Incredible Find in the Heart of St. Pete
Red Mesa was the perfect venue for us, especially being an out of town couple. The location was great since we had so many guests flying in, easily accessible from the airports, hotels, and rentals. The entire event space is gorgeous, meaning that we didn’t have to spend a lot of effort or money on decorations. For our wedding, we just wanted to have a great time with our friends/family. The food was delectable (I housed empanadas during cocktail hour) and the staff was great. On top of that, every other vendor we contacted, raved about how they love working with Red Mesa. It made things go smoothly on the day of. -

My husband and I got married in July 2023 and we had our rehearsal dinner at Red Mesa Cantina. We absolutely loved the space and our guests had such an incredible time! We rented the De Santo rooftop area and the views were incredible. Anastasia and Leigh were so helpful in the planning process. They made the whole process stress-less and enjoyable for me. They even let me drop off my decor the day before, which was so convenient. Their team decorated the space and packed it all up for us. The food and drinks were VERY delicious!! We would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone looking to host a private party or event. -

Amazing wedding venue in downtown
Red Mesa was the most beautiful backdrop for our wedding. The event space is stunning and it was so unique to get married on the rooftop overlooking the city.
I cannot rave enough about the service we received during our wedding and planning process. As all the reviews state, Leigh is amazing as the event coordinator. She was with us every step of the way and was incredibly responsive to any questions. Jenni was great the day of, and made sure everything went off without a hitch.
We chose the venue for the food and drinks and they did not disappoint. Loved the margaritas! The ballroom was the perfect space for 90 guests where we danced the whole night.
So grateful for such a wonderful experience! -

The best venue in this world
Im not even joking. PLEASE get married here!!! Since the first day my now husband and I came to see the venue we fell in love. EVERYONE is so nice and helpful, they treat you like family.
The followups were amazing, I had an idea of how I even wanted everything and they took that and made it a thousand times better. Ashley and Leigh will hold your hand through the process, make everything stress free and make your wedding a dream come true!
Food is amazing, we had a taco bar and half the guests were Mexican, they all were impressed of the quality and taste of it all.
Desserts are a MUST and the house margaritas... OMG! I wish I could get married there every day just to be around the amazing people that work there, eat their delicious food and just have the day of my dreams over and over again!
Thank you so so so much Red Mesa, forever grateful. -

Very easy to communicate with, had everything in writing, made changes that were no problem for staff, very professional
We had a rehearsal dinner for 26 people on the terrace and it could not have been more beautiful. The table settings, everything was great. I highly recommend. -

I can not say enough about our wedding here. Leigh, Ashley and Iris were all amazing. Leigh went above and beyond to make sure our day was absolutely perfect. She is at exceptional at her job & honestly an all around amazing human being. I have never felt so welcome and at home. The venue was gorgeous, they made our visions come to life. The food exceeded our expectations as well as our guests. When booking with RME you can not go wrong. -

We love historic buildings and Red Mesa just so happened to be one of St. Pete's first firehouses which is pretty cool! When we first walked into the event space where we had our ceremony and reception, we absolutely loved the exposed brick, with the loft ceiling and all the windows and herringbone floors and marble/granite. It was completely our style! The size was perfect and intimate enough to where we didn't feel like it was just another big cookie-cutter ballroom that so many other event spaces felt like. This space had such character so it was an easy decision for us to go with Red Mesa Events. Not to mention our venue coordinating staff were amazing! Leigh and Ashley went through all the details of our big day and decorated everything perfectly! It was absolutely beautiful and felt so incredibly romantic. They really did a fantastic job making our vision a reality. We loved that they had decor packages with the venue also! And how can we not forget about the food! If you've never eaten at Red Mesa you definitely have to! The food was delicious and we customized all of it to what we wanted! Having everything all in one venue really made it easier on us! We cannot express enough how impressed we were with their team and the space itself. Thank you all! -

The BEST Wedding Venue in St. Pete FL
We had our wedding on 08/08/2021 and it was more than we could have EVER imagined! I researched SO MANY venues prior to reaching out to Red Mesa and I have to say, Leigh was hands down the best event coordinator I have spoken to. She not only took the time to offer me many options within our budget, she was always willing to talk to me on the phone to go over any of my questions and concerns. She was professional, fun, and such a dream to work with. When I told her my vision for the venue she took that vision and amplified it 10000X. We were looking to do tons of greenery and romantic candles and when I say she blew me out of the water with her décor, I was BLOWN AWAY. Not to mention the food was absolutely INSANE. This is not your typical wedding food, from the salad to the chicken and steak, down to the drinks - everything was absolutely incredible. Leigh and her team truly made this the most special day of our lives and we couldn’t be more thankful to them for all they did. As an added bonus, this space is incredible with the exposed brick and the gorgeous rooftop overlooking St. Pete. Our guests are still raving about how beautiful the wedding was and how good the food was!! I HIGHLY recommend you check out Red Mesa for your next event! -

I can't say enough about this venue. Their food is amazing, every single one of my guests went on and on about how good everything tasted. The upstairs balcony had a breathtaking view of downtown St. Pete. The even coordinator, Leigh, was an absolute life saver. She timely and kindly responded to my many many emails and questions. She played a big role in making my dream wedding come to life. I don't have a single bad thing to say, it was perfect! -

Absolutely Perfect!
We had our wedding here on 1/2/21 and I cannot recommend them enough! I looked at a number of venues but after visiting Red Mesa, no where else even compared. Leigh was not the original Events Director I booked with but I could not have been more grateful that she was the one there on my wedding day. In addition to the fact that the ballroom is absolutely stunning on its own, they have so much décor available including linens, chargers, vases and even a diamond arch which was the perfect backdrop to our rooftop ceremony. Leigh has a ton of experience and a great eye for detail so I had no doubt our wedding was going to be beautiful. But when I walked into the ballroom for the first time I was completely blown away. She took my vision and brought it to life ten fold. Everything from the food to the service was excellent and our guests are still raving about how fantastic our wedding was! These are truly memories that will last a lifetime and we cannot thank her and her team enough for making our wedding better than we ever imagined!! -

So many amazing things to say! Morgan was professional and accommodating along with the rest of the staff. We married on the roof top and then danced the day away in the ballroom and Cantina. We had a live musician on the patio and a Dj inside. The open bar had everyone partying at noon as if it was midnight. The daytime deal was the most cost effective for us and worked out perfect. We chose to have appetizers instead of sit down meals and it worked out to be the perfect amount of food and booze to keep everyone dancing and contempt.Red Mesa Events's reply:

Red Mesa Events is the secret jewel of weddings! Words will not be enough to express my appreciation to this company during my wedding planning process. My ceremony was on the rooftop and reception was in the ballroom which comfortably fits 100 people with plenty of room for dancing. The venue is gorgeous and it is basically a one stop shop. Booking the venue included fancy wedding chairs, silverware, up lighting, a projector, food, diamond arch, linen, sound system, decorations, and a super professional director of events, Morgan! If you need something, just ask, they probably have it Lol!! My husband and I planned our wedding without a wedding planner which is stressful. However, Morgan made the task so much easier. She was responsive, flexible, and very easy to work with. The food and cocktails at our wedding were delicious!!!! Our guests are still talking about the food and the venue lol!! I highly recommend this venue!! You will not regret it! -

Not one bad thing to say
Red Mesa was absolutely the best choice for our reception. The food was delicious, the bartender was super attentive, everything was honestly just perfect that day! My guests asked me for DAYS after the event "what was in that chicken?!" I can't thank Morgan and her staff enough for going above and beyond that day, and in the weeks leading up to reception handling my constant changes and questions.Red Mesa Events's reply:

From the moment we walked into Red Mesa with Morgan, the venue coordinator, we were blown away by how kind, thoughtful, professional and organized everyone was. We booked Cantinita Terrace and La Florida Ballroom for our wedding, but all the spaces floored us. A ton of high quality decorations are included in the rental price, and between that and the amazing food here, it was almost a one stop shop for our reception. I can’t say enough good things about the venue or Morgan. We had a scavenger hunt with a few clues on the terrace. But the remnants of a tropical storm blew through, and before the guests arrived Morgan moved the clues to indoor spots that mirrored their outdoor ones so the hunt made sense. The cocktail hour moved indoors, and there were extra standing tables that were set up for our guests but removed in time for dancing. Everything ran so smoothly there, and we all had such an amazing time! Truly the people you want in your corner if a tropical storm blows through. -

My wedding was absolutely perfect! Aaron (event coordinator) worked well with my day of coordinator to bring all of my ideas to life. I caught a flat on the day of rehearsal, causing us to be late, but Aaron was flexible and also provided us ample time to set up for the big day. The rooftop was great for my ceremony and the hall area was great for my reception.
The entire team was swift in moving chairs and everything was set up just like I wanted. I also like that they don't charge the couple to have a cash bar, as I know some venues will charge you a portion. -
