About half of our guests were not Jewish and had never been to a Jewish ceremony. Rabbi Patrick let us totally customize our ceremony to what felt right for us. He was funny, poignant, and totally knowledgeable - he explained all the Jewish elements so well. Everyone was coming up to us during the reception and after to tell us how great he was, and we totally agree! -

We are so fortunate that we found Rabbi Patrick. He was the perfect rabbi for our wedding. As a nonreligious couple that observes some Jewish traditions culturally, Rabbi Patrick was great in structuring a ceremony fit for us. Prior to the wedding, we met with him to design the ceremony. He provided us with a number of ceremony elements/traditions that we could either include or omit. For the ones we selected, they could be religious or secular or even semi-religious. He has a humorous and pleasant personality that made the ceremony joyful and all of our guests loved him. The ceremony was filled with laughter and he wove together a story of our love beautifully. Would highly recommend Rabbi Patrick! -

Six months after our wedding, guests are still raving about Rabbi Patrick! We had the most beautiful interfaith ceremony that Rabbi Patrick co-officiated with a Catholic Priest. We were able to construct a ceremony that illustrated who we are as a couple, and there were no judgements whatsoever about anything we wanted to add or remove for a traditional Jewish ceremony. Our ceremony was full of laughter, comedy, was completely personalized to us as a couple. We are so happy to have found Rabbi Patrick! -

Rabbi Patrick did such a great job as our Jewish wedding officiant. He took the time to get to know us as a couple and crafted a really beautiful message weaving together details from our past and characteristics we love about the other person. He made this address feel personal to me and my wife, but not in a way that made it seem saccharine or cringey. He was very easy to work with and helped our (mostly non-Jewish) families and friends understand what each component of the ceremony was, which resulted in a lot less head-scratching from our invitees than there could have been! We felt supported, guided, and respected throughout the entire process. Besides marrying us on Shabbat (which isn't a given for most rabbis, but there was no way we were giving up our Saturday venue rental after rescheduling due to Covid), he was also actively affirming of our same-sex marriage and made us feel relaxed and beloved in the eyes of our loved ones and God. My family still talks about how great of a job he did, almost two years later. You really can't go wrong with Rabbi Patrick -- book him! :) -

Crystal Sent on 02/11/2018Rabbi Patrick is the best rabbi ever. He is so relaxed and jovial that my husband and I knew he was to only rabbi who could marry us. We met with him several times before the big day. He sat with us, listened to our story and incorporated everything into our ceremony. He let our personalities shine throughout the entire ceremony. He feels more like a friend than a stuffy clergyman and relieved our minds of the stress of getting married. Highly recommend Rabbi Patrick.
