  Rachel was AMAZING! From the moment we met her for our consultation we knew she was the perfect photographer for us! She was genuine and informative and made us feel instantly comfortable. Our engagement session was such a enjoyable experience, I was so nervous and she made me feel like a model and we STILL get compliments. Our wedding day ran so smoothly because of all of her help and confidence, she did so much more than just take pictures, she was basically a wedding planner at the same time. Our wedding photos are everything I could have dreamed of and more! I recommend her to anyone and everyone and I know you won't be disappointed, we will go back to her for any photography session in our future and can't wait for her to capture our family as it grows.

  Rachel Smaller is best summed up with one word, passionate. Her photography skills and visual style caught our attention, but her love of the craft, her ability to to make a photo shoot feel like you are meeting up with a long time friend, and her effort that she puts forth to make sure your “special day” is just that, caused us to never want to use anyone else other than her. Rachel is not the kind of photographer that just takes nice looking shots, she is able to capture who you really are in images that are gorgeous, colorful, and natural. We knew early on that Rachel had a gift, so for our wedding we gave her no rules. We “released the creative beast” and now, the true spirit of an amazing artist hangs on our walls. Rachel is fun, down to earth, humble, incredibly personable, and made everything run smoothly and stress free. On our wedding day, we received so many compliments from our families about how joyful, enthusiastic, and hillariously fun Rachel was - she felt like family! Rachel truly loves what she does and put her heart and soul into us and our wedding - she was a huge help planning other aspects of the wedding and was a life saver several times! We have been blown away time and time again from our engagement pictures to our wedding pictures with the moments she was able to capture on camera. Her incredible attention to detail and her determination to capture the essense of our day, the personalities of our wedding party, the emotions of our guests, and the love and excitement between us was truly special. We cannot say enough about Rachel’s character, her professionalism, or her skill set. She is one of a kind. We hired a wedding photographer, and we made a friend.

  Rachel is absolutely AMAZING! From the moment we met in our consultation I knew she had to be our photographer. She is incredibly passionate, down-to-earth, and sweet. We immediately had a connection, and she made us feel incredibly comfortable being in front of the camera. My now-husband and I have never liked having our pictures taken, but Rachel made us feel so relaxed and at-ease, we actually ended up having a wonderful time during our engagement shoot, and later at our wedding. Her photos are literally THE BEST you will find, we could not be happier with the photos we have gotten from her. Our engagement pictures are gorgeous and the sneak peek wedding photos we have seen so far are positively STUNNING! She is able to capture the most memorable and meaningful moments without you even noticing she is there. Everyone at our wedding was raving about her and how personable she is. She feels like a member of your family. We plan to have her take all of our future family photos and highly recommend her for anyone who wants amazing photos that you will cherish for the rest of your life. Rachel, you are AMAZING!   When my fiancé and I started our wedding photographer search we felt a bit overwhelmed. Having someone to capture our wedding day was an absolute must but finding the right person at the right price started feeling like a never-ending journey. After talking to what felt like a hundred photographers we stepped back and really thought about what we wanted. Our list was short but very important… A photographer with a killer portfolio and an even better personality. I mean huge personality. Someone who can give direction, stand their ground, and still be down to earth and wonderful. Well, not only is Rachel one of the most talent photographers I’ve come across but she has a huge personality to go along with it. So much in fact that we chose not to meet her in person before our wedding. We could feel her charisma through email and phone calls. And let me tell you… her personality was better than imagined in person. She was able to direct us and our 18 person party plus multiple family members to capture the most beautiful candid and posed wedding photos. And these incredible photos have brought many hours of viewing pleasure, tears of joy, and just down right excitement of an important day in our life and those close to us. I know these photos will help us keep those memories forever.

  Rachel is the best photographer around! My husband and I were married in a courthouse and Rachel (and Rob!) captured the entire thing! It was so special to have Rachel there and able to take pictures of every moment since we didn't have anyone at our wedding. Rachel even had set up locations to take pictures afterwards...and every picture and location was absolutely perfect. We felt so comfortable with Rachel and are so thankful that we were able to have her as our photographer. Rachel goes the extra mile for everything as well. Not only is she fun and kind to be around, but her pictures are absolutely amazing. I have received so many compliments on the uniqueness of our pictures. I highly recommend having Rachel photograph your wedding day!

  Rachel was an absolute joy to work with!!! In the days leading up to our wedding she was in constant contact with us to make sure every last detail was ironed out and perfect!

  My husband, family, friends, acquaintances I don't even talk to on a regular basis, and I absolutely loved every single one of our wedding pictures. When we had to pick out pictures to print, I had the hardest time because there were just so many amazing pictures to pick from! We didn't only hire Rachel for our wedding. She's also taken two sets of family pictures, our engagement pictures, and my bridal shower pictures. And I know she'll be there to take many more pictures for us!

  Working with Rachel is so easy and fun. She makes us feel extremely comfortable in front of her camera. We originally booked her for our wedding. From then on she has shot our engagement, wedding, maternity, newborn, and family pictures. We are always so in love with all of the images. I highly recommend Rachel :)

  Rachel makes you feel so relaxed in front of the camera. She is so easy to get along with and will make you want to be her best friend. We always have people tell us that our wedding photographs should be in a magazine, because of how amazing her work is. She truly captures the loves and individual personality in every single picture she takes.
