After much searching, we chose to have our rehearsal dinner here in the back room. Our contact was so responsive and answered all of our questions timely. Our rehearsal dinner was incredible - everyone had a great time. Such an amazing value for the service and experience we had. They surpassed all our of expectations and were seriously so accommodating - everyone there went above and beyond! We had mini champagne bottles as favors for our guests and some decorations that we wanted to have set out. They put everything out for us and it looked soo nice! The servers and bartenders were the best! They were so sweet to us and even wrote us a card and gifted my husband and I a bottle of wine as a wedding gift!! Would recommend Ranalli's to anyone looking for an incredible experience. Best service and the most amazing food and drinks!

This review is long overdue but had my Rehearsal Dinner in backroom at Ranalli's last year. Had about 50 people, perfect place to hold casual more laid-back event to kick-off a wedding weekend. Pricing is fantastic and food was great. Appetizers - Chicken Tenders and calamari, salads and a variety of pizza's - open bar - everything was great. All of the kids and teenagers were especially fond of the dessert, the baked skillet Chocolate cookies, I think they ate about 5 each, so good. The Staff were on top of things and kept food coming, even for late arrivals. Additionally, I had a lot of older and elderly folks attending and Ranalli's left in tables so these folks could sit and were happy to serve them drinks and food at their tables not high-tops. If you have speeches to make, no problem - they provided mics for us to use. I highly recommend this venue - book it, you won't regret it!

My fiancé put together a gathering after our proposal in the back room of Ranallis. Everyone involved in assisting with the party was very professional, friendly, and made the night very easy for us to sit back and enjoy friends and family. They allowed for personal decor which was nice for my family to be able to set all of that up, made it very personal. I will definitely be using the spot again!!

We had our rehearsal dinner At Ranalli’s. The suggestions for the menu items and # was helpful, the event personnel were patient and kind, the service was exceptional, and the space was just perfect!! It was a perfect way to kick off our wedding weekend!

Ranalli’s could not have been a more perfect venue for our rehearsal dinner. We wanted the vibe to be casual, fun and have great food and drinks. Ranalli’s knocked it out of the park! The 4C events team ( especially Bridget!!) could not have been more wonderful to work with. Planning so many components to a wedding weekend can be stressful but Bridget and her team took the stress of it and helped us craft the perfect kickoff celebration. The service was amazing, the food was excellent and the drinks never stopped flowing! Ranalli’s has always been one of our favorite spots in the city but this truly solidified the special place in our hearts. Thank you so much to the 4C team for a perfect evening!

We were searching for a casual place to host around ninety guests for our rehearsal dinner in September of 2019 and wanted to support our favorite restaurant group, Four Corners. We read the reviews of other events at Ranalli's and immediately reached out to the team about planning our event. Bridget was not only responsive and professional, but seemed genuinely excited for us! The platform to book the event and plan the menu was also extremely easy to use - one of the best I have seen. Communication was wonderful and Bridget helped us think through our menu, providing great suggestions.

The event itself was absolutely perfect! We used the private room and about 1/3 of the patio, which worked well for our about 90 guests. There were plenty of seats and the party room has its own bathroom - which was a major plus! They let us decorate and we used the TVs to display a photos, which was easy to set up. The food was amazing - we did a few appetizers and pizza (they even have gluten free which we needed for a few guests). No one had to wait for a drink - we did an open bar and the service was phenomenal. They arranged for a microphone for a few speeches and let me pick a playlist of a music for the night.

Everyone had such a blast and loved how casual it felt compared to other super formal dinners. We have been back a few times since and can't wait to host another event. 10/10 would recommend!!

We had our rehearsal dinner at Ranalli's and we LOVED it! We wanted a more relaxed, intimate rehearsal dinner and this was the perfect place for us. Bridget and her team were so helpful throughout the planning process. She worked with us to make sure that everything went smoothly. We reserved the King's table and the back room which provided plenty of space for our 80 guests. Our guests were mostly from out of town and they were thrilled to try Chicago style pizza. The staff was responsive and helpful throughout the evening. We had an open bar at the back bar staffed by 2 bartenders. We also brought Bang Bang pie for dessert and they even cut it up and served it for us! We were so happy with Ranalli's and would highly recommend them to other couples looking for a fun, casual venue!

We did a sizable amount of research on options before choosing Ranalli’s. It was, by far, one of the best choices we made for the wedding weekend. We worked with Bridget throughout and she couldn’t have done a better job. She was incredibly responsive and got us situated with the perfect amount of food and drinks, even with several dietary restrictions/needs. The food was amazing and we heard multiple times that it was the best rehearsal dinner our friends and family had been to. I can’t recommend Bridget, her team, or Ranallis enough.

Bridget and her team were awesome! We live in the neighborhood and eat here at least once a week. We wanted our closest family and friends to experience Ranallis. The food was superb and the barkeep kept the drinks flowing all night! I would highly recommend using Ranallis in the future to anyone.

We booked the back space of Ranalli’s for our Engagement Party in March. We had the best experience! The back area was spacious, and set up based on our specifications. Bridget was very helpful and responsive leading up to the day of our event. We were able to bring in cupcakes from an outside vendor and also decorate the space coozies, a sign, and other décor. Jason was the Manager on site the night of the event. He was fabulous and very willing to adjust the Appetizers/Pizza coming out because a lot of our guests arrived late. We only booked the space for 3 hours till 10:30pm, but because we had an Open Bar and our guests still wanting to order drinks, we actually didn’t leave Ranalli’s till about Midnight. Everything was just perfect! We were so pleased with the event that we have recommended the space to multiple family/friends and plan to host another event there in the future! This was a great space for our shower. The on-site staff and management were very friendly, and communication with the events team was quick and professional. I have been to, and hosted, several events at Ranalli's and have always had a positive experience.

We had a pre wedding welcome party for our guests at Ranalli's. They were unbelievably easy to work with (Bridget-catering coordinator) and offered great suggestions for the pre planned buffet. Also, we had an open bar (our guests drink a lot) and there was a great selection of drinks to choose from. We had a private room by the bar and the bartenders and wait staff couldn't have been nicer! The food was really good and our guests raved about the entire experience. We are from out of town, but if I lived in Chicago, I would visit them regularly. Our son and daughter in law suggested the restaurant as it is one of their favorites. It is also a great location if you stay at the Hotel Lincoln as it is walking distance away.

We had an absolutely amazing experience working with Bridget/Ranalli's. From the first time we met with them we had a good feeling about the space. We live nearby so we frequent there somewhat regularly. All of our questions were answered in a timely manner and we were able to customize our menu to fit our budget/guests. The day of went perfectly and our guests were all really happy with the space. I would highly recommend this as a rehearsal dinner space.

Ranalli's is the PERFECT, quintessentially Chicago spot for a small (We had about 55 people), casual, totally fun, rehearsal dinner party. The space was festive, the food was excellent, and the service impecable. We loved every second. It was the perfect and convenient choice to pair with our wedding the following day at the JParker (Hotel Lincoln roiftop) just a block away. Thanks, Ranalli's!

We are big fans of Ranalli's for both their food and service. We have had several events at their restaurant in the past and when picking a spot for our rehearsal dinner, Ranalli's was an easy choice. They were extremely responsive via email and the staff the night of the event was great to work with. We would 100% recommend Ranalli's!!

We had our wedding rehearsal dinner at Ranalli’s in Lincoln Park and would recommend to someone who is looking for a casual, affordable location. There is a cute little paved area behind the patio section that we used for the rehearsal portion (our venue was closed because it was The Fourth of July) and then moved right into Ranalli’s space for dinner and drinks. Easy, seamless transition.

We were provided with the option to have the party inside (Private Back Room) or outside on their beautiful outdoor patio. We decided to host the event inside so that there were no issues if the weather decided to not cooperate which was perfect because there was enough seats for everyone to sit and eat, but also enough space for our guests to get up and mingle before and after dinner. We had our own ‘private’ bathroom and bar tender too which made their traditionally casual space seem a bit more exclusive.

There are a few different food and beverage packages to choose from and Bridget (event sales manager) was very helpful and accommodating throughout the planning process. She helped us pick the perfect package based on our needs and expectations. The service was great and there were so many compliments on the food. I mean, their thin crust pizza is 10/10 regardless – you can’t go wrong!
