  Rebecca and her team were just wonderful to work with. They were responsive to our every request, professional, on point and on time at every step of the way. Rebecca worked very well with the venue to produce a wonderful and magical day for my family. We couldn't be happier.

  Hire Rebecca !

  Rebecca planned our wedding at Blue Hill Stone Barns and the day went perfectly. Guests said it was the best wedding they have been to and everything went very smoothly. Rebecca’s strength lies in execution - As a bride I did not have to worry about anything the day of and know that everything was taken care of - from vendor coordination , to timelines, attending meetings with vendors, attending tastings, hotel and transportation coordination etc. On the day of she also had 2 assistants helping with the day to make sure everything was going according to plan.
  
  Throughout the wedding planning process Rebecca and Joanna were incredibly responsive via both email and text . Rebecca also was able to guide us through the vendor selection process based on our budget and talk us through where we needed to make trade offs. She also was helpful in providing guidance on when spending additional money was unnecessary to keep us on budget. Rebecca was also extremely flexible - When I was uncertain on a makeup vendor based on a trial she worked to find me new ones. She also worked with our florist to achieve our vision based on the mood board.
  
  Our wedding could not have been executed without Rebecca and would definitely recommend her to other couples !

  Exceptional professionalism and attention to detail!

  If you are detail-oriented and love having lists and schedules always at your finger-tips, then Rebecca Grace Events is the perfect planning vendor for you! Rebecca and Joanna were a dream-come-true to work with and all-around exceptional planners. They were so professional, on top of things, and responsive. They've seen it all and have amazing problem-solving abilities as well. They were prepared for anything and everything and were such a calming presence throughout the lead-up to wedding day, and especially on the day of. I can't say enough good things about Joanna and Rebecca!!!!

  Absolutely Stellar!

  Rebecca and her amazing team helped us pull off the most incredible wedding ever. We had high expectations and her team blew our expectations out of the water. Rebecca was incredibly responsive and helpful from the very first email through a year of planning, and to the very last moment of loading us into our getaway car at the end of the night. We will forever be grateful to Rebecca and her team for pulling off an evening our friends and family will be talking about for decades. We feel incredibly lucky to have had them there on our special day!

  Precise planning and peace of mind

  Good on-the -ground event management is probably the strongest key success factor in a wedding. Rebecca and her team were efficiently steering the event at the desired tempo so it flowed to everyone's satisfaction. They were also able to handle two unexpected situations calmly and effectively, showing us they had our back and contributing to our peace of mind.

  Stress Free Wedding

  Rebecca was the planner for our September wedding at Blue Hill. The entire day went seamlessly thanks to Rebecca and Joanna's hard work. As the bride, I felt like I was able to fully sit back relax and enjoy my day, as all of the logistics had been taken care of by Rebecca and her team. I have attended a couple weddings since my own (not planned by RGE), and it has made me realize that a great wedding planner like Rebecca is KEY to a perfect day.

  Fantastic!

  We recently got married at Blue Hill and Rebecca was our planner. She was fantastic leading up to our wedding weekend; we appreciated her counsel, she recommended great vendors and she's truly an expert on all things Blue Hill. She also handled a bunch of last minute changes/requests super smoothly, which helped take some pressure/stress off of us. Unfortunately Rebecca couldn't be there on the day because she had a family event, but her team was so effective and organized, it was not problematic at all and we really felt like we were in great hands.
  
  We felt so lucky to have had the RGE team in our corner. I appreciate that there were probably so many little problems we didn't know or hear about that were handled by them, but to us the day went off without a hitch. The sign of a great planner! You'll be in great hands with her- 100% recommend!

While Rebecca really started her work about 4 weeks before the wedding, she was available to us for quick questions and concerns throughout our planning process.   Rebecca is the absolute best!

  Rebecca is the most amazing planner and she truly made our wedding day the very best! The planning process with her was so fun and easy and we truly felt calm and relaxed about making decisions with her guidance (and enthusiasm for our constant Zoom requests!) She sent us the most incredible vendors who made our vision for the day come to life – we truly cannot get over the floral arrangements from Poppies & Posies and insane talent/energy/music from OTM/TNM!
  
  Rebecca managed the entire day so seamlessly. We felt so taken care of and special and were really able to relax and not worry about anything. She's a true professional, always with a smile on her face and incredibly calm, allowing us to just have fun, which we certainly did!

  Wedding of our Dreams with Rebecca!

  We were planning our wedding during Covid in NYC, and it was challenging, to say the least! With less than 2 months from the date and too much to do, we knew we needed a month-of planner. A friend recommended Rebecca and I'm so glad she did! Rebecca is friendly, caring, kind, and on top of everything. I was so impressed when I shared all docs and emails with Rebecca, and at our first vendor meeting, she already read and knew everything. She also did her research to really help us out when we had challenges with vendors and contracts. Rebecca is a self-starter and go-getter. She made the final wedding planning so much easier, helped with decisions, validation, and expert opinions where needed, and she (and her assistant) was equally incredible on the day and night of the wedding.   We found Rebecca through Blue Hill at Stone Barns, where our wedding took place last weekend. While she was hired as a day-of coordinator, Rebecca provided weeks of advice and help. She responded to both Bride and MOB quickly and always with positive suggestions and perspective. The day of the wedding, she took care of all the details and helped us enjoy the moment and stay focused on the important things. Overall, she was a delight to work with and we recommend her highly.

  We recently worked with Rebecca for our Labor Day Weekend 2020 wedding. We initially got in contact with her because my husband and I had busy work schedules and didn't want to have added stress the month of our wedding. So many people had told us that a month of coordinator was a very worthy added cost for a wedding. We found this to be even more true when Covid happened.
  
  Once the pandemic set in, Rebecca was invaluably helpful. She came to on site meetings, spoke with our vendors, and truly went above and beyond to help make our wedding happen. The day of the wedding, my husband and I worried about nothing. All the little details were taken care of and everything happened seamlessly. From making sure there were extra stools in the bridal suite for hair and make up to carefully stashing away all of our personal belongings (including our wedding license) at the wedding, nothing was overlooked. So many of our guests (most importantly, our parents) kept commenting on how great Rebecca and her team were. Looking back on our day, I don't know how we could have pulled it off the same way without her. We really can't recommend her more!!!

  Amazing planner

  Rebecca was our wedding planner. We got married at St Patrick’s cathedral and the reception was at the Waterclub. From day one she was always available to answer any of our questions and helped out with all the planning tremendously! She reached out to vendors and handled all details on the day of the wedding! It was an amazing day! She is also is an extremely genuine and friendly person and super easy to talk to which was what you really need in a vendor! the whole experience was so wonderful!

She created awesome morning-of hair/make schedule (that she happily reworked many times after I kept changing the amount of bridesmaids who were getting their hair/makeup done)!   Rebecca was AMAZING. The best decision of our wedding planning was hiring her. She made everything so seamless and took care of last minute, critical, issues with ease. It would take me hours to write all of the wonderful things she took care of and how lucky we were to have her! Even guests commented on how professional and great she was to have present. My husband and I agree the day would not have been the same without her. I would hire her again to plan other events without question.
