forget how she unflinchingly went above and beyond to bring our wedding day to life. Having someone independent co-ordinate an event as personal and significant as a wedding is an exercise in trust and confidence in the professional you choose. We will be grateful always for Latarnya and every personal and professional touch she brought to our day. We cannot recommend her services highly enough.

  I was introduced to Latarnya through Sunset Ranch, the venue where we had our wedding. We were trying to organise our Hawaiian wedding from a distance and the Ranch suggested that Latarnya would be a good fit for us. Initially I had been planning just to book Latarnya as our coordinator on the day of the wedding, but after one Skype conversation with her I knew that I needed her to help me plan the whole event. She was friendly, knowledgeable and already seemed to have a good sense of what I wanted my wedding to be like. I am so glad that I made this decision, as without her expertise, guidance and impeccable taste, our wedding day simply would not have been as beautiful as it was. Latarnya was able to translate all of my Pinterest dreams into the most beautiful, relaxed and fun event. She was generous with her time and her resources, going above and beyond the call of duty to help us plan our wedding from a distance. On the day of the wedding she was a beacon of calm and professional organisation. It was impossible to feel stressed because she was so on top of everything. My guests were equally impressed with the day, and with how smoothly everything went, and how lovely everything looked. I would recommend Latarnya to anyone looking for a wedding planner. She was amazing and I can't thank her enough for putting our beautiful wedding day together!

They made lists of vendors that we could choose from with pictures and ratings of quality and also there top picks. they designed the ceremony, reception and even helped organise the hens day ! I am a wedding singer and I see a lot of vendors come and go and this is the best company I have ever worked with! there design and creativity is amazing .... I sent them hundreds of ideas, pictures and pinterests and they put it all together. If you do one thing for your wedding make sure you hire Praeclara Events !

  My wife and I used the coordinator services of Latarnya for our wedding at Sunset Ranch on the North Shore of Oahu. We were planning a low budget wedding, so there were a lot of different components that we were doing on our own. We were hesitant at first to purchase the month-of coordination as the price was a little intimidating for our meager budget but ultimately decided it would benefit us by not being so stressed on the day of our wedding. This was the SINGLE GREATEST DECISION WE MADE.
  Latarnya was pleasant to work with. She dealt with all our vendors, even when some were driving us all crazy, and made sure she knew exactly what we wanted for the day of the wedding, down to the smallest details. We had some family drama (of course), but she was constantly there to remind us that this was our day and she went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed it.
  I'm pretty sure the wedding would not have come together to be half as successful without her. On the day of, Latarnya directed the rental company in making sure the decorations were right (she even took the charge in decorating the tables with the centerpieces when we weren't even sure what we wanted), dealt with our food vendors and staff so that they were prepared exactly as they needed to, and was somehow still constantly available to answer any of the questions that we had. She made the wedding more than we could have ever asked for, and we are going to be forever grateful of that.
  In summation, if there's one thing you must do to ensure that you'll enjoy one of the greatest days of your life, hire Praeclara Event Design and Coordination.
