Pia is absolutely amazing. I reached out to her to plan a surprise proposal for my now fiancé and from the beginning, I knew I had found the right person to guide me through the entire process. Her deep knowledge of the area, meticulous attention to detail, professionalism, patience, and responsiveness was crucial in planning our special day. She took the time to understand me, my fiancé, our interests, and my desires to create a unique and memorable experience. Amazing Elopement in Puglia
We are so happy we chose Pia as our wedding planner. She truly went above and beyond to make our wedding the most perfect day. We are from the US, and she coordinated everything for us including the venue, flowers, photographer, transportation, and more which were all amazing. She is very responsive and immediately handled all issues that came up thanks to her connections in the area. We truly could not have gotten married without her help! She is so creative, organized, and such a sweet person. We cannot recommend Puglia Ever After enough for your special day! -

Best Engagement planning experience!
Pia helped me plan the engagement of a lifetime in Puglia. She was creative, responsive and a great communicator, and followed through on everything she promised. Perfect puglian wedding
When we decided to get married in Puglia we didn’t know where to start. Maria gave us so many options and we ended up with the perfect venue! Maria is very organised and has everything you need in mind. Our bouquet and cake matched perfectly and everything was exactly as we imagined. She also finds fantastic people to work with who are trustworthy and help to make the day extra special - thank you Maria ! -

Beautiful setup, great communication, and so helpful
Maria made my marriage proposal so easy! She was helpful in suggesting locations, finding a photographer, videographer, and a string quartet to play songs! It all turned out to be a huge surprise that blew our expectations out of the water.Puglia Ever After's reply:

Pia really is the best! She helped me plan a surprise proposal for my now fiancée. She planned and timed everything perfectly. The violinist, the flower arrangement, the neon sign, the venue, the photographer and videographer. She is super responsive and you can tell she has a breadth of experience and knowledge and truly cares about creating breath taking moments.
Not knowing the language or area, having her on my side really helped. If you’re on the fence of hiring a planner, do it, it will save you a lot of time and mental burden. And obviously I recommend Pia!
I would highly recommend Puglia Ever After for your event! Grazie Mille forever Pia! -

Dream wedding realised thanks to Pia!
Thanks to Pia, we had our dream wedding in Puglia! Everything was perfect - from the venue, food, flowers, entertainment. The day ran smooth and was well coordinated, and all our guests had the most wonderful time! In the run up to the wedding Pia always made herself available to chat or answer any questions we may have- which helps greatly when planning a wedding from afar (UK)! She was attentive and understood our vision, and we trusted her judgement to make the choices on our behalf. We have nothing but the best memories from our day, it was so special and we will be forever grateful for the vital part she played in making it all happen for us. A Magical Apulian Destination Wedding Weekend!
If you are looking for the right wedding planner, look no further. Puglia Ever After is the planning company you need to ensure your wedding is magical and seamless! We felt defeated about planning a destination wedding until we met with Pia virtually over coffee. She was the only planner to suggest a meeting in this way, and when we met her, we already felt a part of Pia's team.
Pia quickly became our eyes, ears, and feet on the ground. We never had a chance to visit our venue before the wedding, but Pia helped us plan a 3-day wedding event without visiting on-site and made sure to help us feel comfortable from afar. Pia managed all the events to ensure that our guests and we were cared for, and she helped us plan all of it in less than a year. From site seeing to virtual meetings with the venue and vendors, Pia made us feel as comfortable as we could meeting everyone from afar. I can't stress the importance of having a planner that understands you, your partner, and your vision. She does a great job of understanding who you and your partner are and your wedding vision. Pia also does a beautiful job of tying intentional moments together, and she always tries to make the vision come to life, which was very much apparent during all our wedding events! It was really important to us that we gave our guests a true "Apulian experience," and it was exactly that for each event we hosted for our guests.
Working with Pia means that you have a big advocate on your side; she will always ensure you get what's best. She works with a talented group of vendors, which makes you feel like you have an extension of your family surrounding you on your special day! Her attention to detail is unmatched, and she will go above and beyond to ensure you have the best day ever. There were moments Pia would come to us with an idea or an inspiration, and it felt really good to say, "I trust you, Pia!" and have her work the magic that was created in her mind. To be able to have full trust in someone planning one of the most beautiful days in your life is something extremely special. We are so fortunate to have had Pia and the team plan our wedding weekend! You are in excellent hands with Pia and the rest of the Puglia Ever After team!! I decided to get engaged in Puglia without knowing anything about it. Just that there was pretty coastline. I reached out to Pia and she did an excellent job putting it together: sent ideas and videos for the location, various options for the style of the scene, hired the photographer and videographer and managed them both. We were thrilled with how it turned out and everyone who sees the videos is very complimentary. Definitely hire Pia!Puglia Ever After's reply:
