  Loved my entire experience here! My sales woman, Tanya, was right on point and chose dresses for me that fit my body. I ended up with a dress that I would never have thought was for my body type, and it was great! The dress had to have some major alterations, and I was terrified. When it was time for my first fitting, I lost 30 lbs since ordering the dress, originally it didn't even come in the size that I needed, so I had to order a size smaller. the work that had to be done was out of control, when i went back for my first fitting (Navina) did everything plus more! She applied more lace to cover the areas I wasn't comfortable with- she did this on her own and it was AMAZING! the second fitting only needed minor adjustments, I couldn't be happier! My dress bustle held up all night, I was concerned since the beading on the train made it quite heavy and I was super comfortable throughout the entire day and night. I honestly think the cost of alterations was so minor based on how much work was done. I will recommend them to anyone anytime! Thank You for making me look beautiful on my special day ♥

  I bought my dress in Pronovias. I found the one that I liked and they had to order one for my size. it was perfect, they took their time so I could have one made for me. Beautiful dress!

  I got my wedding dress at the Pronovias sample sale. It was crowded and competitive but I found a great dress for a great price. Make sure you have a friend to battle with you, but you'll have lots of options.

  My dress turned out beautifully, my consultant, Leah, was fabulous (she was like the kind and funny but tough aunt that everyone needs in life), my alterations woman was lovely, and everything went fairly smoothly. The only small complaints I have are:
  Wrong color ordered: luckily, I noticed this on the receipt the very next day, so I was able to have it fixed, no problem, but just make sure to double check your receipt before you leave the store. I was so elated and emotional, I didn't think to look closely enough. But if I hadn't caught this, it would have been a disaster (the 50% of the reason I picked this particular dress was because of the color!)
  More mirrors: when I would come out from the small dressing room to show my friends and family each dress I was trying on, I basically had to look at my reflection in the shiny elevator doors.
  Flexibility with fittings: M-F, only until 5pm? It's a good thing I work nearby and have a very understanding boss. For all 3 fittings, I had to leave work an hour early.
  Miscommunication re: Fittings: They told me I'd be taking my dress at my last fitting, but that wasn't the case, even though there weren't any more changes to be made to it. I'm just glad my sister was free to go pick it up the next week and that we live in Manhattan. What if you had to shlep in from Southern Jersey or something?? I just wish they had been clearer about this.
  However, all of that aside, the quality and detail of the dresses there in that boutique-y atmosphere for those prices? Unbeatable, simply unbeatable.

  My dress was a pronovias ball gown and it was a dream! Especially for the price, I couldn't be happier, they did alteration for me as well and listened to everything I said! Only thing I could complain about was their flexibility in appointment time. You couldn't get a date on the weekend and u had to schedule weeks in advance, but I guess it comes with the territory.

  Dress came THREE days after my wedding! The factory was having "problems". I found out it would not be here in time one week before my wedding and after spending $2500 on my gown I had to go buy another one! Bad customer service. then when the dress finally came AFTER my wedding, I went to pick it up, after all I PAID for it, and it had major problems with seams not being straight, the lace did not lay right. It was only worth throwing into a trash can. This company is sickining. The store tried to do everything it could, but Pronovias the company was totally non-caring.
