  Words can not express how amazing it was to work with Rita! Let me start by saying she knows her material on every topic along the way of the planning. She is the perfect amount of soft spoken and assertive when needed to make sure you have the best experience! Our wedding planning went as smooth as it possibly could because of her help. She earned the title of "fairy god mother" very quickly on how helpful she was. I to be honest was not as stressed as I should have been with the planning because of how helpful she was all along the way of planning and next to us on our wedding day. We had a couple of issues go wrong on the day of the wedding, but luckily because she was so organized and on alert they were fixed without me even knowing until the day after when family told us how amazing she was at saving the day. We met with 3 other wedding planners to make sure we were going to be working with the best fit for us and spending our money right. I can honestly say that her services were worth every penny!!! We are going to miss working with her as she became like family. I highly recommend Rita Swanson.

  Rita was a life saver for my daughter's wedding ( only 7 weeks after my son married). There is absolutely no chance we could have pulled off the beautiful event that it was. Rita has outstanding contacts and relationships with vendors. She provides a detail timeline and budget and sticks to it throughout the process. She is priceless! I am quite sure that she paid for herself in the mistakes we avoided. And my daughter had the wedding of her dreams. Every detail went as planned. As the mother of the bride I did not have to worry about anything the day of the wedding but to enjoy watching my daughter enjoy her special day.! I will be forever indebted to Rita for her calm and expert guidance. We highly recommend that you trust Rita to create your special day. Danna and Kelsey Atherton

  I had the honor and pleasure of working with Rita Swanson with Premier Planning Services for my wedding on 11/8/14. Rita was our day-of wedding coordinator. There are no words to express my gratitude to Rita and her staff for all that they did to make our wedding day so incredibly spectaclular. The day was beyond our dreams! Our wedding day was flawless because of Rita's organization and planning. She completely put me at ease and took care of every detail so that I could enjoy my wedding day. Rita is so professional, courteous, respectful and thoughtful. She is exceedingly prompt in responding to emails and phone calls. She is flexible and was able to work around my schedule, which was so helpful as I was planning my wedding from out of town.   I had not planned to hire a wedding planner as I have had experience in planning large events and felt competent to plan our daughters wedding, however after being referred by so many friends to Premier Planning Services, I decided to meet with Rita Swanson. She and her team were amazing! Her relationship with the vendors was hugely valuable as she set up all of the appointments, negotiated the terms (she saved us money!) , kept detailed records for our budget and was extremely attentive to every detail. She is obviously highly regarded in the industry as the vendors clearly wanted to please her (she is, after all the repeat customer bringing in clients). Rita and her team are extremely professional but also conveyed a genuine spirit of warmth and enthusiasm for our events and wish for making our daughters dreams come true. I felt as if a friend were helping us - i definitely would recommend Rita Swanson and Premier Planning Services for any event!

  Rita planned our daughter's wedding and it was a beautiful event that we would not have been able to pull off on our own. The cost savings far exceeded the cost of the service and the tips were invaluable. We did our first daughter's wedding on our own and were not able to even enjoy it as we were "working" it. Rita and her staff made it possible for us to just sit back and enjoy this wedding as they handled every detail for us leaving us free to take it all in and actually remember the day. I highly recommend this company to anyone planning a wedding!

  Rita and her team at Premier Planning are absolutely fantastic. I originally hired Rita for her "Day Of" services but she remained easily accessible to me throughout my 9 month planning process.   My husband and I had a weekend of stress about two months before our wedding and that's when we decided to hire a wedding planner to do the month before/day of wedding.   Rita was fantastic! She had all of the best vendors available to me at the best prices. Because these vendors wanted to keep in good standing with her, they bent over backwards for us and our requests. These vendors were always open to my ideas and vision. The day of the wedding was equally as fantastic with her and her staff handling the many stressful details leaving me, my groom, and our families to enjoy and fully celebrate the day. I have been a bridesmaid in other weddings and mine by far was the least stressful! As a bride, I was able to enjoy the day and my guests instead of worrying and planning for the details happening behind the scenes. She truly made the day magical through her sage advice and planning. Well done Premiere Planning!

  We had a traditional wedding with 150 guests and a ten week engagement. We interviewed eight wedding planners by phone and set up in-person interviews with three. But when we walked out of our interview with Jennifer, I said to my (now) husband, "do we have to interview anyone else, because I can't imagine anyone would be better?"
  
  We're so glad we got to work with her. Some of the reasons we liked her are:
  1) She's calm. When we had moments of panic, she was cool.
  2) I don't know what her personal style is because she did such a good job of listening to what we like and reflecting that back to us. So our wedding really reflected us and our tastes.
  3) She offered advice and input when we asked for it. Somehow, she was able to sense what the right amount was.
  4) She was kind, polite, and professional to everyone she interacted with.
  5) She was organized and responsive.
  6) The lady who did our hair and make-up commented that she had never seen such an attentive wedding planner in all of the time she's been doing hair and make-up for weddings.
  7) We had FUN planning our wedding.
  8) Our wedding was unbelievably beautiful. We had so much fun on our wedding day. No stress. Nothing went wrong. Just happy. We had multiple people comment to us afterwards that it was the best wedding they had ever been to.

  Jennifer was awesome! She was always available when I needed her, answering all of my questions as if I were her only client. The day of the wedding went so smoothly, I was able to be a true guest at my own wedding, which was a goal of mine. PPS is on the higher end cost wise, but I believe you get what you pay for!

  Rita Swanson was a pleasure to work with as we planned our outdoor wedding. She had creative ideas, genuine feedback and excellent rapport with all her vendors. We didn't have to think of a thing on our wedding day as Rita had every detail handled. We could relax and enjoy our day, knowing if a "Plan B" was needed, Rita had it covered! I would highly recommend Rita and Premier Planning Services to anyone who desires a full-proof wedding!

We didn't have to think of a thing on our wedding day as Rita had every detail handled. We could relax and enjoy our day, knowing if a "Plan B" was needed, Rita had it covered! From my very first phone conversation with Rita, she made feel relaxed and confident about the planning process. Rita is incredibly detailed, beyond organized, and regularly emailed me the updated to-do list so we kept on schedule. She is very well-known and respected among the wedding community and she was so helpful when interviewing and working with different vendors. She takes the time to really know and understand her clients, and therefore, she's able to find you the right vendors for your style & price range who will deliver exactly what you're hoping for. Not only did she absolutely keep us within our budget, we actually saved money because she was able to get us discounts with certain vendors. When my wedding weekend came, I was able to relax and enjoy myself because Rita had ensured that every detail was in order. She and her assistant for my wedding day, Lauren, made sure that any potential disaster or mistake was immediately corrected...all without me having to spend a moment thinking about it! From tent setup, to seating and tabletop rentals, to a tricky parking situation Rita was on top of it.   Very helpful team of professionals for our daughter's wedding. We had many logistics to plan through due to the location and Premier worked hard and pulled off details that really helped bring it all together. Very thankful for all of their help the "day of." Wouldn't have been able to enjoy this special day to the fullest extent without them!
