  Wonderful officiant

  Patrick was the perfect officiant for our day. Not being religious, we went back and forth on asking a friend or hiring someone. We are SO GLAD we hired Patrick. He was fun, has great energy, and helped make our day special.

  Patrick Brooks is outstanding!

  We chose Patrick after researching SLO officiants. We did a few phone interviews before we met him in-person (for the first time) two days prior to our wedding. From our first call, we knew Patrick was the right person for the job. He exudes excitement, passion, and happiness. He had a lot of thoughtful questions and happily addressed all of our questions. When we met him, we arrived with our electric car almost empty (we drove from the Northern CA) and Patrick let us use his personal e-charger for free to add miles to our car. He's that type of guy. He also made delicious, fresh cocktails for us at his distillery in Tin City (we also met his awesome dog, Penny). Again, for free. And then gave us a bottle of an award winning alcoholic beverage that he made. Also, for free. The day of the wedding, he crushed it. He delivered his beautiful, thoughfully curated words, adding special touches that were tailored to our wedding. He stayed after to socialize with us, take photos, and give us the transcript to his speech. Patrick is great officiant, and even better, a fantastic human. This world needs more Patricks. Patrick, we wish you the best of luck at your wedding to Quinn!

  We love this guy!

  Patrick is amazing! He was our officiant and our specialized drink supplier, both of which turned out amazing! He made the ceremony so special to us and he’s all around such a lovable guy with amazing values and a good heart. Can’t go wrong with him!

  Best Officiant Around

  Patrick was amazing! We were referred to Patrick by our wedding planner and vibed with him immediately. He was down for whatever we wanted our ceremony to be. I highly recommend waiting until the actual ceremony for his spiel. It made it so much more meaningful to hear it for the first time. Our wedding guests raved about how it was the best ceremony they have ever sat through. He truly has one of the best speaking voices and has genuine passion to make those around him happy. Patrick will be now a life time friend! We can’t say enough great things.

  You won’t regret it!

  Patrick was our officiant for our wedding in 2019 and I recommend him to ANYONE who asks. He brought the perfect mix of both professionalism but also fun and good humor to our ceremony. He was extremely easy to work with and man- he has a great voice. My only regret is we didn’t have a videographer to record our epic ceremony.

  We contacted Patrick 3 weeks before our big day after our original officiant backed out. He was professional, energetic and fun. He did a beautiful non-denominational ceremony for us. We couldn’t recommend Patrick enough!

  I can’t recommend Patrick enough! Not only was he an amazing officiant but also an amazing person! He made our day so special! His voice is truly incredible and had our guests attention from start to finish. Many guests mentioned afterwards how good he was!

  Patrick officiated my wedding and I couldn’t recommend him more! He was very easy to work with and made the process fun. He has a warm presence and a great speaking voice! He worked with me with my vows which took that stress away from the process. He was on time, friendly, and led the ceremony very well! Highly highly recommend Patrick and also love his distillery! My husband and I love to visit him at Wine Shine when we are in the area to say hi. He’s become a lifelong friend to us and he truly made our wedding ceremony so special.
