  Dream Team!

  QDC is everything we could have wanted from a wedding planner team and more! Their warm and gentle hearts made us feel comfortable and kept my husband and I reassured that everything was in good hands. They were very professional and flexible, especially with the time difference (we are from Vancouver, BC Canada). We love their optimism and energy from the day of our initial, virtual meet and greet all the way up to the big day. They are a professional duo but at the same time we were able to have casual and comfortable conversations together. They made us feel comfortable and heard in all aspects of the planning process. They gave us amazing tips and made sure we didn’t unnecessarily spend on “Pinterest” inspired wedding gimmicks. All in all they gave us everything we wanted and more, we could not have asked for better planners. Thank you QDC!

  Dream wedding in Venice

  Our wedding was nothing short of magical. Claudio and Gabriele from QDC Weddings were our guiding stars throughout the entire process. Despite planning an Italian wedding from Texas, their patience, professionalism, and flawless organization made it a seamless experience.
  Claudio's perfect English helped us understand all the contracts, and they consistently kept us updated on deadlines and payment schedules. They even anticipated little details we hadn't considered. Choosing from the beautiful Catholic Church options they lined up was a joy.
  Our reception was everything we hoped for – spectacular and fun. Claudio and Gabriele went above and beyond, making us feel like cherished friends. We're forever grateful for their exceptional service.

  May 9th 2024 Miguel & Kimberly Wedding

  QDC exceeded my expectations from the moment I messaged them. I got a prompt response and a calendar invite to meet and discuss my vision. I was immediately impressed by the professionalism Claudio presented. After our first meeting it was a no brainer that we were a perfect fit and I wanted no one else but Claudio and Gabrielle to plan my wedding.
  We had planned to make a trip to Rome to meet Claudio and Gabriele to scout locations. We had 3 amazing days of scouting but exploring and amazing food were additions. I had the best trip ever and the variety of locations QDC scouted were phenomenal.
  As the wedding approached I felt like Claudio and Gabriele were always 10 steps ahead and I never felt the need to worry or stress.
  The day of the wedding was seamless and perfectly coordinated. QDC exceeded my expectations and made my dream a reality. The details were perfect, the timing was great and the seamlessness of the event was amazing. The day can only be described as magical. I would recommend QDC with all my heart.   Our Dream Wedding Day 🫶🏾 🇮🇹

  My husband and I privately (and secretly) eloped in Rome, Italy on 10.20.2023. We cannot say enough about our wedding planners at QDC Wedding. From the initial first consult, Claudio and Gabriele made us feel like we were speaking with old friends. They are so warm and welcoming. You can tell they LOVE what they do. The planning process was seamless because they were so organized from beginning to end! They were always available night and day, provided timely responses, and honest and realistic expectations.
  Gabriele was fantastic with the floral/aesthetic arrangements and very intentional about ensuring we were satisfied. Claudio was our primary contact and worked with us both individually and as a couple. We never felt like one of many. He asked so many questions about our story, and our desires to pay tribute to our vision. They were an all-inclusive concierge service helping us plan itineraries, transportation, music, ceremony rituals, last-minute services, and even travel guidance for our honeymoon in Sorrento. We put all of our trust in them and they delivered! This day was everything we described, dreamed of, and more. It was intimate, unique, beautiful, and meticulously planned. With their support, we felt confident in every decision. We will remember our incredible experiences, our vows, and our new friends for life!

  Intimate Wedding for an English couple in Italy

  Claudio and Gabriele made our entire wedding journey more special than we could have anticipated.
  
  From our first message to the big day they were so supportive and looked after every single detail.
  Our wedding felt simple and easy to organise. There was minimal stress in planning as they took care of everything for us. We discussed plans over video call and they generated clear action points guiding us through the process. They spent time getting to know us, gaining a full understanding of what kind of day we wanted and how it would suit us as a couple. They helped us with budgeting and were flexible throughout as changes were made.
  
  During our in-person visits they were warm and welcoming, helping us to choose the perfect venue and giving us expert suggestions where we needed guidance. Throughout the whole process their reliable communication with us really put us at ease. We felt we could ask or clarify anything whenever we needed.
  
  During our big day they were amazing at calming my pre-wedding jitters and were present and in control the whole time. They work perfectly together as a team and pulled off a beautiful celebration despite a thunderstorm! We asked Claudio to officiate our ceremony which was extra special for us as they both had grown to be our good friends. Gabriele's floral arrangements were stunning and my bouquet made me feel very special. He used his skill to bring together a beautiful cohesive theme from all my colour and flower preferences.
  
  My husband and I can't thank them both enough for creating the most perfect wedding for us and our guests. We highly recommend them as wedding planners and hope to stay in touch for years to come.
