THE BEST to do it!

I'm so happy to have pictures with Elle of Provocouture Events as evidence that our wedding (and all other future events) was handled by THE best that there is. And she and her team did it all with us living in DC. She has an incredible team that think of everything that you've forgotten. From logistics to aesthetics, every detail /is their business. So thankful to have her and her team spearheading our incredible wedding. From engagements, to proposals, to retirement parties, to birthdays...and anything in between, trust your vision and event in the hands of Elle Velasquez and Provocouture Events.

Elle was amazing and made sure it was very personal! I requested a "no-touch" event and just to show up and be "wowed" and I received that and so much more! The setup was immaculate and very detailed; it was exactly what I wanted. After our first meeting, I was provided with a recap presentation to ensure that no details were missed- this is what I call "first-class" service. Everyone was asking "who coordinated this?" If you are looking to host a first- class event, Elle with ProvoCouture Events is willing and able in every way. ProvoCouture Events has become a part of my family, in that any event I have will be handled by them.

We had an amazing event with The planner (La Shica ) it was so perfect that she handle everything and went beyond to please us so our wedding to be the perfect day for both of us we highly recommend her and her staff to plan any event because she is the person that can built and make your dream come true!!!!!!!

Provocouture events did a dynamic job with our event. LaShica was very honest, professional and creative with the ideas for our wedding. It was indeed a pleasure to work with such a wonderful team. I look forward to working with Provocouture for future events.

Brides should always remain calm and trust that their wedding planner has the experience to coordinate their big day. Enjoy the moment, all the moments up to the day of the wedding. Don't sweat the small stuff the day of the wedding, no noone will ever know if something is missing or that it did not go exactly according to plan.

La'Shica with ProvoCouture Events exceeded our expectations. She, in essence, paid for herself by saving us a significant amount of money with her creative and resourceful ideas. She was professional, punctual and most importantly she catered to me as a Bride and made my day even more magical. I highly recommend her and her staff....you will not be disappointed!

La'Shica was very hands-on and communicative during the entire wedding planning process. She was very mindful of our budget, and took our vision and ideas to the next level. Her staff was so nice and felt like family by the time the wedding was over. I would definitely recommend her to anyone, and plan to use her for future events. All of our guests said that it was the best wedding they had ever seen/attended.

Regretful.

After careful thought and consideration, I decided to write this review. I hired Elle owner/operator of ProvoCouture Events to coordinate my reception (no wedding) June4,2022.
My husband & I live in Atlanta (had a justice of peace ceremony to get married in Atlanta) but later went to Houston for just a reception. By the time I hired Elle, I had secured all of my vendors. She only would coordinate & decorate. Initially she was recommending a lot of over the top ideas that were good but not for me. When I had my own ideas, I think that’s when she decided she would NOT give me her best. She was very hard to communicate with. She always reminded me of how busy she was (made hundreds of excuses) working for NFL players & sororities. I paid $6500.00
for her services (only to decorate & coordinate). She switched the floral arrangements I ask for to cheaper versions. At the end of the night she said she couldn’t give me any of the florals. Not one single flower!
She did purchase a small bouquet for me, it was wilted by the time we took our photos. She was supposed to place my favors on every place setting, she didn’t. I had to mail them out to guests after the reception.
I gave her a guest book which I purchased, she never put it out for guests to sign nor did she return it to me. The day of the reception she came up with this fabulous story of how the sweethearts chair had been damaged. She would have to switch to just two regular (same color) chairs. Never suggested a refund since I paid extra for the sweethearts chair.
I later found out that she was overlooking some guests names on the guest list & was telling them they couldn’t come in.
I did require my guests names to be checked off the guest list (her suggestion). Every guest
was named, so there was no need to hassle the guests. In the days after the reception, I reached out to her to follow up & ask a few questions. She said she was out of the country and would call the next week. I never heard back from her. Very disappointing.
