  Phil Trau was an outstanding DJ at our wedding. We very very picky and prescriptive- had a definite vision for the music and needs at our wedding. It probably also doesn't help that I work in events, so have a bunch of experience working with great production vendors. Phil met and exceeded pretty much every one of my expectations.
  Phil's website is on point- so easy to find and enter all of the songs you want him to play at your event, and rank them according to how much you want to hear them. The site is awesome. So well designed and helpful! You can keep coming back and adding to it as new requests or ideas come through, and he keeps everything organized and recorded so you never have to worry on the day of.
  Phil is easy to work with, not intent on being too much of a presence if you don't want him to be. He kept the dance party going at our wedding, and didn't waste time with announcements or fillers- which was really important to us. He was very professional and- perhaps most importantly to me- he wasn't needy about details. We had two calls leading up to the wedding day and that, along with the schedule we worked out, was all he needed to ensure everyting went absolutely smoothly on the day of.

  Pure Energy did a great job providing the DJ for our wedding. They did so mush more than just play music. They kept the event going from pre-wedding music through the ceremony, announcements, etc. Once we completed the dinner and it was time for dancing the DJ kept it going and feeding off the group energy so the dance floor was always going. We ended up extending the reception 2 extra hours because everyone was having a great time and nobody wanted go home.
  I highly recommend them and plan to use them again in the future!

  Phil was fantastic day of event, and both he and Natasha were on spot with pre-planning! Phil kept the party going and knew how to mix the various music tempos to pace the reception dinner and night. He even told us how to cut the cake when the time came! ( little detail that we forgot ;) ) he made sure to keep us on schedule in a gental way - he'd ask if we were ready in 5-10 minutes to do this part or that part of the evening
  I'd certainly go to PureEnergy for any future event needs!

  We loved working with Phil! He made the planning so easy and on our wedding day he made sure everything was running smoothly! I had so many people compliment us on our Dj! I would definitely recommend pure energy for any event!!

  Pure Energy was an incredible vendor providing DJ and lighting services for our event and they were. From the start they were always willing to help and fielded all of our questions. All of our guests loved the music and kept dancing until early in the morning. They also are an great value for the services they provide and you can fully customize your playlist. Phil and Natasha are great at what they do!

  Great company to use for a wedding. We live in San Diego, but were always able to communicate with Phil and Natasha to see what we needed to do. Met with them two days before our wedding and provided us all the details and were able to come up with a finalized song list for the big day. Kenny was our DJ and did an outstanding job! Very easy to talk to and flexible on schedule changes.

  Phil is awesome!!!! I am so glad we chose him as our dj. He was so professional and friendly the whole time we worked with him and was so amazing on our wedding day. Everything went perfectly with the microphones, sound, music, and dancing. After the wedding, people were commenting on how great the music was. Everyone was out on the dance floor for the entire reception! He did a great job on keeping the party going. I highly recommend his services!!

  We cannot say enough about how wonderful Phil was as our DJ and Natasha was for keeping in constant contact with us. Everything went off without a hitch and every single guest said our DJ was the best!

  We really could not have been happier with Phil and Natasha. From the very beginning they were friendly and helpful and we could really tell that Phil would do a great job at our wedding. He's not one of those corny wedding DJs everyone has seen, he plays the music you want and does so in a way that makes sure people are always dancing. If the dance floor is looking a little empty, he'll play a song to get everyone moving and/or call the bride and groom up and then ask everyone to join them. Not only did he keep our party going all night, he made sure everything happened on time. We didn't have a wedding planner or day-of coordinator so having him tell us when it was time for the cake cutting or father daughter dance, etc. was invaluable. No doubt, he was responsible for our day going as smoothly as it did.

  Phil did a fantastic job from the moment he came on the scene. He was fun to work with and kept the bridal party energized. The dancing didn't stop until the last song. A key feature was each song blended into the next so there was no down time between songs.

  Phil and Natasha were great to work with for my wedding. They stayed in touch throughout the weeks leading up to the wedding to make sure they had all of the info and were flexible when we needed to change things around.

  What a great party. Kenny did a great job at providing us with all the music we wanted for our wedding ceremony and reception. With their grade list of music online and the ability to request songs it was easy to get our play list. All our guests danced till the very last minute and we had a blast!

  Pure Energy Productions was exactly what we were looking for in a DJ. They smoothly organized the entire night and helped up enjoy our beautiful wedding. They are very helpful with supplying ideas if you are in need of advice, as we were with picking some of our songs, or will accomodate to whatever your requests are. They are very professional and I would highly recommend them for your wedding. My only advice is that the "farewell dance" is a solo dance for you and your new hubby. We hadn't realized that and didn't have anything choreographed. However, it turned out fabulous regardless and we had a blast!

We met with several and after 2 distracting Starbucks consultations, 1 DJ who never showed-up at all, 1 DJ who was 1 hour late to our home, we ended up at the PEP office. We booked their services the day of our first consultation!
  
  We also booked a Photo Booth that came with a Photographer to take the pictures. They printed out the high quality 4 X 6 prints on-site and our guest got to take them home as their favors. This was a HUGE hit and everyone had a blast with it!
  
  From the initial contact, Phil and his staff were an intrigle part of our complete event planning. We loved the access to their music database via their website, and had a blast picking our favorite tunes to be played. Natasha was always available to answer our hundreds of questions and even helped us with the design of our ceremony programs!
  
  The day of the wedding we had DJ Kenny and he was fantastic in every way. He kept the Itinerary on time and made sure our other vendors and the facility were all in perfect sync. The music we chose in advance was played as promised and he picked the perfect songs to add to our selections.
  
  After the wedding, I received several compliments from my guests, as to how much fun they had, and how great the music was. I'm glad we put so much time into selecting our entertainment...it really made a huge difference in the outcome of my special day.

  Phil and Pure Energy were great to work with when it came to my wedding. The lighting was perfect and all my guest simply loved it. It was the perfect color match and the floor monogram was beautiful. I highly reccommend them for any event occasion.

  Pure Energy was a great for the most part. Just wanted them to take a bit more of a lead on the q's for the music and announcements. Overall though service was good.

  Pure Energy was a great for the most part. Just wanted them to take a bit more of a lead on the q's for the music and announcements. Overall though service was good.
