  Amazing service from start to finish!

  Premier was amazing from start to finish.  They worked with our budget and gave us a 10 star experience.  It  was so nice to have an itemized quote, it made it very easy for us to figure out what we wanted and didn't and they had helpful suggestions along the way! We got so many compliments on the food and cupcakes from guests.  They were very flexible and helpful as things constantly changed with COVID, a re-schedule, and number changes.  Everything tasted great and service was top notch.  They also contracted bartenders for our event who really went above and beyond and were so incredibly nice! Would highly recommend premier for your next event!

  We are so happy we found Premier. They were responsive to my questions, kind on the day of and worked hard. The food was a hit. We will use them again if we ever need a caterer.

  Premiere was absolutely fantastic to work with. Kylee handled all of my before event details and Mark took over for the day of. He was absolutely fantastic! The food was fantastic and everyone is still talking about it! I absolutely recommend Premier for all of your catering needs!

  Premier was great to work with. My contact person was Kylee. She was very responsive and helpful. I felt like I had so many "dumb" questions, but she was so reassuring. She also helped me make some decisions I was on the fence about.
  The staff on the day of kept everything moved seamlessly. Highly recommend.

  We hired Premier for our daughter's wedding. From the onset, Kylee (our contact) was attentive and offered perspective and suggestions--though leaving all final decisions to us. The wait staff was friendly and interactive, the bartenders made delicious drinks and were easy to work with. The staff who pre set decorated everything did a wonderful job. The food was outstanding. Many guests have asked for the name of the caterer (especially for the crab cakes) and commented how delicious everything tasted. Premier is well worth it. A one stop shop to make the planning of such an event much easier. Thank you!

  Premier Caterer provided outstanding service for our wedding. Our rep was Brittney and she is super AWESOME! Always smiling, very laid back, down to earth, very professional and made us feel that she cared about making our special day shine and ensure we (bride & groom) was fed. She was very responsive to all our questions and requests. The food was DELICIOUS! Majority of our guests went back for seconds. All our guests complimented on how professionally the food was prepared and how delicious they can make a broccoli taste. Some mothers even thanked us for allowing their children to attend our wedding because their kids were eating vegetables. The Premier Caterer team were outstanding and everything from setting up to cutting our cake was PERFECT. They did not disturb us once throughout the wedding. Brittney listened to us and provided the service exactly the way we wanted. I highly recommend Premier Caterer in Camphill, Pennsylvania to cater for your occasion(s) and trust me, you will NOT be disappointed. Premier is very reasonable and will work with your budget. I most definitely will be using them again for future occasions.

  The team at Premier Catering did a fantastic job from start to finish. From the first phone call talking to Kylee, I could tell I was in good hands. She was extremely patient with me as I tried to find the best price and the best catering option for my guests. Every step of the way through the unknown world of planning my own wedding, I felt supported by her and the team at Premier. Not only did I discuss food with her, but I was able to bounce ideas about the decor, reception timeline, and the little details that matter to make an event come together beautifully. My confidence in this team remained steady throughout my entire year of planning and finally the week of the wedding it all came together. Mark listened to my ideas and took my theme into consideration as he designed the layout of the buffet and cupcake display. The china was great, the setting were tasteful, and the linens were just right. I was very impressed when he showed up with multiple colors of blue fabric to make sure he had the shade just right. The wedding day was beautiful. The food was superb and the guests devoured the cupcakes. Throughout the evening, Mark remained on site to make sure we were taken care of. Dinner was served to us first and all events that evening were directed through a remarkable staff. You truly will not find a more caring and understanding team as Premier. I would highly recommend them to all my closest friends!

  We hired Premier Caters for our wedding reception at the Carlisle Ribbon Mill in Carlisle, PA on 10-10-15. They did an AMAZING JOB!!! Everyone we worked with was so friendly and accommodating! They helped us with all of our questions and concerns. We were able to customize our menu and appetizers which was very important to us. We wanted to have a causal bbq menu but still elegant for a wedding. We had a DELICIOUS BBQ themed meal, slow roasted pulled pork, braised brisket, grilled vegetables, roasted potatoes, fresh cut fruit salad, super creamy mac & cheese with goldfish topping!! It was beyond perfect!! They supplied a variety of sauces and BBQs too; food was hot, fresh & beautiful! Mark, set up the buffet stunningly! He had some surprises up his sleeves for us too! He did a spectacular job of decorating the buffet tables with fabrics and items that perfectly matched out travel theme! He even created a menu board for us! At the last minute Mark was able to find us a new bartender because the one we booked through a different company failed us. He was such a life saver!! Premier Caters did a fantastic job with everything! We were very pleased with all of their services and would HIGHLY recommend them for any of your catering needs!!!

  This was the second wedding we had catered by Premier Caterers and both were wonderful! Everything was planned and executed in accordance with each bride's (very different) wishes. The food was excellent and the visual displays fit perfectly with each wedding's theme. Everyone at Premier was great to work with.

  Stephanie and her team were amazing! She was wonderful to deal with even with the last minute changes to our menu! The presentation of the food and tables were beautiful. The food was FABULOUS! Everyone commented that the caterer did a wonderful job, and the food was fantastic! I would definately recommend them!

  Premier catered the weddings of my last two daughters and we could not have been more pleased. One was a winter wedding and this past weekend we had an outdoor wedding. Stephanie, Mark and Tony worked very hard to make the day special. At both weddings, we received compliments on the food. I feel they got to know each couple a little bit at the tasting and then suggested ways to enhance their themes and color schemes. With Mark heading up the catering staff and Tony managing the bar, we felt like very special guests at an event we were actually hosting! I would use them over and over again!

  They did a great job with my wedding.... it was the only day it snowed and they made it a day i will not forget. Mark did a great job with the decorations and the way they helped me out thru they whole planning process. from the time that i sat down to dicusse what my date was and the taste test down to the day they were right there and no compliants when i changed numbers on them quite a few times. I can not even thank them enough.

  Premier did an amazing job for me on my daughter's outdoor wedding in the backyard of my house. The service and food were excellent! There are so many "what ifs" at this kind of wedding venue. The moment they got to the house, Tony, took over and kicked me out so that I could also be a guest during my daughter's backyard wedding. Not only was everything so delicious, the service was so professional and creative. It was a magical evening!

  This was an exciting time in our lives and we wanted everything to be perfect. After visiting several caterers in the Camp Hill and Harrisburg area, we found Premier Caterers to have a tremendous selection of entrees/appetizers that wouldn't break the budget and have the flare we wanted at our wedding.
  We offered our ideas and they were kind enough to guide us with what we were missing and what would give a panache we wanted on our day. The staff was exceptional, courteous and attentive. Our friends loved all the new martinis and their bartender was able to make each one to perfection. Our wedding was wonderful thanks to the guidance from Premier Caterers.

  I am recently helping my brother on his wedding planning adventure. We used Premier way back in '03. After looking them up again in 2012 it's nice to see the consistancey in the staff and the new trending wedding touches that they have incorporated into their work. The food is timeless and Stephanie's culinary creative do a fantastic job. My brother is a one stop shop kind of guy, like most are, and this helped the future couple concentrate on more serious matters.....like thier honeymoon!

  Overall Premier did and EXCELLENT job. We were very happy with the food and service. Stephanie was very thorough and nice to work with. The on-site coordinater was very professional with everything and even got us a plate with food to be sure we didn't forget to eat (we had the beef tips and chicken picatta both of which were very good). The bartender did a great job as well. The only complaint I have is that there wasn't much flexibility with a children's menu. We had a buffet dinner and we were not able to have something separate for the children. It ended up working out in the end I guess though because I didn't hear any complaints.

  Premier was amazing. They grilled on location for us, and all our guests complimented the meal afterwards. I am still hearing about how delicious it was! The only reason that I game them a 4.5 in the professionalism category was because they tried to convince my younger brother to let them go swimming before they left the wedding, which was at my parents' house. Overall, they have a great presentation, awesome bartenders (another crowd favorite), and great package options. My parents were thrilled, and so was I!

  The food was delicious! Everyone especially loved the crab dip. I was extremely impressed with how easy she was to work with financially. I told her what I wanted to spend and we came up with the best menu possible.

  Premier was the caterer for my daughter's wedding in May. They did a great job. Kylee helped me with the selection of food and all the
  other details. I did not live in the area where the wedding took place and they guided me through the entire process. The food was excellent and my guests were very impressed. In fact, some came back for seconds. They set a beautiful buffet. Would definitely use them again. Thank you Premier

  Premier was an awesome caterer to work with. They were extremely accommodating in working with the bride & groom to figure out a great BBQ wedding package. The food was delicious and the staff provided very courteous service through out all the planning and the event. 9/3/16

  I was very pleased with the wedding rehearsal dinner on the Pride of the Susquehanna. It went very smoothly with our excellent server Lisa. (We had 3 appetizers followed by a a buffet dinner) You are never sure how good the food will be since there was no prior taste testing but it was all excellent (a lot left over). Initially ,info/ contact was through phone & e-mail & I felt overwhelmed trying to pick a menu . It was more helpful for me meeting face to face with a rep who made suggestions --I had 2 appetizers chosen which were too similar, she commented how delicious their lemon chicken picatta was, she suggested their cookies were delicious (which they were) and she could describe the different foods I was not familiar with. We were allowed to bring our own Groom's cake but we supplied our own plates, napkins & forks They cut it & helped to serve it. Yes, I would hire them again!
