  Must hire them!

  I worked with Alex and Kilie starting in January 2023 for my September 2023 wedding and they were PHENOMENAL! I trusted their opinions every step of the way and they were so friendly and easy to work with! They have incredible relationships with so many different vendors throughout Charlotte that I felt like I got the very best for every single detail. I over analyze choices a lot so having them there and being able to trust their experience and expertise was amazing and allowed us to enjoy our engagement and whole wedding because I knew they had taken care of the big decisions. Planning our wedding and the actual wedding was truly the BEST experience we could have asked for with the QC Creative Event team. They went above and beyond helping us ,but also made sure the ceremony and reception was still a reflection of us as a couple. 1000000/10 recommend them!

  Clutch blackjack dealer finder

  Thank you to the whole team, you guys were extremely helpful thorough-out the whole process. Also you guys did an amazing job day of and the flowers and decor you all put together were very beautiful and the perfect winter accents for the ceremony. And an additional thank you to you for finding the blackjack dealer at the 11th hour, everyone loved it!

  Great experience, would recommend them to anyone!

  Hiring Alex and her team was the best decision we made in the wedding process! We used them as a month of coordinator and also as our florist. Christine was our month of planner and she was phenomenal! Our wedding day was so perfect and everything we dreamed of and that was seriously because of her!!

  10/10 - Best Planner in Charlotte NC!

  Alex and her team were absolutely AMAZING to work with to make my wedding dreams become a reality! Every single thing that I was worried about (staying on budget, keeping family drama to a minimum, finding the perfect venue, the list goes on...), Alex was there to help. I felt like she and her team could read my mind and executed my vision exactly how I imagined. I cannot recommend her team enough.
  
  My biggest piece of advice when friends get engaged is to get a wedding planner/coordinator - QC Event Design is worth every single penny!!

  Amazing month of wedding coordinators!

  Alex and Christine were so wonderful to work with. I cannot recommend them enough. I hired Quill Creative Event Designs as month of coordinators for my wedding in Asheville, NC. The month leading up to the wedding they met with me and my vendors and put together the most detail itinerary I've ever seen. They kept everyone in check for a smooth rehearsal.   Wedding Rehearsal Dinner

  Planning a wedding rehearsal dinner in an unfamiliar city 1,500 miles away seems like an invitation to disaster. The single best thing I did was hire Alex Quill and her staff to be my creative, organization and execution team. Because of COVID, Alex planned and accomplished two rehearsal dinners – one that took place hours away from her – packaging up table linens, flowers, signs, favors and great advice for a rather spontaneous backyard wedding. Then, a year later, she and her team executed the second event flawlessly; producing and mailing invitations, creating gorgeous tables, signs and menus, arranging music, tents, heaters, lighting and even transportation. We held such a successful event that even people who lived nearby were impressed by how well everything came together, and I received compliment after compliment. How capable Alex, Mary and Christine made me seem! – what a fabulous event planning company!

  A Truly Amazing Team!

  My wedding day could not have gone more smoothly thanks to Alex and her team! Mary was such a tremendous help not only on the day but also the planning period leading up to it! I initially was not sure if I should hire a wedding planner and now looking back, I am so thankful I did. I was so taken back by this team and their dedication to their work. I was completely speechless on my wedding day with how helpful she was. She knew every detail about my wedding day and was always there when I needed her. She was so organized and so on-top of every small detail! I did not realize how valuable a wedding planner was, especially on the wedding day. My family mentioned that she stayed after to help clean up and they were so grateful for her and her work. This investment is truly worth it as a bride. It allows you to enjoy your special day with your significant other and loved ones and not have to worry about what happens behind the scenes. Thank you again for everything you guys have done and your dedication to my wedding day! I will be forever grateful!

  Alex - QC Events

  Alex was such a blast to work with! My husband and I planned our SC/NC wedding 12 hours away; Alex made it such an effortless and stress-less way to plan the biggest day of ones life! We loved her dedication, and eager way to get things done and taken care of. She is a fantastic problem solver and gets what the Bride/Groom wants done with no issues. As the bride, it was a weigh off my shoulders, especially during the day of, to not have to worry about anything not getting done or something not going right. Alex was such a joy to work with and have there during ceremony & reception to make sure all went smooth

  Alex was our day of coordinator for our wedding. She was there from setting up the previous day and the day of, early and prepared to breaking down at the end. The best thing about her, is that it always felt like a friend helping out left and right, staying on top of things instead of just reacting to them. My family and I were able to enjoy the day and I could tell she was watching for things to flow as we wanted. I'm glad I found her and I totally recommend her

  Planning, Florals, and Design- More than your Average Planner

  Alex and her team literally made our wedding possible! After rescheduling our 2020 wedding, we had to find a new venue which required a whole new wedding vision. With our new venue being a backyard, Alex took our creative vision, hopes, and dreams for the space and brought it to life (to say the least)! Not only does Alex provide excellent planning services, day of coordination, vendor communications, but with her service, she does her own florals and design work. If you want a perfectly planned wedding day that is also stunning, you NEED Quill Creative Design. We cannot recommend Alex enough, and it was such an enjoyable experience to work with her throughout our planning process!

  Alex is simply the best!

  Alex was highly responsive from day one, and did everything she could to make my dream wedding come to life. I was working with a very tight budget, yet she still made it work. She is extremely detail-oriented, and made sure the entire day went flawlessly. Hiring her for my big day was one of the best decisions I ever made!

  Our planner for the day was Madison and she was absolutely fantastic at keeping everyone on task (seemingly effortlessly). She was professional, punctual and helpful in planning and executing a lovely event.

  Easy, fun, and took care of everything

  We hired Alex as a day of coordinator and she exceeded our expectations. She was wonderful and on top of every detail at the rehearsal and on the wedding day. She was easy and fun to work with, kept us on schedule, and did all the set up/tear down. Our family was able to truly enjoy the day without worries!

  Wedding coordinator

  I met Alex a few years ago as an intern and right away I knew she was someone to look up to. I admired her confidence and drive to not only get the job done, but exceed everyone’s expectations. She puts everything she has into her events whether she is designing from the bottom up or just stepping in to coordinate the day of. She is so knowledgeable about the industry that choosing to have her in charge on the most special day of our lives was an absolute no-brainer.
