  Best Customer Service

  I went there without an appointment. Had the best young lady assisting me, Melissa. She left me alone to look at dresses. Then, she helped me. She said how I could add bling and also asked her manager for a discount for me on a dress. Great selection and made me feel like a princess! She earns a 10+ in my book!

  Beautiful selection and excellent staff

  Premier Bride was my first stop for wedding dress shopping. Spent the whole day at various bridal shops in Fresno and nothing compared to the two dresses I fell in love with at Premier Bride. All of the staff that I worked with throughout the process were super great and encouraging. They had such beautiful dresses that I was torn between two of them. I am super happy with the dress I picked and also love the veil that I purchased from Premier Bride as well.

  Premier Bride was my first stop for wedding dress shopping. Spent the whole day at various bridal shops in Fresno and nothing compared to the two dresses I fell in love with at Premier Bride.   I was so so happy when I found my dress at premier bride perfect dress. I had such a bad experience at Davids Bridals with them not listening to me at all and trying to force me in dresses I didn't want to be in. At Premeir Bride, the experience was pleasant from the start. I went when they were having a trunk show for Maggie and Sotero (the brand I actually bought my dress from) and I didn't see the one I wanted there, but we figured out my size and ordered my dream dress online from them. It took about 7 1/2 months to come in but when it did it was SO gorgeous. They recommended tailors for it, which I didn't have to great of an experience with but that's not their fault. But my dress actually arrived later than expected, and they were happy to help call the designer and figure out what was going on and give us a small discount for our troubles. All the staff there was friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend

  The ladies that work here are WONDERFUL! We just finished ordering my stunning gown as well as my 5 bridemaids dresses. These girls have been nothing but help during our multiple trips here. They have great style advice & tips to obtain my vision. Should be getting all the dresses in here in a few months... so happy to have worked with them!

  This place was perfect!! I found all the different styles I was looking for in wedding dresses here and nowhere else. I was SO HAPPY to find the dress of my dreams, a Maggie Sottero dress called Jade, and all the ladies were very nice and happy to help. I had such a great experience!

  The best way to start off my comment by saying what WASN’T amazing at Premier Bride’s Perfect Dress?!?! My experience there was spectacular to say the least. I was treated not only with respect but also with much care and consideration. Everyone I came into contact with was very nice and polite. Veronica was my wonderful consultant and she helped me through this wedding dress journey. She helped me narrow my dress choice down as well as helped me chose my beautiful wedding dress!
  
  My party was on the larger side, six ladies, and luckily Premier Bride allowed us to bring champagne and cupcakes! It was a magical experience and I cannot wait to use them for the rest of my bridal party.

  I LOVED the experice I had with finding my wedding dress at premier bride. I was nervous because I was unsure with what I wanted..all the girls in there were so sweet and made me feel at ease. They listened to everything I had to say, gave me wonderful advice. I will definetely receommed them! Thank you for making my day even more special Premier :)

  Where can I begin with Premier? How about, THEY ARE AMAZING. Seriously, I couldn't recommend them enough. The salon is very clean, has great lighting, many fitting rooms, and the nicest selection of quality designer dresses that I had come across on my extensive search for *the* dress. My experience with them more than exceeded my expectations. From start to finish, over a span of almost a year, all of those girls treated my parents, my bridal party, and myself with such kindness and respect. I was probably a little more...high maintenance...than some other brides, and never once did I ever feel like I was an inconvenience to any of them. They were more than happy to accommodate me trying on my dress countless times and helped me through a couple of bridal freakouts. Ana, Alyssa, Kayla and Amanda are the girls I worked with the most and are all really awesome at what they do. On the day that I finally took my dress home, I actually got all teary saying goodbye...I felt a little silly, but that's how much they all impacted me and my bridal experience. Definitely go there if you're looking for a clean salon with quality dresses and a close-knit vibe that treats you like a beautiful bride should be treated, and beyond.

  Such a great selection at Premier! I was able to find a unique dress that amazed every single one of my guests at my wedding. No where in the area was able to find anything as remotely unique, as I was at Premier. Their staff was great and very helpful in selecting and ordering my dress.

  Easy and princess-like

  I always knew I wanted my dress from Premier. They made me feel like a princess and had enough room for all my attendees. I booked my appointment for 2 hours back in October, so when the appointment came last weekend (Feb) we were surprised when we were told it was only 1 hour. They fixed it and I still left happy, just triple confirm when you book your appointment and when they call to confirm. All in all great appointment and will keep recommending.

  This was the last place I went to find my wedding dress and I wish it was the first. They made the process so easy and fun! I fell in love with the first dress I tried on, but they still let me try on other dress to make sure. They make you feel so special and make the experience so much fun!

  Amanda is pretty much the reason I'm giving a high review for the quality of my service. I did not know that on weekends that an appointment was required, but she was willing to help me anyways! There was no pressure sales and she even made me a price sheet so I knew exactly what I would be paying for! Any other time I came in and Amanda was not there, the girls seemed a bit preoccupied on the computers. But once they were finished, they were attentive. Some of my paperwork got confused and they had forgotten to change my wedding date, so they thought I was getting married a week before I was. They were quick to call and make sure that I was still getting married since they still had my dress! They were great with phone calls when my dress was supposed to arrive, when it didn't, when it would be rushed shipped (and I wasn't charged since the designer sent the wrong dress), when it arrived again, when my veil arrived, when they received it from alterations, and when it was ready to be picked up before the wedding! They steamed, pressed, and preserved my dress for me also! Great experience for me!

  Amanda is pretty much the reason I'm giving a high review for the quality of my service. I did not know that on weekends that an appointment was required, but she was willing to help me anyways! There was no pressure sales and she even made me a price sheet so I knew exactly what I would be paying for! Any other time I came in and Amanda was not there, the girls seemed a bit preoccupied on the computers. But once they were finished, they were attentive. Some of my paperwork got confused and they had forgotten to change my wedding date, so they thought I was getting married a week before I was.
