    Beautiful Venue - Professional Staff

We had our Reception in the Regency Ballroom. Everything was immaculate from the linens, to the centerpieces to the complementary suite afterwards. The staff was helpful and eager to make our day special. I highly recommend this venue for all your event needs. We are looking forward to doing my sisters Sweet 16 here next month !

Treated like family from the tour to the dance floor!

I recently had my wedding this past August at The Regency Ballroom in The Ramada, Vineland NJ. My family & I were treated like royalty from the day of the tour. I was stressed out having no luck after 2 weeks of searching venues. As a young couple just starting out we had a generous but strict budget we had to stick to. I only had a small window of dates to pull this off as my husband, fiance @ the time was about to be deployed. No luck anywhere we went from Philly to DE back to AC. I had no family here at all to help as they were all 800+ miles away. Driving to another venue I seen a Ramada sign that said " Best Romantic Restaurant" So on a chance I stopped ( no appointment on a Sunday) to see if they also had a hall. Luckily they did & the amazing front desk agent Casy gave the banquet manager a call to see if she could come talk with me. She was hosting a baby shower however came rite out to chat w/ me. ( Most places would have said appt. ONLY- come back. ) Carissa was amazing. She came out hatted for a little bit, explained she was just utting the cake for the shower and asked if I would mind waiting 15 mins as it was super important to her to give both myself and her customer the same attention. She set me up in Harry's Pub w/ a complimentary drink and promised to be rite back. I chatted w/ a wonderful bartender Patty who assured me I was in the rite hands with Carissa. As promised she came rite back- took me on a tour. I fell in love with the Gazebo & Waterfall as well as for the 1st time in 2 weeks and 24 other venue visits. I actually felt like someone cared about what I wanted. Listened to me completely w/ out cutting me off. Everyone I met made me feel comfortable. Smiled & welcomed me. I instantly knew this was my venue. My small window of dates presented no obstacle. Carissa went over the pros & cons of Fri/Verses Sun weddings ( Saturday were all booked. She gave me an organizer. Checklist. Set me up with all my vendors where I saved so much on using these amazing proffessions I was able to invite more guests. In the event of rain she had the smaller ballroom set up beautifully incase ceremony needed to be inside. I booked on the spot w/ out even iscussing it with my family and it was the very best decision I made. Upon signing the contract Carissa gave me her cell # so I could send her some pics of my vision and made me a promise that from that point fwd planning my wedding was going to be fun, stress free and I would have amazing memories of the entire process. She came through on everything. She helped me book my vendors, find a dress, decorated everything simply exceeding all my expectations of my fairytale wedding. Her & The DJ/Emcee SoundEfx Entertainment helped me create the timeline & line up- assisted with music selections. Scheduled my cake & florist appts. Carissa is the best in the business & a true friend. She put so much thought into everything she did. From a few pictures & answers to her questions I walked into that room and every one of my childhood wedding dreams w/ a splash of sophistication was complete. All I could do was whisper " you nailed it girl" so I wouldnt cry & mess up my mak up. She thought of everything I did not. Kept me on point and made my day, I couldnt ask for anything more. Thank you Carissa & all the Ramada Vendors & staff for making all my dreams come true. xoxoxoxoxo lots of Love from The new Mr & Mrs Day!!!

I had my wedding there in June 2018 & while planning, the response time was good. Everything was pretty much going the way it should be. The rehearsal was ok. My family and wedding party needed that time to get it together. The day of the wedding, the assistant that I was promised never showed up, and the flowers that my florist told me she delivered we're never brought up to us. I called the coordinator and she said that the assistant that was promised had an accident, so she wouldn't be able to assist me. Mind you, this was almost an HR before the wedding. As I was talking to her on the phone, I could hear her scrambling around and she admitted that she was still setting everything up for the reception. So, in my assistants place, she sent up a guy with our flowers. He not only brought up the bridal flowers, but also the boutineres that the guys were suppose to get. I asked him did they have theirs already, and he said, "Yes, I think these are extra". Everyone looked at each other with confusion. So, when I called my cousin to see if the guys had boutineres on, she said NO. I then asked him to take them back to the groomsmen and place them on them correctly. I literally separated them in the box to make sure everyone got the right one. After all of that, he basically just took them downstairs and gave them to my husband to be and left. Everyone had on the wrong ones, including my aunt who was officiating the wedding. Of course I'm noticing this during the ceremony. As far as the reception, initially everything looked good until I noticed the coordinator didn't put the mats inside the photo frames as promised. Our pictures we're just hanging inside the frames with the table numbers, and she went MIA after dinner was served. We literally had to go look for her to cut the cake, and have them serve it. And to top it off, they only served one of the cakes. They never served the groom's cake. She wears too many hats &needs help.

I went with this venue because the food (pretty good) and liquor were affordable. They were fine until the day of. Every time we (the bridal party) made a request we were denied by the coordinator. I also had to ask for my items back after the ceremony, and one was missing. They owe me money (I overpaid) and they have not yet given it back to me. You definitely get what you pay for there...
