Run to book her!
Rachel is a dream. I feel so lucky to have been able to book and work with Rachel. She does such beautiful work and she gets through a shot list speedily. We did our photos before the ceremony and Rachel got in all the pictures I could have wanted and more. She also knew exactly how to calm down a super stressed out bride and I am forever thankful for that. RUN TO BOOK HER! -

We really enjoyed working with Rachel. She was always easy to get ahold of and was very personable. Based on the pictures from our engagements and our formals, we had some specific requests for our wedding photos (in terms of poses, color, tone, etc.), and while it’s hard to get every shot exactly like you want it on a busy wedding day, for the most part, Rachel nailed it! One of the things I remember from taking our wedding photos was when we wanted to do a jumping picture and my dress poofed up as I jumped. After snapping the photo, Rachel busted up and said, “You look like a cupcake!” And when we got our gallery, it was completely true, and we had a good laugh about it.
One of the biggest reasons we chose Rachel was the beautiful candid photos we saw on her website. We loved how they captured the joy of a wedding in fun, authentic ways. Rachel followed through on that, catering to our desires (mainly to be silly) and giving us a lot of pictures that we treasure. Our favorite part of looking at our gallery was laughing at the moments she caught that were just so us.

Rachel is the BEST!
Rachel did such a fantastic job and I am so glad we went with her for our wedding photos! She had the final product ready for us quickly, and the quantity and quality of photos she provided were both outstanding. She has a great business set-up and was punctual, kept us well-informed, and was very timely and helpful with her ongoing communication. Rachel was great to work with. I felt comfortable around her and she made taking photos fun, easy, and relaxing, which is 100% what you want on your wedding day! Rachel had a great balance of finding out what we wanted and what our ideas for photos were, while still directing us and having plenty of ideas of her own. She made family pictures after the ceremony an easy and efficient process. Rachel did a great job of capturing the details of our wedding day, along with candid moments of family interactions. She made sure to get plenty of gorgeous photos of my husband and I - so many I won’t be able to pick a favorite. She definitely knows what she is doing and demonstrated skill in guiding us into poses while still making us look natural. Her photo edits are classy and beautiful, and the final product is something I will cherish forever. I am so happy we chose Rachel as our photographer! -

Rachel was SO great to work with! We got engaged right before the pandemic started and even with everything crazy going on, she was super flexible and we were able to have all of the beautiful pictures that we dreamed of. My wedding planning experience was greatly eased by my choice in a photographer. I heard of Rachel Lindsey Limb through a Roomate who had been a part of multiple weddings she’d photographed. I first met her on skype, and immediately burst into thick hot alligator tears when she asked how wedding planning was going. She took those tears like a champ! She just let me sob and complain for a good half hour and then talked to me about making a plan. I knew I had my girl. We set up a plan for engagements and they blew us away. Our family’s wedding planning motto became “Everything might fall apart but the engagements couldn’t be better.” My family lives overseas so I needed help. Rachel got me to the best vendors who could work with my budget. She kept in good contact with me, and even my bridesmaids who were scrambling to keep me together through the planning process.
My wedding day was by far the best day of my life, it all came together beautifully. The next day my husband and I sat down for dinner with my aunt, uncle, grandmother, parents and cousins to talk over the day. Rachel was mentioned again and again. We had gotten a quick preview of a few photos from the day. My father repeatedly said “The photo from the send off was worth all the money alone.” Everyone raved of her professionalism. She was always present but drew no attention to herself aside from the occasional flash. Soon everyone had her pages and portfolios up on their phones and were scrolling through them. All I can say is the Wood family now claims to be #1 fans.
I spoke with lots of photographers before making a choice. The greatest investment I made in my wedding day was Rachel. The dress is back at the rental store, the flowers are dead and my family has gone home. But I have photos that take me back instantly.Rachel Lindsey Photography's reply:

As the Father of the Bride, the wedding was a lot of stress. Things are expensive and and they add up. That is a reality. However the best money we spent was on the photographer. Purely professional. Gave great advice but listened and incorporated suggestions from the couple and the family. During the reception, she was there and not there at the same time. An incredible talent for capturing the important moments. There is one picture of my daughter and her husband leaving the building at the end of the day that made it all worth it. DREAM photographer
Working with Rachel as our photographer was a DREAM. She's all about capturing the real moments, and she does an amazing job at making memories come to life in photo. She is SO organised which was such a relief in all the craziness of planning a wedding. We get so many comments about how awesome our photos are too. They are classy, fun and natural. Rachel is amazing! I had been in two weddings prior to mine, Rachel was the photographer for the first one and she set the bar so high. After seeing what a wedding was like with a different photographer, (super unprofessional, awkward pictures that didn’t look edited at all) I knew I wanted to go with her. She was a little out of our budget but for the service and quality of the pictures she gave us it was well worth it. Everyone always compliments our pictures. She also did our engagement shoot and that was the first time either of us had done professional pictures but she didn’t make it awkward at all it was so fun and easy and we got all out pictures pretty quickly. In the future for all of the milestones we hit we will be going to Rachel for our pictures. -
