  Ron and Maureen were not only amazing people but equally as amazing to work with! I was so nervous for our engagement photos, like many brides this is crunch time before the wedding, and I wasn't at my goal weight as silly as that sounds! I wanted to look beautiful and feel beautiful and Ron and Maureen absolutely captured that! They went above and beyond to make the experience smooth and comfortable! My fiance and I had a blast and you could really tell in our photos! At one point Ron was shoveling a spot for Russ and I to stand in the snow to get a beautiful photo! Now that showed true dedication and determination! Thanks for a wonderful experience and beautiful photos! I would hire Ron and Maureen for any event! Simply the best!

  When first meeting with photographers my husband and I planned to meet Ron over coffee. The coffee shop was closed so we sat at a table at the bar and grill next door, Ron bought us both a beer and we discussed our plans, vision, and he showed us his portfolio. We decided to book Ron that night! An important thing to us was personality, other than your husband this is the person who you will spend a great deal of time with!, and some great photos are a plus and Ron had both! We couldn't be happier with our decision and can't wait to get our pictures back!

  Ron Hoague Photography did an awesome job for our wedding.
  We had our wedding at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Saint Albans and did formal pictures both inside and outside the church. We then headed down to the Burlington waterfront for some more formal pictures and our reception on the Spirit of Ethan Allen III. We had a beautiful sunset on the boat that he captured amazingly. He had no problem creating great images in the wide variety of different light settings throughout our day. They started taking pictures while the girls and I were getting ready and dressed around 11 and stayed with us right to the the end when we got off the boat at 11 pm and did a sparkler send-off. Talk about great full day coverage!
  In the days/months prior to the wedding he was very prompt in responding to emails and phone calls. We had a winter engagement session in Newport, Vermont which was super fun (although very cold) and yielded awesome pictures.
  I can't say enough positive things about our experience with Ron Hoague Photography.

  Ron is just getting out there and offering his services to the general prices, so his prices were great. Looking at the pictures you would never guess that this was just a side job. The photos came out beautifully and we couldn't be happier with them! Ron used his photojournalistic style to capture our day with out being obtrusive or taking us away from our guests. He was great!
