When looking for a wedding planner, I was not sure who I was going to go with. I spoke with quite a few planners before I met Nicole. Nicole immediately made me feel comfortable and excited. I was truly blown away after sitting down to talk through our special day with Nicole. She is beyond knowledgable in all aspects of weddings. From beginning to end she helped make the stressful process a breeze. I will never forget going to our rental appointment with my Mom feeling so overwhelmed at what needed to be done. Nicole kindly volunteered to come with us and helped SO much throughout the process. She thought of things that never would have crossed my mind. During the wedding day, she was everything we could have asked for and more. She is kind, confident, and prepared. Even with impending rain, she helped us to make all of our ceremony dreams come true (as well as helped pin up a broken dress). She was so kind to our family and helped wherever needed. There are nowhere near enough kind words to say and we will be forever grateful to her and Premier for everything that was done to make our day the best day possible! -

The best wedding day ever! Our daughter just got married and we were able to actually sit back and enjoy the whole experience. Premier Party Planners made things easy. They were organized, communicative, and very professional. They were also available for questions and advice. This was our 4th wedding for our 4 kids, and PPP did the last two! From the time we found them, we definitely wouldn't use anyone else!! -

We hired Premier Party Planners to help plan our wedding, and they were hands down the best investment we made for the event! From our first call with Tara, we knew we couldn't have our wedding without her. She is so organized from day one of planning all the way through the day of. As the bride, I was able to rely on Tara for all the details to ensure the planning process went smoothly and I didn't have to overstress about the little things. Tara listened to all our ideas and helped us select vendors that aligned to our vision and stayed within our budget - that was a huge plus for my husband! On our wedding day everything went smoothly to my knowledge because Tara was the point person for everyone. We told everyone who would listen to us that Tara is the reason we had the BEST DAY EVER on our wedding! As a type A gal, I knew it would take just the right person to make me feel comfortable letting go on the big day. Within a few minutes of meeting Tara, I knew we were in capable hands. Tara is extra detail-oriented and phenomenally prepared. She keeps the day moving like clockwork because she's always prepping for what's next. We also appreciated her guidance regarding vendors throughout the process! And vendors really seem to love working with her on wedding day, we heard rave reviews every time someone found out we were working with her. Plus, Premier has an awesome supply of decor and other items you can use on the big day to avoid some of those one-use purchases (we used things like the arbor, cake stand, cutting utensils, card box, etc). We're grateful we went with Premier! -

Our planner Elizabeth was everything we could’ve asked for in a planner. She went above and beyond constantly to ensure we had everything we needed leading up to the wedding and on the day of. She communicated with our vendors to ensure that they had everything they needed for us to have a successful day. Elizabeth is so sweet and cared so much about making this day perfect for us. We could not have had the wedding we did without her! -

If there is one thing I learned throughout the planning process, it would be to HIRE A WEDDING PLANNER! I cannot stress enough how amazing Premier Party Planners were for my big day and throughout the process. We were paired with Elizabeth, who was the kindest, most organized person on the planet. She had great open communication throughout the entire planning process and really stepped in to save the day multiple times the month of. If anything went wrong on the day of, I wouldn’t have known because Elizabeth was so on top of everything. As someone who is not in the event planning industry, it is vital to have someone looking out for you in the way a planner can. Elizabeth saved me from almost making a very costly mistake and jumped in so quickly to help me resolve the issue right away! She not only made sure we were well taken care of on the day of but also always knew where to go and what was next. I had many guests tell me it was the most organized and seamless wedding they had attended, and that is really attributed to our fantastic planner. Not only was she professional and great to work with, but she is genuinely a kind person and fun to chat with. The Premier Party Planning team made us feel so special on our wedding day, and we look back with such fond memories of how amazing our vendor team was. I would recommend their services to my closest friends and family and cannot express my gratitude enough for this amazing team! -

Our experience with Tara and Premier Party Planners was amazing from start to finish! From the detailed description of the full service planning package on the website to our first meeting with Tara, we knew we were in good hands. Tara took care of all the behind the scenes details and paperwork, and kept us on track when she needed our input. She found great vendors within our budget, and was extremely thorough throughout the planning process. The amount of stress she relieved was well worth the investment. We will miss working with her, but we cannot recommend her and the Premier team to potential clients enough! -

Tara Ruffier from Premier Party Planners is the absolute best! From the first day I met Tara at Premier Party Planners, she has been helpful, accommodating, and kind. She helped me plan and organize my wedding while I was living out of state for an internship. Tara helped keep all my details straight even when I would change something last minute or change my mind. Tara did a great job of listening to both me and my mom as we dreamed about the day together! She is incredibly responsive via email, text, and phone call. She also has a great eye for design and helped me craft my "timeless romance" wedding reception even though I knew nothing about flowers or decor. Tara also did a wonderful job working with our church to make sure everything was taken care of for the wedding ceremony which was off-site. If you need a wedding planner or day-of coordinator, do not hesitate to hire premier party planners and Tara! I can't thank Tara enough for the excellent job that she did for my wedding and reception. -

Tara with premier was a GOD SEND for our big day at the North Carolina Museum of Art! From start to finish, she ensured there were no hiccups. As a bride, I didn't have ONE SINGLE WORRY the entire day. Tara went above and beyond the entire planning process and her expertise and professionalism was appreciated the whole time! From handling dress malfunctions the day of, to coordinating with all of our vendors and ensuring everything went off without a hitch, Tara made August 12th, 2023 the best day of my life. I can't say enough good things abut Tara and the wedding planning experience working with her & Premier Party Planners! We did partial planning for our wedding at Market Hall which I HIGHLY reccommend. I get overwhelmed with decision making and we had a larger wedding so there was a lot to think about, but Tara made everything SO easy during planning process. She truly is on top of everything and can think of every possible solution you may need. On our wedding day everything came together so beautifully and she even helped add a few creative personal touches to our decor which meant so much to us. I got so many compliments on how smoothly our wedding went and people said I must have had the best wedding planner around. I seriously got to enjoy my wedding day to the fullest and spend time with our guests without any worries. Tara is so kind, professional, creative, organized, and just wonderful all around. Working with Tara was the best decision we could’ve made for our wedding day. She was truly invaluable to me throughout the planning process and on our wedding day. I told my husband many times that working with Tara was worth at least double what we paid for her services. We had so many guests tell us that our wedding day was seamless. Even in the very few moments that it wasn’t, Tara handled everything with grace, patience and a calm demeanor. Our wedding day was a dream come true. It was everything we could’ve ever wanted times ten, and we have Tara to thank for that. The company is called Premier for a reason!
