  Amazing service & beautiful vehicles!

  We worked with Steve from Red Oak Transportation to organize transportation for our wedding day. We had to make some last minute changes to our plans given COVID and significantly downsized - Red Oak was so accommodating and helpful. Steve's communication was efficient, timely and so friendly/pleasant. Their vehicles are beautiful and their drivers were prompt, on-time, and we felt very safe in their vehicles given the current environment. They have protocols in place and communicate them ahead of time accordingly. Overall - great service, beautiful vehicles and seamless experience. Highly recommend Red Oak!

  We very highly recommend Red Oak as your wedding transportation!

  My partner and I got married in March 2024, and the team at Red Oak / Leros helped make our day a lot less stressful. For our wedding, we used Red Oak as the primary transportation to shuttle the wedding party, family and guests to and from the hotel and venue. Red Oak offered a very wide variety of transportation options for us, such as the types of vehicles/shuttles, the different ways to break up the time requested for transportation and the most efficient ways to use the shuttle. They took the time to thoroughly explain all of their options, including which packages they commonly recommend for weddings, and even specifically for our hotel and venue, which they had a lot of experience with, as well as which vehicle and plan best suited our needs.
  
  The Red Oak / Leros team, and our driver, were all very professional and accessible throughout the entire process when working on organizing the specific timeline and requirements we needed. Our timeline the morning of the wedding was very tight and specific in order to get different groups of guests to the venue at a certain time, but Red Oak was able to do it all without issue. Despite multiple back and forth trips between the hotel and venue in a short period before our ceremony, Red Oak got everyone where they needed to be on time. The shuttle was pristine, our driver was great and the Red Oak team helped our day start off, and end, very smoothly.   Excellent Service

  Nicole was our point of contact when dealing with Red Oak. She was very professional and very easy to work with. Since it was a state of emergency with Super Storm Ophelia we were very grateful that our shuttle bus arrived on time at the hotel to bring our guests to the venue. Everyone arrived on time and DRY. lol The bus itself was pretty and clean. Thank you to our driver Hugo for also getting us back to the hotel safely at midnight when it was all over.

  Professional and luxurious Chauffeur

  Red Oak provided excellent point to point chauffeurs for our wedding. Reservations were easy to make, easy to update with clear pricing and great communication. Highly recommend them for Westchester area transportation needs.

  We hired Red Oak for transportation for our wedding guests for the ceremony and reception. Nicole was extremely reliable, timely and efficient when working with our timeline. All 3 drivers we worked with were extremely professional and on time to pick up all the guests, and the busses themselves were super clean. Highly recommend Red Oak!

  Starting from the time we booked, Nicole quickly replied to all questions and gave many options for our budget to ensure our guests travel needs were met. For our wedding day we utilized 3 drivers, Mejia, Juan and Lopez and each provided exceptional and prompt services. Each driver picked up the bridal party and guests in a timely fashion and brought everyone to their destinations quickly and safely. I highly recommend Red Oak for any transportation needs, as they made sure this entire interaction was smooth and seamless!!

  Great Experience with Red Oak Transportation!

  We hired Red Oak for transportation for our wedding at Blue Hill at Stone Barns. They came highly recommended, both by the venue and by our wedding planner. We ended up needing quite a few services - cars for transportation in and around Westchester, as well as buses back to the city for guests at the end of the evening. The whole day went off without any hitches or problems, including our bus to Manhattan making multiple stops without any issues. Overall, Red Oak was an excellent choice - professional, punctual, and delivering exactly as promised.

  Red Oak was able to double as both my transportation to and from my ceremony to my reception, and then become a shuttle for my guests from the hotel to the venue.   We hired Red Oak for our wedding on April 23rd, 2022 and could not have been more pleased with the service. Steve was extremely communicative throughout and made the whole process very easy. All buses showed up on time and the drivers were extremely friendly. We rented a 20 person party bus for transportation for the bridal party, it was the perfect size and created a very fun environment, the driver even played wedding themed music on the way to the ceremony. We then rented to large coach buses for guest transportation, I had multiple guests reach out to me after the wedding to tell me they were the nicest buses they had ever been on. Highly recommend!

  We hired Red Oak for the transportation of our wedding party from our ceremony to our reception and back. My communication was with Gerti from the initial inquiry all the way to the day of. Gerti was super helpful, communicative and very responsive. Definitely made a bride feel at ease! Omar was our driver on the day of. He was prompt for both pick ups, and was extremely nice. Everything went super smooth and stress free on our wedding day. Many thanks! Highly recommend!

  Red Oak Transportation (Steve) was very responsive leading up to my wedding. I had booked a limousine, van, and sedan for my wedding, only to have to shift my ceremony location and thus only needed the van. Red Oak was flexible and allowed me to apply my deposit for the three vehicles to the one that I would need. They were great at scheduling the stops, which were the train station, hotel, and venue, and then running back and forth.
  
  On the day of, the driver, Juan, was on time and attentive, and the shuttle van, which I took back to the hotel, was very clean. Great option for wedding and special event transportation.

  Red Oak was absolutely amazing to work with on prep and day of. the Red Oak team was very responsive and helpful in selecting the right size shuttles for out wedding, giving feedback on logistical questions, and asking all the questions you would want your transportation vendor to ask you.
  Many of the guest we shuttled to the venue commented on the experience and how the busses were clean (very important during COVID times), shuttles were exactly on time for pick up and drop off and the drivers were all kind and helpful!
  
  I would 100% recommend for any event in their area.

  AMAZING from beginning to end!!!

  Our daughter was just married on July 17th and we used Red Oak Transportation. Steve Brenna was wonderful to work with. He was responsive, well organized, timely and very flexible given all the changes with Covid. The drivers were pleasant and very helpful to our guests and their buses were clean and beautiful. I cannot speak highly enough of how wonderful they were to work with from the very start to the end. I would recommend them without hesitation.

  Wonderful experience

  We worked with Steve on our booking. He was very responsive throughout the entire process. He answered all of our questions, sent photos of their fleet, and helped make recommendations and was very accommodating when we weren’t sure on timing. Leading up to our wedding, he reached out to verify everything, and again to provide the chauffeur’s name and cell. Day of everything went smoothly. Would definitely hire them for other events too, not just weddings!!

  Great Service!

  Finding transportation was something we overlooked and admittedly did a bit behind schedule but we were so happy that Red Oak was available! Steve was quick in responding to emails & even helped us choose the package that made the most sense for our big day! The driver was punctual and professional. He was personable and had some good advice on our big day. Overall we’re happy & pleased! Would 100 percent recommend.

  Great choice and vehicle!

  I had booked with Red Oak Transportation in late 2019 before the Covid pandemic. I communicated with Steve through WeddingWire and via personal email when it came time to change the reservation over to our new date since we had to postpone. The process was SO smooth and seamless and I was always kept in the loop of any changes that needed to be made. I was able to make numerous requests and changes up until the week of for the party bus we had rented and even added on a ride for the groomsmen. The price was right, the service was fantastic, our driver on the day of was SO sweet and the party bus was clean and comfortable! I highly recommend using Red Oak Transportation for your bridal party and shuttle needs and ask for Steve!

  We booked Red Oak Transportation back in 2019 when our wedding was originally scheduled for May 2020. We postponed it to May 2021 and fortunately Red Oak was still available with the two 38-passenger buses. I worked with Steve and he was extremely responsive and flexible to our constant changes. The two buses made multiple trips from the hotel to the venue to get our guests to our ceremony and had multiple return shuttle runs. Both, Oscar and Pablo, were very professional and accommodating. They arrived early and were ready to take on the first shuttle immediately. The buses were spotless and roomy. All around a great experience for our wedding.
