  Your Search is Over; HIRE THEM.

  Hired them for my wedding this past October 2021. We decided to host it at my parents' back yard and it was 100 guests. The one issue as with most back yard weddings was PARKING.
  
  Hiring Preferred Valet was THE BEST decision we could have made. The issue was just gone and it became a perfect wedding venue!
  
  Zero deposit down, which I thought was strange... but they were punctual, Jeremiah called a few days prior to confirm/verify details, and they were NOTHING BUT 10/10 in service, professionalism, and customer service from booking to day of. They also graciously agreed to stay 30 min extra day of when we decided to keep the party going for a bit.
  
  I was so shocked by how professional/smooth the whole set up looked/flowed. Some people were confused and thought my reception location was a venue and not my parent's home lol. Just WOW you guys. They are also fully insured for everyone's peace of mind. Would 100% recommend! and it ended up being cheaper than hiring a shuttle service for guests... older guests could also leave at any time since they didn't have to depend on a shuttle.

  My husband and I used Preferred Valet Parking for our 160 person wedding and they were great. They were every attentive to all of my questions leading up to the wedding. I didn't actually use the service myself and did not hear any complaints - which to me meant that they were doing their job and were great at it. Their pricing was very reasonable and everyone was so easy to work with. To me the way you know the valet is doing their job is when you don't hear people complaining and your guest are gone only minutes after they said they were leaving. I couldn't have been happier and would definitely use them again.

  Nick at Preferred Valet Parking is the man to talk to. He was easy to communicate with verbally and through email, and he was friendly and professional. I communicated with him all of my concerns, and he took care of all of them without any trouble. Competitively priced, his staff was quick, efficient, professional, and friendly. The proprietor of our event location was extremely impressed - he even asked me for Nick's contact info for future events!

  What if the staff accidents a vehicle

  Ask me what happens when their valet staff accident your car.
  The owner refuses to take full responsibility.
  They refuse to use their insurance because their premiums will go up (not my words, his words).
  He instead wanted to settle for less than half of the total cost to get my car back to the original condition.
  Which means I had to pay $3k out of pocket 🤯

  Hello Mairene, unfortunately my boss is not willing to meet you at 100% of your request, if you were willing to negotiate it down he would be open to it but as of now it looks like we might not be able to settle it.
  
  As of now, I had to get my insurance involved. They will deal with them moving forward.
  I'm out my deductible and a massive headache dealing with the owner.
