  I cannot say enough to portray how valuable Rachelle's services and professionalism as my wedding coordinator proved to be throughout my entire wedding planning experience. Our wedding day ran more smoothly than we could have imagined and guests continued to compliment our design, florals, and flow, which were all Rachelle's doings. She is a super talented individual who carries herself with such delight and charm and is lovely to work with. I would recommend her a million times over and only wish I could get into planning events with her more frequently! She has grown close to our families and we consider her a dear friend after having had the pleasure to work with her over the last year.

  Rachelle Youd was outstanding. She handled our daughter's wedding with a calm patience despite the threat of a tropical storm on the wedding day. She communicated well with both our family and the wedding vendors. She seemed to be everywhere we looked on the wedding day (I honestly thought she had been cloned or had her identical twin working with her). She was always in control of the event and intimately involved with every detail. The wedding was PERFECT. I hate to admit that early in the wedding planning I debated about the necessity of a wedding planner but Rachelle changed my mind. My advice to future wedding couples is this: if you are planning a destination wedding then you must have a wedding planner. And if that destination wedding is in Seaside Florida, you must use Rachelle.

  Rachelle is a creative, personal planner who helped make our daughter's wedding a wonderful event. She has connections with fabulous vendors and was a pleasure to work with! She makes every effort to get to know her bride and groom and was easily identified touches that they would like. The flower and venue design that she provided was remarkable and something that many had never seen before. We would highly recommend her services to any family planning a wedding!

  Rachelle did such an awesome job!! She was there for us the entire weekend and I felt so confident that everything was taken care of. We had a roof top dinner reception (a residential roof, that started with absolutely nothing in it) and she completely TRANSFORMED the space. I couldn't believe how wonderful it was. She also did all of our flowers - she is incredible. I highly recommend Rachelle! She went above and beyond for us and I am so grateful.

Seaside was a destination wedding for us, and planning from Kentucky was daunting at first but as soon as we met Rachelle Youd, we knew we had nothing to worry about.
