We worked with the Publix Brookhaven Event Planning Team for our wedding cake, which was great! Phyllis was our initial contact who helped arrange a cake tasting for us and then at the tasting and after, our main contact was Alexandria, who listened carefully to what we wanted and was able to help us decide how many servings we wanted in the main cake versus the grooms cake versus sheet cake in the back. We appreciated her help to get the best pricing possible on these combinations. The tasting was far beyond what we expected with a sampling of 3 separate 8" rounds! We obviously could not eat all of this at the tasting, so they let us take all of the leftovers home! We both have loved Publix Cake for years, so we knew it would taste delicious (which it definitely did)! The cake and the grooms cake arrived on-time and was just as we expected! We would highly recommend using Publix!

Working with Publix was so easy. I live out of town, so we had to do everything but the tasting remotely, and they had no problem exchanging ideas over email. The tasting was an extremely fun and productive process as well. We were able to taste mini versions of the cake options we had selected and they had a picture of the exact cake design we wanted in their sample binder! After that quick and easy meeting I didn't have to meet with them again until we called to confirm the delivery time a few days before the wedding, and everything was good to go! Literally the easiest process ever and the cake turned out amazing! Couldn't be happier!

I am SOOO THANKFUL for this Publix. They did such an amazing job on my flowers, I cannot express to you how happy I was with my flowers. Flowers are the one thing you cannot see until the day of the wedding and I was so nervous about them, but once I saw them for the first time I was in shock! They were astounding!! I had the best experience with the floral manager Connie! From my bouquet to the centerpieces, boutonnieres and bridesmaid bouquets I couldn't be happier!!!

We used Publix for our wedding cake. It was beautiful, delivered on time and tasty. Our coordinator at Publix (Cammie) was great to work with and make the process incredibly easy, even for a bride doing long-distance planning! The only drawback of using Publix is you are limited on the cake styles, but we found one we liked and were very happy with our experience and, more importantly, our guests were all very happy with the cake!
