    Great food and even better customer service!

    Samantha and Lindsay were awesome to work with, which was especially nice because I planned my wedding from a different state. They were flexible and accommodating in adding options for dietary restrictions and when our timeline shifted a few days before the wedding, then shifted again at the wedding. Everyone was raving about the food, too! Since our wedding was at the Air Zoo, they were also a huge help in coordinating set up! Thank again guys!

    Radisson provided the catering for our wedding at Heritage Hall at WMU. We had a wonderful experience with Radisson particularly Lauren and Lindsay! The cooking staff accommodated my food allergies with ease. Our guests were impressed with the food quality and service. We were very pleased with Radisson catering.

    Radisson Catering provided such excellent service at our wedding! We opted for a fall themed menu and they did not disappoint. The flavors were hearty and delicious! People kept raving, especially about the mashed sweet potatoes! We chose buffet style and it was great for our venue & the number of guests we had. The chefs went all out for our tasting, even providing french pastry desserts that we wanted to try. Lindsay & Lauren were wonderful to work with throughout the process!

    The team was very helpful with what was available, recommendations if we needed other vendors, and pulling everything together. They worked seamlessly with our venue and answered any questions we had in a prompt manner. Our food was delicious, and the guests were impressed by it. They we like having a friend in the business and breath of fresh air.

    Events without Boundaries catered my wedding at the Blue Dress Barn last year and they were amazing. Nancy was so responsive and helpful. The food was great. And they handled everything the day of--- service was incredibly smooth. They also went out of there way to get us everything we needed to make the day a success (one example: we provided our own alcohol for the wedding and did not have a tap for the keg because we were unprepared, and they made it happen SUPER QUICK). Cannot recommend them enough!

    We chose the Radisson for our wedding at Greencrest Manor in Battle Creek. It was offsite, and Lauren and Lindsay were a dream to work with. They always responded quickly and answered all my questions, plus more! Pulling off a plated dinner at a venue with no prep kitchen is no easy feat, but they did an amazing job, and I heard nothing but compliments the whole night!
