    Terrific experience. The jewler who helped me, Mike Williams, took all of the pressure and anxiety out of buying an engagement ring. I gave him an idea and came back with a few options and we narrowed it down to the perfect one. It was extraordinarily helpful having someone with that much knowledge and expertise on rings, diamonds and everything that goes with it. Had i known it would be that easy i would have done this months ago! 10/10

    Jessami at the St Paul location helped us find the perfect engagement ring and wedding band! She is super nice and patient, very knowledgeable, and kept us laughing and relaxed! We went to R.F. Moeller as a first stop and had wonderful service with Jessami. She encouraged us to come back for the best selection for our (small) budget and customer service and, after visiting several other ring shops, we realized she was right! She helped us find the perfect ring, the perfect unique stone, and was respectful of our budget throughout. She kept in constant communication with us when she had to order the stone and found us 6 beautiful ones to pick from (we went non-traditional with a green sapphire and everything was super easy). I can't recommend working with her enough!

    My fiancé and I went here to look for a wedding band. The staff are super knowledgeable. I have an antique rose gold engagement ring and it was hard to find the right contour and height in a band for the engagement ring. Mike Williams is our go to guy. He looked at the ring and was able to find us a matching contour band within five minutes. It took no time for them to size it to my 5.5 finger and forever for us to find time to pick it up. :D Finding a fitting band was effortless at R. F. Moeller. I also bought gifts there for my bridesmaids and groom's attendant. The pearl earings I picked out from the thousands of options definitely exceeded my expectations. They were much more beautiful than what I envisioned from the catalogue. Given our tight wedding budget, I felt I was able to get the attendants a stunning gift. Of all the stressful details of a wedding, buying jewelry from R. F. Moeller was NOT one of them. We're more than pleased and will be back again.

    My fiance raved about the service at R.F. Moeller in Edina! When he first went to pick out my engagement ring he got to the store early and the owner came out and let him in before the store even opened. He was able to work directly with the owner the entire time and worked closely with him to figure out exactly what he was looking for. Other jewelers he went to were not tentative and only made him try to go with a style that was popular. R.F. Moeller is exceptional and I cannot wait to continue doing business with them for our wedding bands!

    Purchased engagement ring and bands from here and had great service with both. We will definitely be returning in the future to see Matt for all of our jewelry needs :)

    We have both my engagement ring, my wedding band, and my husband's wedding band from RF Moeller. We really love and appreciate their services! Beyond their patience and helpfulness in picking out our rigs in store--our favorite offerings free cleanings and trade-ups.

    Upon reading R.F. Moeller reviews on this page I was confused at the sight of anything less than a 5-star rating. Nothing but the finest here; selection, professionalism, and mere personality of all staff. One year ago I went to RF in Highland Park to find an engagement ring. I feel I am a savvy consumer so I wanted to check out other places. Time and time again I was disappointed by other jewelers because they simply could not measure up to Moeller. I have since established a grand relationship with several sales persons and will be a lifelong customer. In short, every time I visit the store my experience is nothing short of superlative.

    My husband shopped around for awhile for my engagement ring but R.F was the best customer service and pricing that he found. I am so glad that we bought all of our rings from here. Highly recommend.

    We used Nancy @ R.F. Moeller for buying our rings. She was AWESOME! Nancy was so knowledgable and trusting and made it easy for us to feel relaxed and comfortable. She made it easy for us to meet during our busy schedules and was very prompt. We could not imagine going anywhere different! We both love our rings so much, and have a jeweler for LIFE.

    My husband went engagement ring shopping on his own and was impressed by the patience of the staff as they taught him about diamond quality and cuts. I love my ring! As we went back to R.F. Moeller's numerous times to shop for my wedding band and my husbands, we were always offered a drink, treated as friends, and respected as young buyers. Working with Lindsay was excellent! My husband has arthritis and needed a "SuperFit" ring ... she helped us in the process of finding a great ring for a good price! We will certainly return for the quality jewelry in years to come!

    I was in your store a couple weeks ago and was delighted to meet David Miller .Most of the time when I have stepped foot into any Jewlery store I feel a little intimidated and overwhelmed. David was friendly and professional. He educated me on the differences of stones and what to look for.
    While I was not ready to purchase at that time I can tell you that when I am ready I will definately go back to him..

    Very patient and knowledgeable staff. We are very pleased with our rings and with the service we received here. There was no pressure from the staff and they even cleaned my engagement ring while we were looking at wedding bands. We are happy to support this locally-owned business!

    We love David Skogland. We were on a tight budget and when Moellers could not get what we wanted and were ready to go elsewhere. David sold us a diamond that he bought on his own. Anything for the customer. David is now looking for a house for us thru his new reality company. Way to go David.

    We went in with a pretty limited budget and they were very accommodating and friendly. I have an heirloom engagement ring and they were able to find a band to match the ring I have. My fiance's ring is also great! He wanted something simple yet durable and they worked to order something that would be perfect for him! We will be using this jeweler for all our jewelry purchases in the future!

    Mike West (appraisal's) and Chad Cramer (store mgr) were great. Mike provided me with education with regards to the jewelry I had taken in and was honest and fair. I met with him a couple of times as well as emailing. I also brought in a ring that was my great grandfater's for repair and they did a wonderful job. It's nice to be able to wear it after 20+ year of having it passed down to me. My ring was delived to my place of work. They both provided good old fashion customer service from way back when. When I entered the store I was greeted with a hello,smile and "would you like something to drink". Check it out for yourself!!!!!

    My engagement ring and wedding band are both from RF Moeller. The staff goes out of their way to make their guests comfortable while shopping there. My husband went engagement ring shopping on his own, and when he arrived they offered him a beer. We've gone a couple times since, and they've always offered us water/pop and have cookies available. I haven't seen this type of service at any other jeweler. When shopping for my wedding band, I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted, but they were very patient with me and eventually found me a band that fits perfectly with my engagement ring. Based on the service we received from RF Moeller, we probably would have bought my husband's wedding band there, but he wanted a tungsten ring which you can find for much cheaper online.

    My husband had a positive experience shopping at R.F. Moeller in Highland Park in Saint Paul. He was greeted by Jim and was coached on the Cs in diamonds. After some looking and great thought they selected a beautiful diamond with a simple presentation band. The thought was that I would be able to pick out a setting after the engagement surprise. I loved this approach and ended up finding a lovely antique looking presentation setting that was ordered in yellow gold for me.

    After such a great experience with finding the perfect setting for my engagement ring, I was a little disappointed with how looking for a wedding band went with R.F. Moeller. We were given a rough price estimate on a band from the same line as my engagement ring setting. After a month and a half the band came in white gold. When we expressed that we liked it but wanted to see it in yellow gold before making a purchase, we were told that they could arrange that or even have it made if necessary. Another month or so went by and it came in yellow gold and considerably higher that than the original estimate we were given ($2,000+). Our salesman assured us there were options to make the band less expensive in design. After 4+ months of back and forth and periods of being forgotten about I was eventually told that that the options after all wouldn't make the ring any less expensive.

    As I'm sure it traditionally goes, my husband's wedding band shopping experience was nearly effortless in comparison to mine. He found a ring that he liked in the case at R.F. Moeller. It came within 2 weeks. He had it re-sized and ready for pick up within a few days after that.

    So 2/3 of our experiences went really well. Despite the hassle with my wedding band, we recognize that there is quality in all the jewelry R.F. Moeller sells. I love my engagement ring and my husband loves his wedding band. It's too bad it didn't work to get my wedding band there as well.

    After carefully researching jewelers in Saint Paul, I decided to bring my ring to RF Moeller based on their reviews. I brought my ring in for what I thought would be a simple resizing to a 5 and a prong repair. While trying to get my information entered in the system with one saleswoman, another began interrupting and insisting I try on a $5,000 tennis bracelet. Obnoxious. While we were there my fiancé and I looked briefly at men’s wedding bands for our upcoming wedding.

    I never received a call that the work on my ring was done. I had to follow up, and it took a week for the ring to be resized. Imagine my surprise when I went to pick it up, and RF Moeller had improperly sized it up to a 9 from a 6! The ticket had clearly written to resize down to a 5, but they “got confused” because my fiance’s ring size was a 9. When I made the second trip to pick up my correctly sized ring, I saw the work they had done on the prong was shoddy; the stone was loose, and it looked like a glob of yellow gold had been dabbed on quickly. I’m taking my ring to a reputable jeweler to get RF Moeller’s work fixed. If RF Moeller can’t get resizing and prong repair right, I would never trust my more valuable jewelry to them, and I certainly wouldn’t trust them for our wedding bands.
