  The Ramkota was amazing in helping us with our reception; everything was absolutely perfect, and everyone who helped us out (seriously, everyone: from the catering director to the bartender to the servers) was great. In particular, it was very easy to communicate with the catering director; we were planning from out of state and he was quick to answer email inquiries and provide his expertise on all the questions we had. The food was delicious; I had heard that wedding food is usually terrible, but our meal was great. There weren't time restrictions on how many hours we could use the venue-- we ended up partying until they had to close it down at 2 AM! Really, nothing could have gone better.

  The Best Western Ramkota in Casper was beyond impressive. Their catering team went above and beyond to make sure my needs were not only met but exceeded. They did everything within their power to make sure our big day went off without a hitch. The catering and food was excellent, the prices were very affordable, and the service was remarkable friendly and professional. I would recommend them to anyone for any type of function.

  We were overall very happy, but there were several little things that take the Ramkota to a 4 instead of 5. The food was better than I expected, they were pretty flexible with what I wanted (it felt like I had to fight pretty hard about some things), we hosted an open bar and the mix drinks were literally 3 sips through a straw (over priced), we had a difficult time keeping our arranged group rate (we decided on a # and our guests were charged $10-$20 more per night, we seemingly resolved the problem and it continued-- Just embarrassing to give your guest a price to expect and then cost more). For the options we had in Casper for our wedding size, I still think this was our best choice.
