  Wonderful Experience

  For our son's wedding on October 13 2018 we booked Quality Limousine Service. The schedule for the day consisted of several pickups and drop-offs. The drivers were very punctual, pleasant and professional. They arrived 15 to 20 minutes prior to the designated time. The price was very reasonable. Our experience with Quality Limousine Service was very positive and would highly recommend their service.

  I would highly recommend Quality Limoiusine Service. I booked a 12 passenger shuttle to take my wedding guests/party to and from the hotel and venue. I was very happy with the ease of booking with Quality Limousine Service. Amy was very responsive and easy to communicate with. I also found that the pricing was very reasonable. I followed up with some of my guests to inquire about their experience and they ensured me all good news. It was a relief to know that my guests were taken care of and had a safe option to be driven back to the hotel. The driver was very professional and kind to us as well.

  We used this service for my mother-in-law's 90th birthday party. The limousine was clean and comfortable. The driver was courteous and pleasant and arrived on time. My mother-in-law loved her ride.

  Great job and Lydia our driver was awesome!! She was early to my parents house as well as the church, which was a huge relief that you don't have to worry you are going to be running late. She was funny and helpful, each time I got out or into the limo she would jump up to help me with my dress.

  Booked Quality Limo for my daughter's 16th birthday party. Amy was easy to work with and gave me a fair price on the vehicle. Sean, the driver, arrived early and was professional and friendly. The limo was beautiful inside and out, and the kids had a fantastic night that they will never forget!

  We had 12 person limo pick us up in and take us to the church then take us to oakland for pics and then take us the reception. The driver was great and somehow managed to drive on all of those winding streets. He was also very professional and relaxed. The limo came with a stocked bar and was plenty big enough for all 12 of us which is pretty important.

  Easy to book...drivers were on time...affordable. I highly recommend getting a shuttle bus to take out of town guests back and forth between hotel and reception site...worth every penny!

  We booked Quality for our wedding. The major issue was that the driver was late to pick myself and my bridesmaids up for the ceremony. The limo was supposed to pick us up at 2:00 and didn't arrive until 2:30. He apparently got lost coming to pick us up. We know that happens on occasion, but we did not get a call from them to get directions. Luckily, I still arrived to the church on time. The driver was pleasant, so being late is really the only complaint I have!

  Very late - do not use! Look at Google reviews

  They showed up 45 minutes late even after double-checking theyd be there on time. It screwed up the whole wedding timeline. They didn't provide drinks and the company had a million excuses that didn't make sense. From Google reviews, it looks like they constantly mess up weddings. A few weeks after my wedding, they called me telling me they were at the church waiting for me (using my name and number) so again, they got it wrong and I felt horrible for that bride as well!

  Avoid at all costs

  Awful experience for my wedding. Paid in full a year in advance for a party bus that could accommodate up to 26 people, price paid to include alcohol and gratuity. Good communication at the beginning. As it got closer, there were COVID restrictions, such as no alcohol, but we were excited to still have a spacious party bus to spread out with the bridal party. They called a few days prior to ask about schedule and how many people needed transportation. Day of my wedding, I have a missed call and long text from the company, they also called the hotel I was staying at and spoke, in tears, with one of my bridesmaids as I did not have my phone on me. According to them, there was a theft the day before for a vehicle part and they were transporting us now via a 14-person Enterprise white van. We were literally sitting on top of one another in this cramped vehicle, that I could have rented for a fraction of the cost that I paid for a party bus. Very apologetic day-of and said they would rectify and were sorry for this happening. Weeks later, when I finally was able to get ahold of someone to speak, they said they did not leave me stranded, they had offered an alternative method of transportation, and could offer a $200 credit to use with their company within the next 1.5 years. I have been trying to reach out and discuss with them my concerns as the amount I paid did not translate into the level of professionalism or transportation that I was contracted and received. After almost 9 months of attempting to resolve the issue with them, and rarely getting a response, I am writing a review. I would never use this company again or give them a cent of my money. Please do not make the same mistake as me, and avoid working with them at all costs. They will ruin your event, and there is nothing 'quality' about them.

  Worst limo service ever

  We ordered a limo bus for my sons wedding along with two shuttles for guests to be taken from hotel/church/reception. I went over times, places, addresses, and price multiple times with the owner. Limo bus was on time. One shuttle shows up and takes our guests to the wrong church. Second shuttle never shows. Guests had to use Uber to get to the church and missed half of the ceremony. Shuttles were dilapidated and dirty. Drivers were rude and dressed sloppy. At the end of the night, they show up 1 hour early than we discussed. They ended up charging us more money. They didn’t even call to tell me. They just charged my card. Owner is rude and has no idea how to run a business. Please do not torture yourself on the biggest day of your life with this horrible company.
