Beautiful in every way!

Becca is amazing! She is kind and has the biggest heart! She has a creative vision and knows how to follow through on it. I have never felt more beautiful in pictures! I am a plus size lady and she helped me in putting my best self forward and made me feel like amazing! I can't wait to have her be part of capturing all of our future milestones!

Becca is absolutely AMAZING! She is so helpful every single step of the way. My husband and I got married on 10/07/17. He actually found her when researching proposal photographers before we even got engaged. She unfortunately was already booked for our proposal, but as soon as we got engaged he showed me her website and I was sold. Her photography is incredible. Right from the very start she was happy to help send me any vendor recommendations which was so helpful! She knows so many people being in the industry and is so great and recommending make up vendors, caterers and beyond! We scheduled our engagement photoshoot for March and had an absolutely wonderful photoshoot! There were crazy winds and a tornado nearby, but she made all of our pictures look like it was a gorgeous day! When my hair was going crazy from all the wind, she knew exactly what to do to tame it! I scheduled my bridals for September at the arboretum and Becca suggested a second place nearby that would be great for photos. She really is an expert at knowing which locations have the best lighting. We had an absolute blast doing my bridals and I have never wanted to hang so many photos of myself around our house. She made me look like a model (never thought I would say that ha!). It was fantastic to be able to do both our engagement and my bridals with Becca before our wedding, because we got to know each other really well and she knew exactly which angles worked best for me and got to know our story! On our wedding day her and her husband were the dream team! They captured every single moment from getting ready, to little details, candid shots with family and friends, emotional moments and beyond. I am overwhelmed with how much I love our photos. She stayed close by all night snapping every photo and did not miss a beat. I would highly recommend using Becca for your proposal, engagement, wedding, bridals, or any event in your life in need of high quality photography and an amazing lady! <3

Rebecca is phenomenal at her craft!! Being a hairstylist and makeup artist it is nice to work with someone who is on your team and working along with you to make the brides day absolutely perfect. Becca is great at keeping everything scheduled on time and getting all of the shots the bride asked for! She's great to work with and the outcome of her work is fantastic.

I moved to the Fort Worth area about 2 years ago. I had a few friends suggest a photographer, but was not impressed with what I saw. I found Becca on the knot by her reviews. She is absolutely amazing!! We had our engagement pictures done by her. My fiance does not like to do anything that doesn't involve hunting and fishing so pictures are definitely not on his to do list. She made him have fun and feel so comfortable by the end of the shoot he wanted to keep doing more! Our photos came out amazing. I never thought they could look so good. When I contacted her she got back to me immediately! She helped us pick a location based on how we told her what we were going for. The location was perfect. I could not have been happier with photos, she edited them and they all came out amazing! She took the time to send us the disk and put the cutest touches on it and went above and beyond my expectations. I HIGHLY recommend Becca, shes so down to Earth and has a true gift in photography!

Rebecca is amazing! I planned an outdoor proposal to my girlfriend of 2 years at a park in downtown Dallas, but it was raining like crazy! So I changed the location to inside Reunion Tower, I told Rebecca of the last minute change and she met me up on time. I was nervous as heck because I had to improvise with little time. Rebecca helped me calm my nerves first, then she helped me setup my signs, flower arrangements, and trail of rose petals for the proposal. I couldn't have done the proposal without her calm and quick thinking attitude, she's awesome! I got down on one knee with a lot less stress because of Rebecca. Oh and she's an amazing photographer as well! We were running a little late and worried that because it was getting dark, the pictures wouldn't turn as good with natural lighting. Her flash photography is on point! My fiance and I love her pictures! She's obviously very experienced and professional which combines into her success. She's awesome! Thank you so much!

Rebecca is a dream to work with! She is the perfect combination of talent and passion but she's also easygoing and so much fun! She shot our engagement photos recently and I can honestly say that she made us look like our absolute best selves and I felt so pretty in her photos. Rebecca is a master with natural light and she pays close attention to every detail. Ladies, you will adore Rebecca also because she knows the most flattering poses and she totally understands the things that we all worry about when having our picture taken. USE BECCA TO PHOTOGRAPH / VIDEO YOUR WEDDING!! I cannot say enough good things about Becca Ellison. I found Becca through just an internet search of Dallas photographers.. I sent in an information request and got an immediate and friendly response. I knew right away that I liked her, but was nervous about our first session (my husband HATES pictures and always feels super uncomfortable lol). We had no clue where to take the photos but Becca gave us tons of great suggestions. When we met, she was on time and ready to get busy. She even brought us bottled waters since it was so hot. As soon as we hopped in the car to go to a different location, my husband said "I've never felt so normal taking pictures, I like her!" THIS IS SUCH A BIG DEAL FOR US. She literally thinks of everything. She helped me touch up my makeup and hair along the way, held my hand while I stumbled around in heels, made us feel like we had been her besties forever. And that was just the first time we met with her!! My bridals were so much fun and I literally felt like I was just walking around the stockyards having fun with a friend. By the time we got to the wedding I was at complete ease knowing that everything would be fantastic. She was organized and asked me up front if there were any specific shots I wanted. When she got to the venue, she was ready to go with her crew (who were also amazing) and had a timeline mapped out for the entire day. Everything was perfect. She literally thinks of everything!! We also decided to use her videography service (I was reluctant, as I am very awkward and don't enjoy hearing myself talk haha) which was another major win. It was the perfect highlight reel of mine and my husbands favorite day, and we will treasure it forever. Photos were the most important thing on my checklist, and I am so unbelievably happy that we entrusted this to Becca. She will absolutely not disappoint you. Seriously, Becca is the best ever!!!

Words can't even begin to explain how much I loved having Rebecca as my wedding photographer. She took our engagement pictures, my bridal portraits and of course photographed our wedding. She is so fun and easy to work with and made me feel comfortable from day one. She comes prepared and knows exactly what she wants in a picture. She was able to pose and position us so that we have amazing pictures. She got our pictures back to us quickly and they are all such great quality and so beautiful. At my bridals, one of her cameras just stopped working, but she had her back up with her (same exact camera) and we continued as if nothing happened. She responds quickly and is so easy to work with. I just loved working with Rebecca and I would absolutely recommend her!!

My fiancé and I had never done a photo session before and we were a little nervous not really knowing what to expect. We even practiced poses, but none of that was needed! Becca was there to instruct us when we needed some uhmm.. direction! She also made it so that we had fun with it! It was a very relaxed environment where you could free-style and she'd give some direction along the way. It was perfect for first-timers like us. Even though it was cloudy, the pictures came out bright and clear (you'd think the sun was out). I would book with her a million times over, BEYOND happy with the turn-out! We took hundreds of pictures in a 2-hour time span, and I was able to change 3 times! She was fast, but not rushed. I was surprised at how much we got in, in so little time, lots of variety! She will make you look Fabulous! The location is gorgeous, Cedar Hill State Park. One other thing I was appreciative of is that she was flexible when bad weather hit North Texas; for two weeks it was rain, clouds, snow, ice, over and over. We had to reschedule the date twice and, together we found a day and time that would work!

Becca was our photographer for both our engagement shoot and wedding day. She is very talented! It's really awesome to see her take advantage of different lighting, backgrounds (random trees, doorways, gates), weather (we always had an issue with wind...) and understand what makes great photos. She was also great at helping us pose, smile, laugh, hug. We received many compliments on the photos!

She's also more than a photographer. She's great at crowd control, helped write the basis of our ceremony & reception schedule, and worked well with our other vendors.

For our wedding day, we also had Rodney, her husband, as the 2nd shooter for getting different perspectives during our ceremony, taking photos of us with our guests at each table while Becca was grabbing other shots of guests mingling. He also helped direct traffic while we were shooting our first look in the road.

We highly recommend her (and Rodney)!

Becca was so much fun to work with! My fiancé and I had a blast during our engagement shoot. The photographs were STUNNING and captured our relationship perfectly! She is super creative and helped us pick a fantastic location for our pictures. You can tell Becca genuinely loves being a photographer and cares about the story each couple has to tell. One of the most important parts of my wedding planning was finding an amazing photographer. Becca definitely exceeded my expectations (and I have high standards)! I am so excited for her to capture our special day in September! :) I would recommend her to anyone and everyone!

Rebecca photographed my daughter's wedding and WOW! She is amazing! I knew the quality of her pictures would be incredible because I had seen her work online. What I didn't know when my daughter chose her was how great she would be to work with leading up to the wedding and how wonderful she would be that entire day. She took such good care of my daughter - even helping her to get dressed when I couldn't zip & hook her dress. She was like having a wedding coordinator around, making sure everything was going perfectly. No question about it, the best wedding decision my daughter made was to have Rebecca as her photographer. Her pictures are so beautiful that the wedding venue even asked if they could use them in their brochures. Rebecca is the best!

Rebecca is an amazing, professional and talented photographer! My husband and I were so fortunate to have her capture our engagement in Dallas and our wedding in Toronto. Rebecca and Rodney flew down to Toronto, Canada and they not only captured every moment of our special day, but she went over and beyond to make sure everything went as planned. Absolutely amazing photography/Videography! Last summer Trey got in contact with Becca and planned a surprise proposal and engagement session for us. I had no part with setting any of it up but from what he has told me I know Becca was a huge help in making it everything he imagined for that day. We had a blast with all the different poses and we really were just having fun together as they captured pictures and video clips. When Becca sent us the video, I was just amazed. I couldn't believe how they were able to put everything together in such a beautiful way. I am constantly pulling it back up and re-watching it. It just makes me smile! Im so glad we have such a special day on video and can watch it over and over. I really love that we are able to share it with all our friends and family, just like they were there with us. I would recommend them to anyone! We are constantly getting compliments on our engagement pictures and video. I can't wait for July to get here and for Becca to be back at our wedding!

I've always been a fan of wedding videos there is something so personal to a film. After we found Becca at Ellison Photography and learned that she did videos as well we knew we wanted to have our engagement photo shoot done in video as well. We spent an early morning in the Stockyards with Becca shooting our engagement photos and Jeremy shooting the video. We had a blast with both of them and the entire thing was easy and casual as can be. I was not sure how everything would turn out as we didn't have to do much for the video - we were just posing for the photos. I was SO AMAZED when our video was published to one of our favorite Texas Country songs. Jeremy did an amazing job pairing up the video footage with the lyrics of the song. Our video was completed in September and I can easily say I've watched the video hundreds of times since then. Every time I watch it there is always a smile on my face. The work is amazing and I absolutely cannot wait until our big day to see how Becca, Jeremy and team capture the big day on video!! Without hesitation I would recommend Ellison Films to anyone - you will not be disappointed!!!

Because Becca was SO AMAZING, I've tried to make sure to basically shout my love for her work from the rooftops. I expected to just write one review, and then copy and paste into every single site to make it easier on myself... but I just can't do it!

In the time since writing my last review, I realized that for my small, 35 attendees total, 5 hour wedding+reception, Becca captured well over the amount of photos I expected... over 500. That's OVER FIVE HUNDRED, people!! I can't believe it!! I am so incredibly happy with the work she did. And they are all amazing, and range from funny, downright silly, romantic, serious, formal, caught in the moment... the list goes on.

Becca is not only a great photographer, but she is soooo fun and is a genuinely wonderful person. Even though we came from out of town and didn't get to meet with her at all before our wedding, I clicked with her immediately, and she fit in with the laid back and intimate tone of the wedding with perfect ease. I truly could not have been blessed with a more amazing person; she felt more like a guest than a vendor, even though she made sure to take photos nonstop. I'm only disappointed I didn't get to meet her husband, because I can't imagine that she picked a partner that is anything short of amazing.

To anyone in the DFW area (or that wouldn't mind a traveling photographer, I highly, HIGHLY recommend this wonderful woman.

Becca. Is. AWESOME! Such a fun loving, bubbly person--she really makes you feel like you're talking to a friend. My husband and I are not the most photogenic of people, but she helped us relax and got some amazing pictures of the both of us during our engagement shoot and our wedding. Very easy to contact and schedule with, and very creative with her pictures! She was also very helpful on our wedding day with keeping us on time and helping keep the party going! I absolutely love her, and I think she is worth every single penny. Her pictures are the best!

My husband and I met with a couple photographers before meeting Becca. They seemed good, but something was missing. Once we met Becca we knew that we had found the person we wanted to capture this important time in our life. She was what was missing. New York City has always been a favorite place of mine, and I have dreamed of having engagement pictures in Central Park. Becca made this dream a reality, and the pictures are more than I could have hoped for. The time frame for my bridal pictures fell at the beginning of January, which in Texas can be freezing or hot. This year it turned out to be freezing. Becca didn't let the temperature phase her at all, but focused all of her attention on me. She made sure I was comfortable and tried her best to keep me warm, including wrapping me in my blanket, anytime there was a break. Despite the cold, Becca made sure the pictures turned out amazing! The day of our wedding, Becca and Rodney spent the entire day with us. Rodney showed up at TopGolf with the boys and spent the day photographing the guys. My husband was a little worried it would be awkward to have someone following him throughout the day, but in the first 10 minutes Rodney put those worries to rest.. Becca met the bridal party at DryBar for hair and then followed to Blushington for makeup. After makeup, Becca headed to the venue to get the behind the scene shots of the dress, shoes, and rings. We met at the venue at 4 where she had a timeline in place for pictures prior to the wedding. She made sure to keep us on track to get all of the important pictures. Becca is very methodical about group pictures and each set ran smoothly (bridal group, family, ect). They stayed the entire reception, until our final exit. We chose to have a photobooth that they offer. It was an open air photo booth which turned out to be a hit. They upload all of the pictures to facebook. Overall, Becca and Rodney take amazing pictures and will make your day as special as ours.

Becca did my engagement photo shoot and was so wonderful. This was my first photo shoot ever and she made me feel so comfortable. My groom had no idea what he was doing either and she was able to give such good suggestions and clear ideas on what we could do. She brought fun props we could use as well which took a lot of stress having to go out and find something to make our pictures cuter. She had us to very natural and comfortable poses and the pictures came out so beautifully. Everyone has just raved about them and we couldn't be happier. We got our pictures back on week 6, if you need save the date photos earlier than 6 weeks just let her know and she'll send you a few. I had such a good experience and would recommend her to anyone.

Becca Ellison was phenomenal. She is extremely skilled and applies her expertise brilliantly. She utilized her time effectively - not only helping us create the wedding day time-line, but also by directing the wedding party and family strategically to allow for perfect pictures and for us to enjoy the entire reception! I can't tell you how much I loved working with Becca! She did my bridal portraits at the Cotton Mill in McKinney, TX. She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I had so much fun that I was sad when it was over! She helped me get around in my dress, held my bouquet and was ready to whip out some bobby pins when it got windy...she was prepared! I was absolutely blown away when I saw the pictures. I look at the pictures and I look genuinely happy and I have a real smile (not a fake smile) and I look like me...but like 10 times more gorgeous! These pictures turned out so well because she is so easy and fun to work with AND because she is such a talented photographer! I felt so proud to show people!!! She made me feel so beautiful and I'm so happy that I will have these pictures forever! I would definitely recommend her to anybody and will definitely use her in the future!!!

I thought I didn’t want or need a video of my wedding day since I knew that I would have photos to remember the day. However, after having a video made by Ellison Films for our wedding I am sooooo glad that we have one!! The videographer captured so many great moments that I didn’t get to see firsthand or had forgotten about since the day went so fast! I love being able to see my husband's reaction when we did our "First Look” or me and my dad dancing together. The way they put the video together was amazing!! It perfectly captured the day and is something I love being able to go back and look at. I highly recommend Rebecca and Ellison Films!!

Becca was super easy to work with and we had a really great time working with her. You can completely tell that she loves what she does and that makes all the difference in the world.
We never once felt awkward or uncomfortable posing, which is great. She knew exactly the look she was going for when positioning us and we had an easy time following her confident instructions. She is very creative and fun with her ideas, too, and as a guy…I never once felt cheesy and I always have with previous photographers. We were so happy with the pictures, too. The quality is awesome and they look so natural. I would absolutely recommend Becca to anyone!
